This was my first visit. I heard great things, glad I stopped to try. I went through the drive thru. They had an employee outside. He was very friendly, especially when I told him it was my first time there. He handed us a postcard like menu, which I thought was pretty cool. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. He asked us if we would need any additional condiments. We asked for ranch and it wasn't missed. Win! We paid him as he had a tablet with him and when we got to the window for our food, everything was ready and hot. This place was organized and on top of it! My food was delicious! The burger reminds me of your backyard barbecue and In-N-Out. The patty is small, the vegetables were crisp, the bun was fresh. I would definitely get a double patty next time. The french fries are really good, they were cooked perfectly and they had a good flavor. They were also fresh and not oily. All in all, this was a great visit and the food was good. WOOOOHOOOOO a wonderful experience! Alright firstly is the food great, yes! It's a fast-food drive-in burger joint okay so let's talk about it. When I walked last night 15 minutes before close, no one was trying to rush me out and still asked if I wanted to eat there. This was delightful because usually people are completely poops about it. I wish I knew the young man's name who was the cashier he was so kind, outgoing, and just overall super bubbly and friendly. My had a small baby and I went in first to order and then went outside to trade with my husband so he could use the restroom as we waited for our to-go order. Without me sharing any thoughts with my husband the first thing he said when he got back is how supremely friendly the young man was and how he swears his attitude was contagious because he came out with a smile on his face. The food itself as mentioned was great. We took advantage on the specials for the double cheeseburger and the chicken sandwich. I know people will debate it, but I enjoyed the well seasoned and tasty breaded sandwich much more than In-n-out. The chicken sandwich tasted so high-quaity in comparasion to most fast food sandwiches I've ever had and priced so affordably. The entire resturant and the restroom were impicaly clean, the defintion of "sparkling clean". Wtf is this garbage! Overloaded mayo, stale ass bread and two weird little pieces of chicken strip on the fried chicken sandwich! When I called, employee claimed the stale bread was "extra toasted" which is not what I asked for, and the two chicken strips have been a menu change (but not represented on the menu) for a year, tried to give nexxburger another try but let down yet again! My order arrived in reasonable enough time and the delivery driver was more than professional. My DBL Cheese Burger hitting the spot for an only meal but as well as past dinner hour meal. We arrived on a Friday evening and saw that the drive-thru line was long, so we decided to order inside. The cashier was very nice and patient while taking our order. We ordered three Number 1 meals (hamburger, fries, and a drink). We waited patiently, but quickly noticed that the drive-thru customers were receiving their food much faster than those of us who ordered inside. A gentleman went to the counter to complain. During the exchange, the manager told him, "Why don't you come back here and cook it yourself?" I was completely shocked and immediately wanted to leave, as I did not want the situation to escalate any further. Luckily the customer walked away We eventually received our food 30 minutes later. This is not an exaggeration. Our receipt shows the order was placed at 7:04 p.m., and we did not receive our food until 7:36 p.m. Very disappointing. The food itself was disappointing. The sweet potato fries were not cooked all the way and was soggy, and the meat had no seasoning at all. Couldn't even taste the bare minimum of salt and pepper. They were both incredibly sweet, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment we pulled up. Stopped by on a Sunday a little after 4pm. When we arrived there was no wait but as soon as we were done ordering, there was a line and people coming in and out! The person who took our order, Jose, had great customer service!! There is a lot of indoor and outdoor seating! They do have a drive thru. & There is a lot of parking availability. I tried the cheeseburger, fries & the regular tenders. The burger was good but the pickle taste from the sauce is strong so next time I would do no sauce, personal preference. Overall though, the burger had great flavor, it was nicely cooked. Unfortunately the tenders for me were dry. They were nice and crispy but maybe they were overcooked. Not only is the food very affordable, but the portions are good and the flavor is fantastic. The double cheeseburger taste like an In-N-Out double double but it's only $3.70. They sweet potato fries are about $3.90 so the whole meal with taxes less than nine dollars. There aren't too many around, but I can see this chain growing quickly.
