I had to saddly write this review, we are costumers in this place and come to spend a good time with my wife, [[HIGHLIGHT]]we like the atmosphere when we first come and decided to be best spot for us since we live close.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] But yesterday night I come with my Mom of 86 years old that visit me to share a great moment, we only spend a couple hours there my youngest boy have burger, my mom, wife and me had an appetizer and beer, when my son finish the burger one of the server bring us the check without requiring, my wife call our regular server that she know us for being at the place many times before and tell her, Why give me the check if I'm not required I love to be here and our server ask , who was? then said us sorry about that and we order couple beers more, when we finishing our beers i request check so when our server come to take payment my wife asks to her to bring the last beer to her ( the same t like my wife do all the time), so server bring her last beer , all was good until the manager come to us and throw out cash on the table and tell my wife , there is your $ for the beer I'm not going allowed to drink it and please you guys be out of the place. That situation made us feel disappointing and feel humiliation since we wake up from the table What we did wrong? But the Cherry on the top. The manager go to the front door and stay there wait for us to leave, in our way out one of the server tell us loud using discriminating Spanish words and attitudes "Larguense de aca pinches pendejos de mierda y no regresen" ( I don't want to translate in English for Respect Google viewers ) Immediately I claim to the manager why her worker insulting us like that and she said " is ok with me and she speak Spanish as well "

Every item, every time is consistently good. Delicious bar food fare done with care and craftsmanship. Great pairing of beers makes it a great choice.

They do have a great beer tap selection, but the only vegan options they have is salad and possibly fries.

I've tried a variety of their beers, hard seltzers, and hop water and have liked all of them so far. I've found the place to be welcoming and a fun environment in which to meet friends. Tony has been very kind and helpful and provides great service. I'd also like to take this opportunity to educate any reviewers who complain that their children are excluded. I'm not employed by or associated with this business in any manner, nor am I providing them (or any reader) legal advice. However, I do know that the Revised Code of Washington Chapter 66 is the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act for this state. It makes a distinction between brewery taprooms and brewers who run their business as a tavern. Some breweries serve their beverages at taprooms which allow children on the premises. However, some breweries (like Big Block Brewing's Sammamish location) instead have tavern licenses which categorically prohibit anyone under the age of 21 from being on the premises at any time, under any condition. It's not their fault; it's the law. When they refuse admittance to a child, they aren't being unreasonable. They're simply abiding by the law and ensuring that they do not violate it (a misdemeanor offense) and risk losing their liquor license. Personally, I think it's unfair to punish a business with a bad review because of the legal framework under which they are currently licensed. If you want to bring your kids (&/or dogs), their Redmond location is just 10 miles away and has a different license (probably because that is where the beer is now brewed), so maybe try going there.

OK music playing at polite volume. 2 muted video screens, one above the other: the top played sports and then an action movie, while the bottom screen displayed a calming string of enchanting Bob Ross videos. Their website was easy to navigate to find out which food truck would be there and when. We ordered our food first then handed inside to warm up before picking up our order. The space was really spacious and nice. The vibes were warm and cozy with a large TV projector screen playing sports, good music and all types of seating and tables. They have a dog water bowl near the front where you can also get water with clean cups nearby too! You can also tell it is a beloved location as it was getting quite busy and there were children, dogs, and adults enjoying the space and time with one another. We got two 10oz Diamond Knot root beers which was divine! I recently started drinking root beer from breweries and I am a huge fan, as I think brand named root beer is gross. The drink paired really well with our soul food order. The bartender was really polite and seemed to be good friends with his regulars which is a good sign. I asked him where we should put the drinks and he politely let me know to the side of where he served me would be great and there is a sign to put empty glasses as well. We will look forward to visiting when we can as we are all the way from Tacoma but it is definitely worth coming back to!

When we walked in around 8:40 p.m., it was fairly empty inside, with only two or three small groups scattered around. Since we were stopping by on their "Wine Wednesday", wine taps actually carried a discount -- a nice unexpected surprise. TL;DR: Tapster is an awesome spot you have to check out if you're a beer lover. Never in my life have I had the opportunity to pour my own beer at a bar from so many different taps before. The wide variety of beers here is not something you see often. Most of the time when a place has a large beer menu, it's saturated with a bunch of lagers and IPAs. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how many sours, fruit beers, ciders and stouts they had here. My favorite beer of the evening was one that hot hot honey mixed in with it. While there are a few snacks available for purchase here, you are more than welcome to bring outside food in as well.
