Went in to the store to eat in recently (hadn't been inside for awhile). I was shocked and disgusted at the nasty condition of the eating area. All of the bins were overflowing. Trash and food, sticky spills were all over every surface - tables, seats, floors. This was midafternoon, so not very busy but apparently no one was assigned to clean up all day? The self serve soda machine was putting out flat, flavorless Diet Coke, and when I complained the staff said "oh yeah, we know it's not working right." Really? How about fixing it? I didn't dare check out the bathroom, as I doubt it was any less disgusting as the whole eating area. Now that I've seen how they are happy to operate and serve food out of this pit, I would not even go through drive through there. If they're fine with us seeing that filth and proof of their laziness, why would they be following proper food handling and conditions in the kitchen, where we can't see what they're doing. I just had the worst customer service i have ever had in my 19 years of life. All i wanted was a damn sauce and they did not come to my service until 20 minutes after waiting at the counter. the lady asked what i wanted and i said qoute on quote "3 sweet and sour sauces please maam". She then proceeded to give me 3 packs of salsa after i clearly paid for sweet and sour sauce. The manager then drops my friends food off then i tryed to get his attention and when he responded, mid sentence he left and ignored me. Another absolutely horrible experience. Even though we specifically placed our app order to be picked up in the restaurant, again it ended up and drive through. They can't find it, the manager after rolling his eyes at US ended up reentering it. As he was doing so, he yells "SHUT UP" at the top of his lungs into his headset intended for his employees. If this was an isolated incident then, okay. However, this has happened for like 10 or 12 times in a row. We're done. This is honestly the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. One of the worst drive-thru experiences I've had. Yesterday I ordered two kids meals using a promo code. The cashier at the first window (an Asian male, who turned out to be the manager) seemed annoyed from the start. He rushed me through payment without confirming the total. I asked for a receipt and saw that the discount code hadn't been applied and I was charged a donation I never approved. When I asked politely if the total was correct, he yelled "YES THAT'S CORRECT," slammed the window shut, and walked away. Another staff member stepped in, verified the error, and said he'd get the night shift manager--who turned out to be the same rude guy. He silently corrected the total without looking at me, and when I tried to address his behavior, he again slammed the window and stormed off. I proceeded to the second window and ask why he lied and overcharged me. He avoided any accountability, shut the window again, I told him I no longer want the food, and eventually handed me a refund. Unacceptable behavior from a manager. I started recording after the first outburst. I'll be filing a formal complaint, but others should know what to expect. read more

I realize it's a Mc Donald's but this place has gone downhill in a MAJOR fashion. It's been bad lately but after my experience last week I felt compelled to leave this report in the hopes that just maybe the owner cares? After nearly blowing a tire in the MASSIVE pothole in the parking lot that has gone without repair for months I went inside. First stop was the men's room that was a disaster. I'll try to be civil here but I've seen construction outhouses that were cleaner and smelled better. The urinal was filled with pickle slices! The dining room was beyond filthy! The two large Spanish speaking guys at the counter ignored me. One looked at me and walked away. I had to almost yell to get the attention of the other! I should have walked out. I know that. Food was typical Mc Donald's quality. Neither good or bad but acceptable. I can't imagine anyone bringing young children into this filthy place. Placed a mobile order and entered space number when I arrived. After waiting 20 minutes, I went inside to check on my order. Manager Andy (the only employee around) ignored my repeated attempts to get his attention to ask about my order. When he did prepare my order (after another 10 minutes) and headed to the door to deliver it, I tried to intercept him and ask if that was my order (I was ignored). After following him to the parking lot and seeing my car empty, I told him that it was my order and he angrily thrust it at me and walked away. Angry Andy also had a mob of angry customers to deal with inside (Uber Eats drivers long waiting for their pickup, hangry high schooler's wanting to order, and others who needed a spoon/straw missing from their order). Apparently this is also not Manager Andy's first bad day as it seems he has a history of treating customers poorly (see other Google reviews and comments). Mismanagement? Poor Service? Yep to all! It's appalling to think that Angry Andy is allowed to scream at customers, act rude, and is unable to provide any level of customer service. When I contacted McD corporate, they said they alerted the store owner who would contact me about the situation . . . it's been 10 days and counting without a peep. Don't just take my word for it, but seriously consider the low star ratings and negative reviews this restaurant has before venturing somewhere other than the Sammamish McD's. read more

Long story short I didn't get my drink because the machines were all messing up and so I left without and called customer service to get a refund as I didn't have time to go inside to get a refund. I told the entire story to customer service and they assured me the owner would be calling me because only they can offer the refund. It's been 6 days and no call. I called the store directly several times and just got a voicemail. I left one to call me and no one has called me back after two days. Terrible customer service. read more

Visited this place a couple times in recent weeks. Rarely go & these visits remind me as to why I don't. While the food looked reasonably presentable, the taste was sub-par for sure. I am pretty sure they keep "recently" cooked patties in some sort of warmer, so they can pull them out and customize your order. The meat is already rather tasteless, relying on the condiments 100% for flavor & by using warmed meat pretty much ruins it for me. Still think their French fries are some of the best & will actually just get them to go to eat with whatever else I may be having at home. Coffee drinks OK, good for when hitting the road on a day trip. I'm sure I'm not the target demo for McD's, but the sandwiches just don't work at all for me anymore. Service was actually pretty good; friendly, helpful & fast, but I wasn't there during peak times so your experience may vary. read more

This McDonald's has horrible customer service. The female supervisor or manager was very rude. My order included a drink cup. I asked for a water cup, and her response was to "make sure this is water only." I didn't say anything at the time, but I wanted to. This McDonald's has a fountain station outside of the employee area, which means customers could refill their drinks anytime and as much as they want. Remember the feeling of being a kid & the excitement of getting a happy meal - it's special & so exciting to get the latest toy. Their machines (both ice cream and soda) are frequently broken and their drive through is disorganized incorrectly taking orders from customers behind me. I've been to many McDonald's but this location wins for how long it takes for the food to get to your table. I'm starting to speculate that all orders done through kiosk are forgotten until they remember. I've been ordering through kiosk every time I'm here and it takes 15minues or longer. During this 15minutes, I see others who have arrived later than me getting their food and the only difference is that they ordered at the register. I come here because there is no Wendy's or Chickfill-A on the plateau. Today the girl giving the food at the window was almost throwing the bags to each car in front of me. She did the same with my order. I asked for two ketchup packets and gave me a ready small plastic bag with 5 packets. I have never seen this before.
