I placed a mobile order at 7:17 PM with a promised pickup time of 7:53 PM. I showed up around 8:00 PM--giving them a little extra time out of courtesy, knowing it's a busy Friday night. When I arrived, they told me they were out of rosemary bread, which was fine--I asked for white bread instead. I was told they were working on my order. 20 minutes pass. At 8:20 PM, a different employee comes up and asks for my mobile order name. Turns out... they hadn't even started it. So I waited over 20 minutes at the store after the promised pickup time for absolutely nothing. Got a refund and walked out. Total disorganization, zero communication, and not even an apology. The ambience was warm and friendly, but the issue I have is with portion sizes when you ask for extra of an ingredient for your sandwich I asked for extra avocado. I got just two slices on it. Absolutely terrible customer service. Jimmy arguing with a customer because he messed up my order was ridiculous. The manager on duty was looking at my sandwich weird because it was messed up and so when I start questioning the items on my sandwich he starts to argue. He assumed all of the black people were together instead of asking so we couldn't properly get serviced because he was asking her what she wanted when he should have been completing our sandwiches both my husband and son couldn't even get all the items they wanted because he was not paying them the attention necessary to complete the order. Vanessa and another manager stood in the back just staring not saying anything, Vanessa finally comes to the front to ring up the order and she is extremely rude and dismissive not once did we receive an apology for the customer service we were receiving. No other sandwich shop makes it as good as Jersey Mike's. - The Original Italian is the best cold sub in my opinion. - The Chipotle Cheese Steak is a great option if you prefer beef sandwiches. - The rosemary parm bread is delicious. Unhealthy, but damn good. - They have gluten free bread for those allergic or on a keto diet. Sometimes there is only one worker working and making warm sandwiches can take a while. I'm a Jersey Mike's fan now and forever, until they become sub-par (get it? "Sub" par) and stop caring about their customers like Subway. I love JM and was very happy to see one open in SFS. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. Everytime I go I talk to a sweet girl named Steph, who is always busy cleaning up the soda machine and sweeping. Her friendly smile always makes me feel welcome and I notice she always takes a minute to ask how I am. I have been to this location on 5 different occasions. Each time I have called in and placed a phone order for pick up. (which I would recommend to some of these reviewers who are complaining about waiting time) Each time my order has been taken by a friendly sandwich maker, and I have always been told it will be ready in 5-10 mins. And it always is when I arrive. On one occasion I had misplaced my coupon, and was disappointed, but to my surprise the employee took it upon himself to give the discount to me anyways, because I'm such a regular. I love Jersey Mike's. I tend to visit the location near the 605 fwy but accidentally placed my order at this location. The staff was friendly, the place was clean but I'm giving it one star because I wasted money on a sandwich that is going straight to the trash because the staff did not make the sub I requested. I asked for no vinegar simply because I don't like the taste. I didn't open my sandwich right away until a bit later. The bread is soggy from the vinegar they added. This isn't what I ordered! What a waste. I really wish they start paying attention to online orders and make the correct subs. I will most likely not visit this location again.
