I ordered 3 angel Reece meals and it did not include bacon in all 3 of them. I as well ordered but did not get the same meal but I did get a 5 dollar mcchicken meal. The mcchicken included cheese which can be dangrous for someone who isn't suppose to be eating cheese. The frozen cokes have been absolutely terrible too and I'm sick and tired of getting poor quality food. Be better McDonald's. I except better. read more

Terrible McDonalds. I waited at the pickup window for a minute and nobody opened it. I couldn't see inside because it's mirrored. Then I noticed that at the third window someone was getting their food so I pulled up only to be surprised that it's not an actual window. I didn't have to pull all the way around where I was scolded for not stopping at the second window even though I did for over a minute and I was handed the ice cream cone that you see in the picture they said that that is the size the cones come in from corporate, which is three swirls. Love this place they're always super fast and always have the sweetest people working, tonight I came through towards the end of the night when people are tired and want to go home but I was greeted with friendly smiles and one of the young gentleman working said "hey you're really pretty" and those kind words just made my night. As McDonald's food goes, every restaurant is pretty much the same, so when doing a review of these, it's typically about the service. This location is by far the worst when it comes to service. I live fairly close by it and I've been here enough times to get an accurate gauge on what they do. What is particularly troubling is how little they care about taking care of the customer. It's all about speed to them, at least as far as keeping their drive through times down to keep corporate happy even though it's a franchise store. So much so that they prioritize drive through over in store customers. I make a habit out of walking up to the counter because the drive through gets in such a hurry they mess up orders more often than not. Yet when I go in store I watch as items which I have ordered are shuffled off to drive through despite those orders being placed after mine (I know this because I've worked at McDonalds years ago and can read the expedite screens). Last time I went through drive through a few days ago I clearly said what I wanted and not only did they get that wrong which I could see on the order screen, they tried to charge me the wrong amount for another customer then took 8 minutes trying to figure out how to fix it. Then last night I was going to go through one more time and low and behold their debit card machine wasn't working. I am absolutely done going to this store for any reason. It's sad too because all these stores around here are owned by the same people and the other 3 in town I don't ever have any issues with, which means this is a staff and management issue. Anyway, maybe some day they'll figure it out, but I won't be around to find out. read more

They say they're 24 hours but are either rebooting their systems or too short staffed to take anyone's order after 12am. they are the only "24hr" restaurant in the area very displeased. read more

Ordered food for myself, was like 3 customers in store. Half an hour later, with maybe another person having come in and ordered, I am waiting. I tell the the lady who took my order I am going to need a refund. She is like, "OK, have you already gotten your order yet?" I leave, call back noticing my money isn't refunded, the manager tells me she will not refund my money and hangs up. I call back, ask why she feels entitled to my money, and the manager needs to know exactly what I ordered, I tell her what time, the exact price, and she needs my name spelled correctly. She puts me on hold, another guy gets on and asks 3 times what my name is, my friend's phone dies. Thank you McDonald's. I know where to go order food if I want to feel like a piece of synthetic chicken goo. I appreciate the fact your owner is making bank, and thank you for making the world a little nastier place. read more

I don't know how they do it, but they mess up my order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It's not like I'm asking for anything out of the ordinary like "no pickles" or "extra ketchup." I just order how it is off the menu. Breakfast I always order the same thing. 2 sausage with egg biscuits. They never get it right. They'll forget the egg, or give me a muffin instead of biscuit, griddle instead of biscuit, or even give me the car behind me's order. Good grief. Get your act together. read more

I am continually in awe of the inverse relationship between service at McDonalds/"fast food in general" and town size. I'm not sure if it's a "we don't take kindly" thing but this place was no exception to my bias. I always like to recommend an alternative when I write a scathing review but in this case, go to a nearby grocery store and eat something healthy (I could use that advice myself). Save fast food for the civilized world (Kansas City, Denver, Tulsa, or OKC are you're closest semi-civilized locations...Wichita is not on this list). read more

Awful McDonald's. Employees are straight up lazy, they won't take card half the time, refuse orders when the line is too busy and refuse customers. They have lost so much business by being lazy. Obviously the food is the same at every McDonald's you eat at but this is for their customer service. It was during breakfast rush hour and they were exceptional! Well oiled machine. We were already on a late start to get on the road and we ordered and me being picky changed my order from hot cakes to oatmeal once we got to the window and to my surprise she said "you bet sweetheart! Its the better choice anyway." She made sure the order was correct herself in the bag before handing it through the window and we were on our way! Great job guys. read more

Showed up to get my wife and me some food. Ordering went ok, except for when I ordered a large hi c orange drink they didn't add to my order or ask me about it. All I wanted was a orange drink, so I went back for it and the manager on the phone said " I'm going to be honest with you we have people counting our drive-thru and timing it so if you wouldn't mind coming inside to get your drink." I said "no, that's why I went through the drive thru." She said " well it's not on your receipt and you didn't pay for it so the only way for you to get it is to come inside." The lady also said that even if I was parked in the lot and on the phone with her there is no way of knowing how to find me while I'm parked in 1 of the designated parking spots for them to bring you food." Went through drive through was taking a little long but understandable. All I order was a Dr.Pepper light ice. Got home and took a sip and it wasn't even Dr.Pepper it was coke. It wasn't even Light ice. When ordering I said what I wanted and it wasn't even typed in I didn't see it on the screen and got told "1.09 first window" your supposed to read back the Order and ask if everything looks correct. I told the person to keep the change but wanted a receipt but he said he already threw it away and couldn't print me off a new one. Very poor customer assistance read more

Let me just say, this is the slowest McDonald's in history. 18 minutes in the drive through line, and that's not including the ten minute wait it took me to order. Once I approached the speaker system to order, I had to wait two minutes before they responded with "Order." Couldn't you have been a little less rude about it? Oh and the food? My cheese on my burger wasn't melted, bread was crunchy, and the meat patties were sliding off. I asked for it plain, and they included every topping. No sauce in the bag, no fries either. If I'm going to wait THIS long can't you guys get my order right? I even had enough time to go use the disgusting bathroom and come back while the line didn't move. Let's include the fact that two of the three toilets were filled to the rim with toilet paper. The only one that wasn't didn't have any toilet paper in the stall to use, and when I informed them they ignored me. Customer service am I right? Doesn't exist here. The employees didn't even acknowledge me when I told them they forgot my sauce and fries. They simply walked off and never came back. At least they gave me a free pie. read more
