Placed order through the app. Went through the drive through to pick up my order. Sat in the line for 15 minutes for one car ahead of me. Finally got my order, requested ketchup and napkins, I was told they were already in the bag however they were not. This place has less than two star reviews due to a management team that is "theory X". Manager makes all drive-through pay at the drive through the send them to parking lot to wait for food. No other drive through requires this nonsense. Timers are not accurate for drive through orders. Food takes a long time to be delivered as one waits in the parking lot. 1 1/2 stars in reviews should tell the owners of this franchise all they need to know. What a joke of a restaurant. 8pm on a Wed and I pull into the drive thru. I order a double western "Combo" and after am told "we are out of normal fries". I tell them I will take Cris cut bit don't want the upcharge. He says I don't think I can do that. Pull around to the window and talk to the "manager" (very loose term). They will decline or refuse to answer questions and just continue to pass on the phone with no explanation or response. This is completely unprofessional for "adult" to be working in customer service this way. Carl needs to evaluate there employees and they things that occur in the job. So this is my second try i have tried to get decent food. I like the double western. Made right and fresh this is really a great burger. 1st time trip in at 8pm the meat was not fresh. This time i do DoorDash pickup. I do the order in parking lot and then drive to order spot in the drive thru 2 minutes later where i am told my burger is ready. Wait, its almost 9pm. In 2 minutes the meat went through the charbroiler and made??? I ask if the meat was just charbroiled. They say yes. I say no not just made from the meat in the warmer bin (usually from dinner rush). I get told yes and go to lot n take a bite. Nope warmer bin patties. I go back to order box this is a $7 burger. Not dollar menu fodder. Well i will say the next attempt they got me good. I can say this time the meat was freshly charbroiled. 2 patties from the warmer bin were tossed into the end of charbroiler to heat up like fresh cook. Nah uh I know the difference. In the future staff this might work if you added some fresh grease before tossing on first. I wasn't gonna try a third time and besides the window clerk was far too smiling and giggling while offering up my remake so I don't know what floor or saliva treatment my remake already got. read more

DISAPPOINTED My son and I chose to stop here instead of the Jack In the Box or McDonald's and we were sadly disappointed. It was Sunday, December 9th @ 5:30am and we were going through the Drive Thru to get some breakfast biscuits. We were told that they only serve Breakfast Burger (which has beef meat) and french toast sticks but they do have the "lunch" menu available. We had a 100 mile drive and unfortunately we had to wait until we almost reached our destination as we could not afford to be late to our special training. At 5:30 in the morning, we are not trying to each hamburgers and/or fries. If you are going to sell food at 5:30 it should be breakfast also. Not having to wait until 6:00 a.m. Lesson learned. Generally, the employees working the breakfast shift provide good service. Unfortunately, it tends to drop off in the afternoon. I have to laugh everytime I'm in the drive thru and they ask me to pull around front and wait for my order when no one is in line behind me! When I point out that I'm the only person in line, they looked shocked that a mere customer would question them. Sometimes they will take the time to explain that they are trying to scam their drive thru timer to make it look like customers are being served faster than they are. It seems to me that If they are going to ask me to help in their scam, they should at least throw in a free cookie??? So this is maybe like the 4th time I've been here and had horrible service at breakfast hours. I called to make sure they where open due to everything either being closed till a certain time because of COVID-19 they answer and before I can get a word in I'm cut off told opening hours are 6am and gotnhung up on. I usually have no problem waiting but if I just got off a 10hour shift at work and you tell me you open at a specific time and I'm in the drive through 10 minutes past the time and I see you through the window with the headset on staring at me...and ignoring me then I have a damn problem.
