Great service hot food can't complain order was perfect not like most places that always find a way to destroy your order

Did a curbside order. And I sat for 20 mins waiting for it after checking in. Then when I called, I was told "What's in your order? Ok it will be out when it's done". I have done curbside at many of these...never had this issue before. Never had to call anyone to report my order. It's almost like they don't get many curbside orders. There were regular patrons parking in the designated spots and walking in the store. Extra star for hot food. read more

Every time i come to this place i always have problems. Sadly it is the only thing open near my work at 4am on my break. They for one are always taking forever even when i am the only one there and when i ask for an update they never disappoint to giving attitude. I honestly don't know what kind of jerks they have working there. I ordered thru Irene. My driver was great! But McDonald's messed it up for me. First they wanted to short me a coffee I paid for and when my driver told them they didn't give it to me they said it was in the bag and it wasn't . Then when they put it in the bag they put it in lose not in a cup holder or anything. My orange juice was half full as well. When I open the bag my coffee was laying flat in the bag and it was spilled everywhere ! On everything!! I am beyond annoyed with this. Who puts a coffee just freely in a bag not secured!? I wish i could rate this location zero stars. Sever through drive through was very rude. Didn't listen to anything i said. Talked rudely the whole time. I also rarely eat at this restaurant due to family dietary issues and i couldn't get my food since sever messed everything up. read more

I live closer the one on Seguin rd (FM-78) and I hate that mc donalds they are rude and food is always sloppy. Today I decided to go to this one (on w.w.white and 10) and I LOVED IT the food was good (especially fries, for a change they WERE NOT soggy!) they were quick and best of all everyone was so nice an pleasant! From pulling up to pay to getting my food and driving off they we just so nice! This one is a little out of my way but I will definitely be making the trip instead of going to the one of 78! I had to pull up for them to make my Carmel frappe but they for got about me I waited 18 minutes then had to send grand baby in to get it the manager said she did not know nothing about it so she gave me two apple pies then I went back late night order a burger and the person at the window was rude I was explaining that I did not want special sauce add mustard and mayonnaise and no onions that is not what my receipt he told me to pull up they will bring it out I ask was my burger gonna be correct he said yes just pull up . I could have gone through the drive-through three times in the time it took me to wait for my mobile order. This was my first time using the mobile app and my boyfriend who does Doordash say he hates pickups at McDonald's in general. I think the drive thru went fast but their parking lot for drive thru is a mess because it's very small. read more

With this being the closest McDonald's to my house, I sometimes think I should just drive to the McDonald's on Rigsby or hell even go to the McDonald's inside Wal-Mart. They would give much better service than this location. This location needs to hire a better class of employee or for sure have better training. I went thru the drive thru and waited the usual 10 mins in line...trust me 10min is still better than most days. I try to keep my order simple and not deviate too much but I knew it would catch up to me eventually. I ordered a Big Mac no lettuce. Simple right? Every time I come to this McDonald( which I really try not to come to this location) I always experience some of the worst customer service. I just placed a order for my family and the guy at the drive thru window seemed like he was on drugs he was slurring his words, just seemed lost when asking questions about my order then when I asked him if that I he didn't put all of the order he stated I had to go through the line and re-order. I honestly don't recommend this McDonald's to any one I only come when everything is absolutely closed. This is last resort. read more

Rarely ever do I write a bad review but this place is beyond deserving of one. This place take the fast out of fast food I don't think the employees even have a clue what fast means in fact I don't know that I'd even call this food! Lord have mercy 23 minutes in a drive through and my damn food tastes like it was 48hrs old! FAIL!! So much of a quick bite more like a quick spit after the first bite. THIS MCDONALD'S BITES THE BIG ONE!!!! The employees are rude, not very intelligent and act like you are bothering them by visiting their establishment. If you don't like your job LEAVE, if you don't like people then DON'T have a job interacting with the public. We placed a very simple order for 4 hashbrowns and a CARAMEL Frappe - - - - hashbrowns were not cooked completely thru (which we didn't find out until AFTER we sent back the Frappe - - - they gave us Mocha not Caramel - - - - to which the not so smart, not friendly at all girl at the window scowled at us for - - - - SORRY to want what we ordered!!!!! In addition to that, the drive thru is not set up very well - - - - too many cars for such a small area - - - - -McDonald's should've rethought the site location.
