    GROSS

the ice coffee taste like butt, the icecream is never working they take forever there bathrooms are never clean and don't have toilet paper. there fries are always cold and soggy and never salty or good, there sweet tea is like never sweet and when it is it's very sour, there burger meat is uncooked, there chicken nugs are the only good things they got going, there floors are very slipper, there new play place is actually trash and borin, there workers stank, they need a new uniform, there donuts are gross they probably have been sitting out for long periods of time, there prices are outrages, they charge you for water, nobody enjoys working there, DO BETTER!!!

The fact this took 20 minutes to make, leaves me too scared to consume this messy soft serve vanilla ice cream posing as a Mcflurry.

Made the mistake of stopping here to use the restroom around 10pm on a Saturday. The restrooms were clean as with most McDonald's, much cleaner than the kitchen appeared. On my way out, I ordered a mini Reece's Mcflurry at the terminal by the checkout counters, paid, and began my wait... After standing at the counter for around 8 minutes, I was finally acknowledged by a manager and told they would be, "right with you". A few minutes later she called across the kitchen to ask an employee if they knew how to make a Mcflurry... They did not. This is a store that gets a good amount of drive thru action but didn't seem like they had that many cars pulling through at the time. During my 20 minute wait, I counted around 6-7 employees in the kitchen. Finally, after what was either 20 minutes or extremely close to it, I was presented with a messy "Reese's" Mcflurry that I was honestly afraid to consume. I dug through it a bit just to see if there was any Reece's in it, but it looked mostly like vanilla soft serve with maybe a teaspoon of Reece's stirred in. I should have just paid and immediately left; would have saved me some time, and my boyfriend waiting in the car some worry.

We've had newer employees who are unsure, a bit anxious, not communicating with us as they go, one young man with shaggy hair that he presses down under his visor, his hands are constantly going up to adjust his hat and his hair. The gloves are of no use if he keeps touching his head. I also paid using a coupon, and after the transaction was complete, I was able to see on the receipt that the price had not changed. I asked the young man about it, and he said he couldn't do it. That's almost the reason we chose Subway that day, to use that coupon. I noticed the one lady was filling online orders between physical customers, but she wasn't making any eye contact with us, or telling us it would be a moment while she fills the online order. We'd be happy to wait if we knew what was going on. Tips from someone who worked in food service: 1. Make eye contact with folks as they enter or approach. Let them know you're friendly and doing your best. 2. Don't rush to the point of making a mess of the sandwich. Details matter. Don't throw all the "falling off" toppings in the trash or on the floor. Put it back in the sandwich or paper! 3. Have employees arrange their hair properly before beginning their shift, so that it doesn't require constant adjusting. Tell them to be cognizant of NOT TOUCHING other things while preparing someone's food. That includes money, phone. If gloves need to be swapped out for clean, understand when to do that. 4. When folks are waiting, tell them "Thank you for waiting!" Avoid apologizing. It just hits people better to say Thank You. 5. Don't be a turtle, but go calmly enough to do a good sandwich. Folks want to know they're paying $8 for a worthy product. Especially for online orders, when the people aren't here to see if you're spreading the meat out, being chinsey with the lettuce, etc. 6. When the veggies look unfresh (a bit gooey), try to avoid those, and please make a mental note to find out why they look that way. Again, people want fresh product on their $8 sub. 7. When a customer pays and uses a coupon, please understand how to adjust the price. Coupons bring people in, so use them! Thank you to the Subway employees/ managers who do their very best! I know you want return customers, and I truly want to be one! Thank you for taking a couple moments to edit your approach, and raise the bar. :)
