This is the most racist McDonald's I've ever been too. We come through this town every summer and have never had an experience this awful. the worker at this restaurant was incredibly rude and disrespectful to a Hispanic family ahead of us. She mocked their language in front of their small grandchildren, all while wearing a maga hat on 4th of July weekend, really solidifying the message. It is astonishing that A large company such as this who has several Hispanic crew members from what I could see, young ones at that, would allow such blatant racism and disrespect to its patrons. Her political preference is none of my business. But when it comes to making children feel unsafe and uncomfortable, that is absolutely not okay. I highly recommend the company to reevaluate who they allow to work for them considering how they treat the elderly and the youth that visit their establishment. This is a fast food rating and this was an updated McDonalds. This was a very clean, friendly & efficient McDonalds. We had the McCrispy (regular & spicy) meals. There were a number of others dining and all seemed good with their experience. Tables were cleaned soon after a diner left. It was nice to have a pleasant McDonalds experience. read more

went there at 11:30 this morning .. the app wasn't working . all we got was an attitude from the little girl manager who explained to us she wasn't a Tech person and couldn't help with the problem with the app. we didn't ask her about her tech qualifications and didn't appreciate the lecture with attitude even the cashier apologized for the attitude we got from the manager... Had lunch on Tuesday. The exterior parking lot was extremely clean and well landscaped. The inside was shut down. There's was not even any to go ordering. So a review on the inside was not impossible. I went through the drive thru and the drive thru person was very polite and attentive. I received my food in a timely manner. After having really watered down, trying to be New Mexican food at Comino Nuevo, we decided to play it safe and have chicken nuggets and fries. Came in from L.A forgetting that in this cute small town everything closed early. The only option we had besides Quarters was McDonald's. I used to go to this McDonald's as a child with my parents and just as a child I ordered from the kids menu the 4 piece chicken nugget meal. The kind lady who gave us our bag made up for me arriving to the cabin to not have any dipping sauce for my nuggets after the guy took my order over the speaker. It's been so long for one, since I've had McDonald's and now just remember how fast food joints lack consistency. At least I got some food. Better for breakfast. Not as clean and friendly as in the past. This was our fave McDonald's. Great breakfast but lunch and quarter pounder was weird. The bun was crispy which means dried out and fries tasted old even tho we ordered inside. The worst part was it must be 50 degrees inside. Literally freezing. Some of the locals complained that it was too small to eat in, but I live in a town with a tiny Mickey D's. This one is bigger, to me anyway, and the bathrooms were very clean during the lunch rush. The lobby was clean too, there were teams of staff cleaning different sections constantly, which was the hint at good management, or team leadership, whichever haha. I got my food pretty quickly, and my Deluxe Quarter Pounder was really good. They used REAL lettuce, not that fake stuff I eat at my home Mickey D's. During frequent visits to Ruidoso, this was always been a friendly, convenient & fast stop. It has declined in recent visits with inconsistent quality, service etc. compared to McDonalds normal standards. Especially observing the managements attitude in dealing with questions of others...it is almost like he could care less about satisfaction. In addition, I observed him being absolutely rude to an elderly woman when she asked why the did not offer "senior coffee discount like other McDonalds". Restaurant's look: 4/5 Spacious and clean Customer Service: 4/5 Restaurant's intentions: no rate it's fast food chain but they employ locals. Summary: In the past I would have to say I would have something missing or wrong every other trip to the point when they would hand me the food, I would sit there and double check ... trust issues (: Now it's been getting better and better. Also the customer service also seems to be getting better. This review is based on my experience and please understand that it's my own honest opinion.
