We had to take our dog to the emergency vet in the area and didn't leave until almost 11:30 with a bottle of antibiotics we were supposed to start giving her immediately. The only way we could think to get her to take one was to hide it in a hamburger. We raced to this location and parked with only 12 minutes until closing and they made our food and brought it out to us just as they were locking the doors. It was greatly appreciated. We were also really surprised at the good prices this location offered, especially since we had just spend a fortune we weren't planning on spending at the vet. Our pup was able to get her medication and we were able to rest easy. I know others might come here regularly and have better, more detailed information to share, but in a pinch they got it done for us and that means something to me. read more

I come here 3-4 times a week to get coffee for evening walks. Usually there are no issues but tonight wad bad. 20 minutes to get coffee and they made me pay twice. No apologies. Yeah, chicken nuggets were a little bit small but I like the french fries and the honey is good. The honey mustard is balanced good with softness. the burger had a nice crunch and the bottom has a good chewiness and this is my special burger, just bun, ketchup, bun, and I like it and I've been ordering it for a long time. The lemonade - wow. french fries are good. The Nuggets are little bit smaller. Apple pie has a good crunch and is also nice and sweet. I received an offer on the McDonald's app and it didn't work. I ordered 3 Happy Meals and I received 3 of the same toys. I tried to exchange them but the manager refused to do so. This McDonald's just reopened from renovations and seems like they have new owners because the old gloomy, sulky faces are gone and a few young ones appeared. They also added curbside pickup, so we can wait in our cars. I recently added meat and sugared-gluten to my overall health, and oddly, started loving fast food for the first time in my life. I am not sure whether this is because they just reopened, but I love so many things in this McD. The Big Mac is amazing because they toast both sides of the middle bun crisp so you get toasty crispy buns enveloping all the meat. The Filet o Fish was the best I have had. The fish was fried perfectly crisp and the tasty creamy sauce and relish meld into a blend of delicious textures and flavors. And OMG, I tried their Guava and Creme Pie and -- I am in heaven. Worth of note: it is Creme, not Cream and dupe me not it is so worthy of its French accolade... The guava was actually real guava purée!! I totally expected the fake flavors that we normally get. Moreover, the pie crust was totally normal pie crust, not the cakey one McDs used to have. The best thing here is the Oreo McFlurry. It marries the creamiest fluffiest Soft Serve with the crispiest Oreo flavored cookie crumbs without the doughy Oreo middle layer goo. Seems a bit silly rating a McDonald's but, damn, this place is bad. They have like 10 diffrent ways to order food and none of them will get the order right anyways. This visit I ordered just a soda... they messed it up. Then it takes 5 minutes to get the drink after they pass my order number up and never call it. Then of course the lady gives me attitude because it says sprite on the ticket and not coke on the order.. because that's of course my fault. This is consistently one of the worst run McDonald's locations I've ever been to in my life. Located in my neighborhood, but I try to avoid at all costs. There's no drive-thru, it's always dirty and slow and the clientele leaves a lot to be desired. You can either go in and order via their poorly designed kiosks or use a human cashier, or via the app. Seems like most people wait in their car for parking lot delivery. In any case, it always takes forever and the staff never seem to be able to keep up, even when it doesn't appear to be busy. About a month ago I decided to dine-in for the first time ever and was pleasantly shocked when the food was quickly delivered to my table by a cherry employee! Given that was my first visit in years, I decided to go back tonight. Ordered a combo at the kiosk and waited and waited. Folks who ordered after me got their food. After almost 20 mins, I asked an employee to check my order and it was sitting on the shelf behind the counter, along with various DoorDash orders. He claims he called it out but that was a lie since I was standing a few feet away. Got home (it's a 3 min drive) and the food was already room temperature and as always, nothing to write home about. McD's quality and portion sizes have fallen so precipitously over the years that it's just not worth going again. read more

This McDonald's has stepped it up in terms of consistency and quality since the latest remodel. I'm almost convinced it's part of a test/pilot program. Every menu item is prepared just right. McNuggets have a light airy crisp without being dry. Fries are light gold, never overcooked, never soggy. Even the buns look higher quality than other locations. Paper packaging is used for everything. Even McNuggets come in a small paper sleeve/bag instead of a paper carton. read more

I've been frequenting this McDonald's for the McFlurry's (the only item I regularly get) but decided to try the McRib on my boyfriend's recommendation. As someone who has never had a McRib before (and actually hates chicken nuggets), I don't get the hate online. I was concerned it'd be sickly sweet with an odd texture - but it's not bad, and the onions quite nicely balance out the BBQ sauce. I'll probably be sticking to my McFlurry's from now on, but the McRib gets a solid OK in my book. As for this McDonald's itself, it's alright - the queue system is confusing (2 different lines for pickup and ordering) and I've seen a few patrons get frustrated - and I wouldn't bother with the whole "pick up in your car" dealio via the app (I don't think they have it down and it's faster to go inside). This location is TERRIBLE! Make sure to check your order before you leave because they've gotten my order wrong the last three times!! My last experience I placed a mobile order for pick up. When I got home I realized they forgot my 40 PCs spicy nuggets. My bf was nice enough to drive all the way back for the missing items. He told the to-go counter that we were missing our SPICY nuggets and the worker said that he'd be right out with it. After 5 min nothing happened so he went up to the worker again and the worker acted like he had no recollection of their previous conversation and again told my bf to wait. He had to tell the worker two more times before he finally gave us our order. Not only did the worker double bag our nuggets but also place three huge stickers across the opening of the bag to seal it completely so we couldn't open it in front of him. You could image how frustrated my bf was after this interaction with the worker only to find out that he GOT THE ORDER WRONG AGAIN and at this point I think he did it on purpose. Horrible service I would not come to this location again. I'd rather drive an extra 10 minutes to the Belmont location. Made an order on the mobile app for curbside pick-up. When I got there, I tried to punch the parking spot number in the app, but it told me to go inside. Once I got inside, I showed them the receipt I got in my email, and they claim they never got the ticket and even though I showed them the receipt, they won't make the order. They said if I want the food, I would have to reorder through their kiosk. I used the "McDonald's points" from the app originally and they say they won't honor my use of those points so now I got charged a higher price, but I don't get the points back. Feels shady cause I received a receipt, and showed it to them. My credit card already has the charge pending ... so why can't they make the food?
