    I don't know

The food was not appealing. The server Luis was nice but took a long time to bring drinks(wasn't his fault)) there wasn't a good variety in Meats and I'm only speaking on the buffet did not get anything ordered other then the drinks... my daughter and niece plate was still dirty and my husband drink was made fresh but tasted like ice water..

Sure it looks good from here.... but wait

The best thing about this place is the view! That's it! I came here after a long flight , ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup and mayo y lettuce... welp... I only got the cheese. And the first bite was full of hard bone... yuck!!! Took one bite and couldn't eat anymore... I wasn't given a bottle of ketchup for my fries...

Some fruits with ice cream and cookies

It's my second time in Puerto Rico and I've been there already three times. I completely love it they have everything I want it The view is really good and it goes perfectly with the food. They have a lot of selections like pasta salads my favorite part is the desserts they're really good and they vary a lot

I'm not a buffet person but my friend really wanted to go. There aren't a lot of options to choice from compare to Golden Coral or something. IDK if it was just this location. The place was very busy but it was Sunday night. The buffet was messy because they had a lot of unattended kids at the buffet and only one person working behind the buffet. What I did eat was good like the chicken tacos. I would like to try another location and order from the regular menu not the buffet.

Service was great but the buffet food was blah. There weren't many options and the options they had weren't the greatest. The view from the restaurant was nice though. See my pictures.

Horrible Sizzler, normally I would have very low expectations for a Sizzler but this was awful. Let's start by the fact that we sat were we pleased (as any other Sizzler) and the waitress asked us to pick another table because she had already cleaned that area, the restaurant was packed. We waited 20 mins for someone to take the receipt and get us drink, waitresses kept walking and never stopped. The food was horrible, and not even what I ordered and the waitress was very rude about it. When we were gonna leave the waitress saw us and told us she was just gonna bring us more Sprite ( we didn't order Sprite ). We stayed till closing time so the doors were locked, we knocked on the manager's door, she looked at us and ignored us. We waited another 10 minutes for someone to let us leave.

The view from almost any table

Right on the beach, beautiful views, lovely atmosphere -- exactly what you want for a special occasion dinner in San Juan. We made a reservation and noted it was a birthday celebration. The staff acknowledged it at check-in, which was a nice touch, but that was the extent of it. Once we were seated, the birthday wasn't mentioned again -- which, for a restaurant at this price point, felt like a missed opportunity. The food was genuinely good. The guacamole was fresh and well-seasoned, served with malanga and tortilla chips -- a nice twist on the classic. The poke bowl was solid, fresh tuna, clean flavors, well-balanced. The star of the table was the grilled octopus with achiote -- tender, flavorful, served over a pigeon peas risotto with truffle oil. Really well executed. Service, though, needed work. Water glasses went empty and stayed that way. Had to flag down the waiter for a second drink. For a restaurant at this price level, that's the kind of thing you notice. The food earns the visit. The service needs to catch up to the setting.

It was recommended by one of our tour guides so it is a great option for both locals and tourists. It had a nice atmosphere and very large menu with many different types of options. The Frutti di mare was one of the best pastas I've ever had! It had almost every type of seafood you could want. A great option for someone who wants to try a bit of everything. It was large enough to satisfy you but not too large where you have to take leftovers it back to your hotel. It also came with a salad and delicious bread. My husband ordered the yucafongo pollo, and was very impressed. It was also filling and well made. The drink menu also had a lot of options. I went with the sangria which was super tasty! It's more on the fruity side. Our service was great and we didn't have to wait long for a table or our food, although it seemed busy. Whether you live in the area or are just on vacation, I would recommended trying it out!

The service was a little confusing at first. We were seated and expected to access the menu through a QR code, which wasn't immediately explained to us. We initially expected traditional menus, so there was a bit of uncertainty before we realized how the ordering process worked. We were also seated near one of the air conditioning units, which made some members of our party feel a bit cold during the meal. However, once the food arrived, all of those concerns quickly disappeared. The food was incredible. Rich, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, every dish at the table was delicious. The arroz con pollo was honestly the best I have ever had in my life. It was perfectly seasoned, comforting, and packed with flavor. Every bite felt like authentic Puerto Rican cooking at its best. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the meal, and it made for a wonderful birthday dinner for my wife. While the service experience could be a little clearer and some seating areas may be colder than others, the quality of the food more than makes up for those minor issues. I would absolutely return on a future visit to Puerto Rico.

Because of that, my group decided to sit inside instead. Interestingly, the same loud party eventually came inside and kindly sent us a round of drinks, which was a really nice gesture. We then ordered our own drinks virgin passionfruit mojitos but they tasted watered down and weren't very good. For food, I ordered the mofongo with ceviche as an appetizer, and it was really good definitely the highlight for me. Others in my group ordered pasta, shrimp, skirt steak, and chicken. Overall, they enjoyed their meals, except for the chicken, which wasn't great, so it was mostly left uneaten. Overall, the experience was just okay. The view outside is nice, but between the cleanliness and drink quality, I'd probably stick to ordering takeout instead of dining in. I might come back to sit outside for the view if the conditions were better.
