This is my favorite in n out location. For some reason I swear it just tastes better here. I like to get a cheeseburger or double double with a whole grilled onion. It's so good! They also have pretty good pink lemonade and their fries are good too. It can be hard to find a seat because it is so popular but it is still worth it. It's much better than other fast food places. I'm still super down for this in n out BUT y'all have to do something about the drive-thru line situation. There's no fair way to regulate the two-line merge, so people end up verbally abusing each other over who was there first. Watching grown adults lose their minds over burgers is embarrassing. I felt so bad for the employee taking orders, she looked like she was on the verge of a panic attack because she didn't know what to do in this situation. Either make it one line or have someone outside managing the merge. Watching people fight over a drive-thru lane is not the In-N-Out experience anyone is looking for. read more

One of the place where I visit very often for quick bites. It is quick to order and food was ready usually pretty fast. It is like if I cannot decide what to have for meal, this will be the one. I usually order either the double double set or the cheese burger set and with well done fries. The thing I like is all the restaurants look the same layout, the burger and fries are consistent, and the patty seems fresh. I also like the fresh cut potatoes. The other choice if you try to avoid carb is to order protein style which yhe wrap is lettuce instead of bun. One thing I wish they have is ice tea like sweet or unsweetened tea beside the pink lemonande. I usually mix 7 up with lite pink lemonade but lately it tastes a bit weird. Who CANNOT love In N Out... it's definitely a great spot for fast food. This particular location has the worst parking lot/ drive thru combo I have ever seen. I don't even know where else to park if you wanted to dine in. You just have to be lucky I guess. Great customer service per usual. Tables were being cleaned as guest left. It was a very warm day. Love In n Out Burger but the parking situation at this location is rough. The parking lot flow isn't designed well. On a busy Friday evening, they block off a whole section of the parking spaces. The only real option, if you want to dine in, is to park directly across the street at the paint store or down the street at a random business and hope you don't get towed. Though it was quite busy, the in-restaurant line moved quickly and our food came out fast - we only ordered fries and shakes for a late night snack. The food quality was consistent with other In n Out locations. Don't forget to request a pouch or two of their special sauce. Finding a seat can be another challenge but with customers are coming and going so you may luck out with a table by the time your food arrives. It gets pretty noisy when it's packed, which is typical for all their locations. On the plus side, the tables were surprisingly clean. I guess there's that awkward pressure to clean up your own table because you can feel everyone watching, just waiting for you to finish so they can grab the table. read more

I'm a fan of this chain. A California classic. Got a cheese burger with fries plus a Diet Coke. Place was packed on a Saturday afternoon with the drive through backed up to an unbelievable extent. Place is doing great business. The burger was solid - nice and flavorful good tomato's and onions. Not greasy. The right amount of food. The fries were good if not the best fast food fries I've ever had. Very reasonable prices to boot. Something to check out when you are on the west coast. read more

They have long lines all the time and people really like this place. In California, the habit has taken the no 1 spot for best burger. And although I do like the habit better, the habit never comes close to the amount of hype and the amount of traffic that in n out gets. The burgers are fresh. The fries are extremely fresh and the potato is cut right in front of your eyes. They always give you fresh produce and tomatoes. No limp or yellowing lettuce is used. They led the industry in actually paying the employees a fair wage even before minimum wage skyrocketed. They run a tight ship. The restaurant is clean. They have a person come out and clean the dining area and bathrooms on a regular basis. They have good shakes. They are a lot cheaper than five guys. Nothing really to complain about here. It may not live up the hype, but it's a consistently fresh, good burger and food. For a restaurant, consistency is king. read more

Fairly efficient when the friendly cashier(s) is/are outside taking order for a smooth drive through in and out. We like to order the grilled cheese animal style and of course, side of fries. Definitely delivers on grilled cheese. We like how the grilled onions are finely chopped. Their sauce definitely brings flavor to the burgers. The staff were able to de-escalate the situation and they did not serve the irate man in his Tesla. It's nice to have a staff that understands right from wrong. In-N-Out makes one of the best burgers out there--fresh, simple, and always hits the spot. The food and staff are consistently great, which is why I keep coming back. But the drive-thru at this location with the two-lane setup is honestly one of the most aggravating parts of the experience. They have two lanes for ordering, which is smart in theory to speed things up, but the way they merge into one line at the payment/pickup window creates total chaos. If you're patiently waiting in one lane (sometimes for 10-15+ minutes), people will pull up in the other lane and then just merge/cut in front of you like it's nothing. It feels like the people who just arrived are getting rewarded for showing up late, while those of us who were waiting get pushed back. I've seen it happen multiple times--someone zips into the empty lane and slides right in ahead, no regard for the line that's already formed. It's not the staff's fault--they're hustling and doing their best--but the system seems to encourage this kind of cutting because there's no clear etiquette or signage enforcing "first come, first served" after the merge. It turns what should be a quick drive-thru into a stressful game of who can merge more aggressively. Love the burgers, love the staff but this drive-thru nonsense makes me think twice about going during busy times. Maybe they need better markings, or staff directing traffic at the merge point, because right now it feels unfair to anyone actually waiting their turn. Someday someone is going to end up getting hurt for cutting when someone been waiting. read more

The food here never disappoints. I'd give five stars, but it's a two star deduction because of how frustrating the parking lot is. One narrow driveway to enter or exit from. They also decided to split the drive-thru line into two lines right past their little building that holds the trash. The drive-thru can get long. Anybody parked near the entrance has to be careful backing up because the drive-thru line can reach the only driveway. The other portion of the parking lot is aways full. So you either try to find a spot and can't or go through the drive-thru. Once in the drive-thru line, you're committed. The drive-thru line seems to move quick. I've never found their fries here to be my taste, but that's very much a subjective preference thing. They were adequately salted, though. Love to see that! The staff was fairly friendly for a fast food restaurant. No complaints there. The only real issue I have is the fact that they use the rapid-soggy paper straws. There are a lot of plastic alternative straws. Why the crappy paper ones that go limp and soggy after a couple minutes?... Overall, it's a small thing. The food and service were good. I've never had In-N-Out before, though I'd heard a lot about it. It wasn't too busy, so my friend and I got our food in a few minutes. I ordered the Double Double (with onions) and Animal Fries (and my friend also got the Double Double, which is why there are two burgers in the picture). I thought the Double Double was really good. It was a large burger with a good amount of flavor and crunch. The Animal Fries were a bit disappointing. It was difficult to eat an individual fry and load it up with the caramelized onions and sauce. Some of the fries would break in half while other fries were stuck together. Got some hankering for burgers and fries.   In-N-Out is a consistant good quick product with what might arguably one of the best fast food fries. I ordered the Double burger so I expect it to be messy.  Ok... I totally blame my wife... she ordered me a Double without tomato or lettuce...it was truly on the dry side..the meat was good though... thank goodness for onions. The fries were the best.. not too oily to the touch.  Lightly salted. Tasted like potatos.  They are freshly made. The floors of the main dining arean needs to be swept.  There are loose fries and a salt package seen.  The table tops were cleared and pretty clean. I really need to say the men's restroom paper towel dispenser is broken or stuck.  I can see that its loaded but no towels are being dispensed and the knob uses to advance the towel is jammed. There are 2 stalls and 1 urinal.  Room is well lit and generally clean. COVID- not many of the patrons were wearing masks.  The majority of the staff were masked, but the cashier was wearing it incorrectly with his nose exposed read more

I'm always impressed with the business model of In and Out and I think to date I've never received less than a five star experience anywhere anytime.... I do however avoid these restaurants during rush times if I can. Outdoor seating and everything else just as you would expect. It is the supreme peak of human food production and will exceed the human minds comprehension level. If a customer could pause time, they would keep on eating and eating until the end of time. No food on earth is better than this delicious delicacy absolute masterpiece. It is cheap and delicious. Better than thousand dollar food like golden a5 wagyu topped with top of the line caviar, and sprinkled with black truffle. The lighting inside this restaurant is perfect. There is a view of a amazing drive-thru. The outside seating area is also very amazing. On rainy days, they are so very nice enough to give any kids a delicious scrumptious hot chocolate, with a choice of topping it with marshmallows. It brings the "best restaurants on earth" to shame. It is not good. It is not great. It is the complete best burger and food place on earth. The deliciousness of the food transcends time. Another PRO TIP, if the drive thru line is so long that it's out on the road, just go somewhere else. Don't be surprised by long lines if you're coming at a busy time. It's fast food, you shouldn't expect much. Quality is consistent for me, workers have always been nice, and the inside has always been clean and kept up at this location.
