I'm actually stunned that McDonald's has such bad reviews here or just about anywhere. I ordered the $5 McValue meal for the kids and my daughter had her first ever chicken sandwich. She said it's 8 out of 10 good! This is coming from a girl who typically orders every burger plain. She didn't even complain about the lettuce and mayo. McDonald's is about as cheap of a meal you can get. It's not a healthy meal but it's a great treat for the little ones or kids at heart. My Big Arch burger order is my first ever sandwich only order that I ever paid for. I wanted to see what the hype is about. It is a really meaty burger with a lot of sour flavors. They put their signature sauce and I think 4 or more pickles. I started to like pickles about half a decade ago and so I'm not complaining... just sharing. So for a pricey fast food $10 burger I rate this sandwich 3.5 stars! I'm sure most of you know this, but if you don't you should get their app. If you have kids, you can collect points which can be redeemed for treats or sandwiches that you wouldn't normally order such as filet o fish or Big Macs. I typically order for pickup, pick a numbered spot and divulge my meal within minutes of receiving. The curbside pickup is the best because you don't have to step away from your car. Therefore I can't say much about the ambiance in my car. read more

Why do I have to put a bad review on the quantity of their fries? They constantly give you half filled fries like size of a small put in a medium container and it's a medium price. I don't have time to go back to complain since I'm on my way to work. Why this location trained their staff to do this and not fill the container all the way & be so greedy for profits. Horrible Big Mac and large ice tea. First the gave me a Big Mac with only cheese and pickles, and then a medium ice tea. They corrected the Big Mac but all they did was dumped the medium ice tea and added ice in a large cup. Then they had to lie that the ice machine adds that much ice. Unbelievable. read more

Dont do curbside, or drive thru, missing items, missing orders, when I just ordered one item I never received it and when i went inside, showed them my confirmation they simply just said, they didnt receive it so they cant serve it. I just left it was a monopoly reward so all i wasted was my time. They were really busy so it took a long time just to talk to someone. Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. I ordered a number 3 (breakfast) with an iced coffee, two extra hashbrowns, and a diet coke. I got to the first window and noticed they had not charged for the two extra hashbrowns. They asked if I still wanted them and I said yes so they charged me for them. I got to the second window and they handed me a hot coffee. I told them we wanted iced coffee and they asked for the receipt and realized the guy had put hot coffee, not iced, but they swapped it. We checked our bag and saw they missed the two extra hashbrowns. I told them they forgot them and they asked for the receipt and the guy had only charged me for one extra hashbrown!!! The guy at the window had someone else come, I assume the manager, but I could not understand her and just ended up telling them I wanted my money back for the one extra hashbrown. We left and found out they had shorted us a straw and given us the wrong breakfast sandwich. All in all, out of the six items we ordered, the only item that they got right was the hashbrown that comes with the number 3. read more

The service at this location is horrible. We wait more than 40 mins for our orders. So many people order after us get their order and we are still waiting. When we asked why it takes so long, one of the worker told us that they are waiting for fries. Instead of apologizing for the delay. They told us if we want a refund with an attitude. Went here on a Wednesday morning around 7:45 and I was in a rush and knew what I wanted to order and ordered it quickly the lady on the speaker got my iced coffee orders wrong and then was unnecessarily rude with an attitude, saying that I asked my coffee plain when I never once said plain she probably miss heard me and started getting frustrated with me when my order was soooo simple , then at the second window they're like robots I got my food and they told me have a nice day which to them is basically telling you to leave because I reminded them I have two iced coffees and then in the rudest tone she told me they're coming , like you're going to assume they're done when they tell u to have a nice day. Made a pit stop here after a nice long run at Hellyer Park on a surprisingly hot day today. I treated myself to a McChicken, fries, and a Strawberry Banana smoothie which hit the spot. Big cheer for contactless curbside which worked flawlessly and super fast. The person who brought the food out was very courteous. read more

The real reason why I am giving 5 stars is the amazing customer service- yes it's just a fast food restaurant BUT all the employees working the lunch rush were so nice to me and helped me. We just left this location today. The staff working is very bad. I ordered on the kiosk but the burger they bring out no lettuce and we have waiting for the coke more than 20 mins. I just tell them help me make the coke no ice and they let me waiting like that even if saw my coke on the shelf already. I come there asking for the coke 2-3 times and they said someone will make the new one. HELLO! You guys just take out the ice only and that's it. Mcdonald's is always a great place for a quick lunch/brunch and it's at every corner--literally. My order usually consists of chicken nuggets, mcchicken and fries (unsalted sry yall). This location is often very busy so my food always comes out nice and hot, stays crispy for a fair amount of time! Sometimes I would have to pull over at the front for my unsalted fries but it's no problem because I'm glad that I'm getting what I asked for and the employee bringing it out is always so nice hahaha I've also gone here many times for a couple years now and I haven't experienced bad attitude and it's always been a quick in and out of the drive-thru. This place has really gone downhill! Used to be decent, but now it's terrible, the drive thorough is supposed to be a way to not have to park and get out, but is now obsolete. 9/10 times I come through here they never have my order right away. They always make park outside and wait, and when the order finally comes it's usually wrong! And it's not just me, usually there's about 5 other cars parked and waiting for their orders too. I'm not sure if it's because they are purposely understaffed because of the new California wage increase or what. But service is terrible now. Yum! Their fries are always great here! Very crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! Not too much salt which is a plus! The McDouble here is very well made. Each element is stacked on individually to perfection! Unlike some other places where sometimes they forget the patty, bun, cheese, etc.. Drive through staff are usually very welcoming and quick with their work. Drive through however gets VERY packed in the morning (morning rush hours). Parking near there is usually packed since there is starbucks, subway, etc in front of mcdonald's. read more

Proper management is needed maybe they need to re train the manager and make sure they are sure what McDonald's is all about and how to add that into the way they work and there team or associates work as well . The boy who n charge "Willy" took my order wrong 3 times- and to my surprise he argued with me about! And still got the wrong food - when I returned it he put the wrong food back in the rack to be served to another client!!!... The worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at!
