They gave me red beans and rice in place of the sweet potatoes and forgot the riblet. I had to return to the counter to inform they forgot the riblet. I said nothing of the red beans and rice, deciding to try them since I have gotten the sweet potatoes as a side in my two prior visits. The chicken has been better. It wasn't as juicy as before but wasn't as dry as the wood-like riblet. Also, the restaurant charges 75 cents for tea refills. Worse, the order ticket showed $20 for my order, which I paid for by debit card. I paid cash for the one tea refill. However, my bank notification showed they submitted a $20.50 debit. Maybe this was for a surcharge they didn't tell me about beforehand. Based on this experience it appears Chatman's has lost its way.
