Every single time I go through the drive-thru, I'm greeted by Ms. Patricia, a standout professional who sets the tone for the entire experience. Her demeanor is warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. What stands out even more is the leadership. The general manager leads from the front--visible, engaged, and working cohesively alongside the team. That kind of hands-on leadership translates directly into results: my order is always accurate, presented with care, and handled with professionalism. On my most recent visit, I made a special request--adding burger seasoning to my eggs. It wasn't a standard option, and it could have easily been dismissed. Instead, Ms. Patricia acknowledged that it wasn't on the menu but ensured it was done anyway. When I received my order, it was executed perfectly. I've stopped by over the years for food and it's fairly clean and nice inside with plenty of light and space. I almost always order with the app so there's not a long wait for food. The food is decent for a typical McDonalds with service as expected. Workers are courteous and my order was accurate. read more

We were at a Christmas party and decided that we were hungry so we wanted to get something quick on the way home that was not very expensive. My wife got a happy meal cheeseburger and I got a big Mac. Meh... Have not had one in a while so I have to admit that I remember it being better. The fries were good, but the hamburger was not very good. One was a little bit dry and I hate the fact that they do not have Coke zero. I am just not a fan of Diet Coke. Maybe because it had been a while I was remembering the food differently. All in all everything was fine. The people were nice. And maybe my expectations of McDonald's should not be anything other than three stars, but because we were so hungry and we're looking forward to it I think is why we were a bit disappointed. Again, people were very nice, and the service was very good and the price was not bad for what we got, just did not taste as good as I think I hoped it would. read more

This is my favorite Mcdonald's I've ever been to! I love McDonald's Dr. Pepper and this location is the best! I've definitely had my fair share of odd experiences at a McDonald's but this one always goes above and beyond. They consistently give me a free cookie when I mobile order which is so cute and the food is always fresh. The service is great! Keisha definitely provided amazing customer service this morning and she definitely brightened my day! She is genuinely a happy, engaged and people person. This morning, my daughter had a little accident, and I had to go to the car to change her. I asked Keisha to watch my food, and she happily took my tray in the back and kept it warm for me, and then brought it to my table. I don't know what it is, but she really made my day and I would come back to this McDonald's place again!! You don't see very many people going above and beyond, but she is truly a gem . So I came to this location at around 1:35 am. Manager was very rude to her employees. I could hear her yelling and screaming at them from the drive through window. Overall very unprofessional in terms of management and made my friends and I feel uncomfortable when receiving my order, as for she was hovering over the nice lady at the drive through window. So this used to be my go to stop on my way into work, but no longer! They have had "system issues" twice in the last 2 weeks. No signs, you just have to wait in line until you get up to the drive thru order spot, and they tell you over the loud speaker they are only taking cash that day. Again, if that is happening, why not have a sign up so I don't wait in line for 10+ min?!? The first time this happened I was forgiving cause stuff happens. Staff is doing the best they can. Second? Best place I've been too: I got my meal on the mobile app and went over here to eat. The places look was Amazing. (Outside) and it wasn't that much of a wait to get in the drive-thru Plus the service was amazing! They were so nice to me. The food was fresh and when I got home to try it I'd say the nuggets were the best. I did ask for no pickles and sauce but they did add enough sauce and they added pickles, but it's not a big deal. One of the only McDonald's in my area that is 24hrs. I have had nothing but positive experiences at this McDonald's even at 3AM! I mean you have to give it to the employees working the overnight shift. They deal with a lot of different people through the wee hours of the night/morning. My usual order from McDonald's is the hot n spicy & the McDouble or my favorite the sausage egg & cheese McMuffin. Stopped by this McDonald's because I was starving while waiting for my car at the next time door Discount Tire. I came at 2:30pm on a Monday.
