I rarely leave reviews, let alone negative ones, but my experience with Sanjani, the manager, was unacceptable. Her customer service was horrible, and she displayed a dismissive "whatever" attitude. I walked in to pick up a DoorDash order and stood there waiting. The manager, Sanjani walked by not once but twice and didn't acknowledge me at all. Then a gentleman came behind me asking for sauce, and she acknowledged him right away and walked him straight to the register. He apologized to me, and I told him it wasn't his fault. She walked right past me and said nothing. Once she was done at the register, she attempted to ignore me again until I asked if she was going to ask what I was there for, she said, "I'm helping a customer right now, sir," and just walked off. Keep in mind the customer she was "helping" is the guy who asked for the sauce, in which she didnt even give him the sauce, instead, the nice young lady in the back not only brought the gentleman his sauce, but she also asked me if I was there to pick up an order, which I was, and handed it to me. The manager, Sanjani, still said nothing. I can honestly say this was the worst customer service I've ever encountered. It takes nothing to say "I'll be right with you," instead i'm completely ignored. No one is perfect, but being that you are in a managerial position, you should lead by example and provide a much higher standard of customer service. read more

Easy access to this McDonald's location if you are traveling southbound on Valley View Ave. If traveling northbound on Valley View, one has to either turn left at the next major intersection, drive west and go around an island in the middle of the street, or enter a gas station parking lot, exit the driveway, and head southbound on Valley View Ave. Nothing special about this McDonald's. Service was good, and the food was cooked well. The one major negative was the electronic menu board in the drive-thru lane. It was TERRIBLE and completely falling apart. How are guests supposed to see the menu if you can't see a thing? I have no idea how long the menu has been out of order, but McDonald's management needs to do better and repair this mess asap. read more

I'm a resident in this area, and today's experience made me decide I will never come back to this McDonald's again. I placed an order through the app for pickup, 2 combo meals plus extra drinks. Two employees brought the food out to us. One employee was even carrying a box full of sauces, but neither of them bothered to ask if we wanted ketchup or any other sauce for the fries before just walking away. I went to McDonald's at around 10:30 PM after my shift the first time around at the drive-through they forgot my small french fries which was fine. I just made a U-turn and the cashier was nice and he upgraded my small fries to a medium. Finally, I get home and when I go to take a drink of my sweet tea, I notice, some gross disgusting particles inside my drink. From going in and being welcomed by staff and by manager "Mexican lady with short hair" they were very attentive and friendly!! The place is so clean!! The manager even took time to sweep and area were a customer was nasty and dropped food "I don't care who you are or where you are!! You clean after yourself!" The food was freshly cooked!! The fries were exactly how they are on the billboard and commercials !!! Crispy but not burnt and the hamburger not all smashed like other McDonald's!!! I went to this McDonald's a few days ago. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal for inside dining. Then 3 other customers came in and did the same. Everyone was given a Table Stand with a number that corresponds to the order number. Our orders were supposed to be delivered to our tables. Instead the lady at the front counter just shouted-out the order number and put everything on the front counter. Everyone in the restaurant waited for her hoping that she would get the idea that we expected our orders to be delivered to our tables, but she completely ignored the orders after she put them on the front counter. If you are giving us the Table Stand please follow-up and delivery the orders to the tables. It wasn't that busy and there were a lot of staff available to do the deliveries. They are not following McDonald's protocol at this location.
