Order was fast hot and accurate. Wonderful food and quick service. Love the chicken nuggets and cheese sticks.

No fried apple pie here. It was a difficult walk to get here. If you are visiting would recommend to drive here.

Opentableable: no reservations Return worthiness: yes Highlights: - Burgers: thick and a bit rounded. Pure meat with not much seasoning in a good way--delicious. 5 stars - Onion rings: legit crispy and thick. 4.25 stars - Wine burger: braised in wine was a fun idea--mild flavor though. 4 stars - Fries: McDonald's style. 4 stars - Drinks: had fresh juices and cocktails in addition to sodas in cans. - Options: few cheeses to choose from (cheddar, roquefort) and also have chicken. Bacon is also an option. "Salad" (aka lettuce and tomato are extra 90 cents) - Squeezy ketchup bottles on the table were appreciated. - Has a drive thru! - Open late - Locals and visitors enjoying it - Friendly and efficient staff - Huge spot with a smaller dining room on one side and larger on the other. Midlights: - Smaller burger than you'd expect so you may need to get multiples if you are like my hungry teenage son - Pina colada: not expecting much but cool they even offered one Lowlights: - If you are staying down in old town bit too far to walk up the hill especially in the summer heat, so need to take an Uber around to it

It was interesting that all of the burger toppings are brought to you separate from the burger so you can add whatever you want. It was also interesting that the patty came in the form of a meat ball instead of a flat patty. The service was a bit slow but they were busy. I got seated at about 9:05, was provided the menu at 9:15, placed my order at 9:25, and all of the food came at 10. I would recommend getting drinks and appetizers since the burgers and sides are made as ordered so it can take a while. There is parking available in a small lot as well as on the street.

We waved as we walked in to a waiter, pointed to a seemingly available picnic table, and he waved that we were good to go, so we sat right away, at 7:45p...after that more tables opened up. Drinks: 1. Pina colada - no bueno...like a coconut ice, not pina colada. 2. Passion fruit juice with fresh mint - delicious! 3. Cherry juice drink with alcohol - wife liked it, and I thought it was good. Appetizers: 1. Beef empanadas- I thought the crust overpowered the meat and onion, but daughter and wife loved it. 2. Nachos - terrible. Chips were stale and cheese/beans covering was bare, but then they gave us additional refried beans in a little cup, and straight I thought the refried beans were delicious. 3. Baha fish tacos - phenomenal!!! Entrees: 1 Chicken fajitas: disappointing. The spicing was off, on the chicken, and the guacamole was mostly sour cream. 2. Steak fajitas: very good and way better than the chicken Service was quick and the staff knew their stuff, but it took a long time to get the bill because other tables came in.

The online menu is in Spanish also But... there are pictures! This helped out a lot! I ordered from what I'm assuming is their $1 menu... it was actually $1.69 per item but for $9, I had plenty of food and it was pretty good! I ordered the: Pechu Krunchy Sandwich - (simple fried chicken sandwich with some kind of sauce and pickles) Pechu Taco- (Flour tortilla with 1 chicken finger, mashed potatoes, and cheese.) Papas Majadas- (Mashed Potatoes) Corn nuggets- (little fried corn hash browns- really good!!) 2 Honey Biscuits It was by no means a healthy meal, but it was good and hit the spot. I did take it back to my hotel to consume. The ambiance inside of the restaurant was pretty standard for a fast food place. If you're looking for some quick food in the area, give this Church's a try! Enjoy!

The cashiers are not very friendly and they had me standing to the side while they took care of another order that they messed up. The person was very upset and demanded their money back right before I was to begin ordering. The cashier then left went to speak to her boss for over 5 mins. Then she returned back to the register and made a phone call for another 3 minutes as I stood waiting to put my order in. It was extremely rude. A simple apology or if she just would've asked me to wait nicely would have sufficed but I was completely ignored and brushed off. Very off putting and not normal customer service in Puerto Rico. Chicken was good but the biscuits and corn nuggets really stole the show. I'd definitely return but never again at this location. Also the restroom wasn't very clean and was out of toilet paper.

After dropping our…read morebags in our Airbnb, we decided to walk up the street to see what we could find, preferably, authentic Puerto Rican food. We were staying in the Coronado area of San Juan so it's a little touristy so I thought we would find a decent amount of Puerto Rican options. To our surprise, there weren't a lot of options. This place seemed like more of a fast food restaurant, but they did offer exactly what we were looking for...Arroz con gandules, mofongo, yuca, tostones, pork, etc. so we stopped in. Everything seemed to be cooked fresh and to order, especially the Mofongo. I ordered the chicken breast with arroz con gondules and yuca. Everything was so good! I also tried the Mofongo, which was one of the best I've had outside of eating it homemade. Wow. Pleasantly surprised. I ate so much, pretty much clearing my plate, which I never do. This food kept me full pretty much the entire day. Very tasty food. Service was friendly and the dining area seemed pretty clean. I liked it so much that I came back a second time during my four day trip. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get as well. The second time we went, we actually split a meal and we were both full. This place is a must try when visiting Puerto Rico.
