What stood out was the drink sizes -- their "large" is massive, like you could water a plant with it. Medium feels just right if you're not dying of thirst. Came by during lunch rush and ordered in the drive through. Maybe it's the way I didn't sound sure of what I wanted, but I spent over $70 for me and my family. When I get to the 2nd window I find out I was charged a burger I never ordered. Thankfully I was refunded. But looking again at the receipt drinks and other stuff were rearranged with different happy meals and other items in a way that I was actually up charged for drinks.. I ordered: - Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese, Grade (4/5), $5.29 - Large Fries, Grade (4/5), $4.19 Service, Grade (4/5): Service was fairly good considering the food was cook to order. I did "tap to pay" and the cashier smiled and thanked me. The server offered me ketchup, but no napkins. Large Fries were hot, fresh and lightly salted. Their large fries is an actual large fries, with the red cardboard sleeve. This is rare nowadays. Some places serve a small or medium fries as a large fries. Good value. 0 stars if possible, DO NOT COME HERE AT NIGHT. THEY RUN A SCAM BUSINESS. Most of the time you come after 3 they will lie to you that the system is down and make u pay cash. The other half of the time they will pull a different scam. I ordered thru the mobile app and when I arrived they said the code wasn't working. I heard them laughing as I confirmed the location was correct so it was whatever ploy they were trying to pull on me. I said I'll cancel from the app and order here at drive thru, and this is where the scam begins. Ideally I would use the app for the deals but since I canceled there's a wait time. I could've definitely waited and came back to order with the code after the wait time was over but at this point I just wanted to go home. I ordered the same items, but after realizing I couldn't retrieve a code during the wait time, I changed my order (from big Mac + 10 nuggets to 20 nuggets). They proceeded to charge me for 2 ordered of 10 piece nuggets. I paid without thinking, and by the time I questioned why 20 nuggets and a large soda was $13, it was too late. I asked why the cashier charged me twice of 10 pieces instead of charging me for 20 and she exclaimed it was the same quantity. So instead of providing the proper service they opt to scam individuals of their money thru petty transactions. - having people lose the opportunity to use in app deals - over charging by separating the quantities I wouldn't be surprised if they decided to do 10 ordered of 4 nuggets if someone asked for 40 pieces. What's even worse is the food isn't even goods nuggets were DRY AND STALE! Came to grab some lunch with my daughter and went through the drive through. I ordered 2 mc chickens, 20piece nuggets, large well done fries, and a happy meal with nuggets. So as i got my food i checked that everything was in the bag. First issue they asked nuggets or hamburger for the happy meal. My daughter said hamburger and as she opened the box chicken nuggets were in the box and no hamburger. I mention to them and they quickly made me a hamburger. I leave figuring i checked my bag and everything seemed there. But as i parked at the park to eat i have 2 boxs of nuggets which should have 10 nuggets each in each box but what do i come to find.
