Walked into restaurant for morning breakfast and stood at the front register for ten minutes and no one greeted me. The manager came to the register and spoke Spanish to another patron who came forward after I had arrived and she never made contact with me -just walked away. Not all touchscreens for ordering were operable. I was paying cash with no credit card. I walked out after being ignored. Got in my car and went to the drive in . The employee was very limited Rnglish/ and difficult to understand Finally got my order in-a five dollar special egg sausage cheese McMuffin with hash browns and iced coffee. Atmosphere-awkward, bamboozling and at least inefficient. Ugh. Food-Egg sausage cheese McMuffin was lukewarm and the McMuffin was stale/tough, very tough to chew. The hash brown patty was typical meh. The iced vanilla (?) coffee was yucky. Ugh. Service -if I spoke Spanish fluently it would have worked, but since I don't speak it the communication was not good at all. Manager seemed stressed and not customer oriented at that time. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never come to this McDonalds again. Supposed manager Maria is completely unprofessional and rude as can be. I went through the drive through using a 20% off code on two happy meals and large French fries. I paid $15, when I paid with my card the man at the register did not give me a receipt. I went up to get the items. They did not give me the large fries. I let them know it was missing. They asked for my receipt. I was never given one. Several minutes went by and the manager came over rudely yelling at me that I only paid $3.49 and showed me a receipt of items that I did not purchase. When I explained to her that I paid $15 and that was not the items I ordered she continued to yell in my face. Finally she came over a shoved the large fry at me and said "there you got your free fry now I have other customers go away". When I asked for the manager she insisted she was the manager and there was no way I ordered or paid for what I had asked for and now I got my way so I needed to leave. I have never been treated this poorly from a business and I frequently come to this store after school with my kids. Never again. This woman should not be in any business dealing with customers!! A very good breakfast I stopped in at this McDonald's, which is up by the airport, for breakfast. Instead of my usual McDonald's breakfast of hotcakes and sausage, I decided to mix it up and get an Egg McMuffin. Actually two, they still have the 2 for $3 deal. My order taker was super friendly for so early in the morning, but a bit disappointed when I wouldn't donate a buck to the Ronald McDonald House. When I finished ordering she handed me a buzzer. But, it wasn't a buzzer. There was a note to place this on your table and they would bring me my food. Nice change, I took a seat and sure enough, in just a couple of minutes a food runner brought my sandwiches and my cup. Oh yeah, my order taker didn't hand me my drink cup, which to me is standard so I can get my drink before I then pick up my food. Maybe I will just have to learn a new way of doing things. I noticed later they also have self-service kiosks. I saw one person give it a try and give up, but they may be popular when there is a line to order. I wondered if you used the kiosk how you would get this nifty new buzzer that isn't thing. Looking closer I see where they can add a stack next to the machines, but they were empty. This McDonald's used to be really good, and then it changed two weeks ago. I don't know how they can screw up an item this bad. The first thing I noticed in the past couple of weeks was that the fries are nasty. They never put any salt on them and they're always old and disgusting. But today I ordered a chocolate shake. The one I got was a white coloured shake with whipped cream on it and I told the guy I ordered chocolate. The guy says "That is chocolate" and I replied "Chocolate is brown, not ivory colour." He insisted "There's chocolate in there", So I tasted it, and it was vanilla, not chocolate. They demonstrated they only do one pump of the chocolate syrup when they tried to remake it. But he hardly pushed the handle down at all. So all I got was a couple of drops of chocolate, not nearly enough to notice, and it was the same thing. Absolute stupidity. read more

This place is a constant disaster. You name this place screws it up. Constant issues where they say cash only. Constantly out of something or broke something, smoothies shakes, ice cream, etc. the latest screw up is you order on the app, I showed up and put the car spot in and 20 minutes later no food. I pound on door which they ignored. It was after inside closed. When they finally answered the guy tried to say, order never appeared but miraculously after another 12 minutes waiting he got the order I put in which only could have happened if they scrolled back and found my order they decided to skip over. Now these fast food people constantly screaming for more money but for what pay you more to be incompetent? Problem is the owner has continued to allow this for years now. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and welcome to McDonald's from one of the nice cashiers. She help me navigate through the new touchscreen menu and told me about the special buy one get one for a dollar meal plan. Qiana was the one who helped me with a smile she also brought the food out to me in the dining area when it was ready. Food was good better than many McDonalds I have been in. This place is across the street from my work, literally. And after the many horrible times I've had I'll gladly drive anywhere else. They don't listen to you. No matter who works or what time of day, you will have to repeat your order a minimum of 4 times. When you get up to pay the lady will look like she hates life, and will be having a conversation with other employees. Then she'll take your money. When you go to get your food they say "here" and you kind of hope for the best. When you get your food you will be missing utensils (if required) and at least one condiment. Oh and it will take forever in the line. Just walk in to order...if you must visit here. read more

Short and sweet: I went through the drive-thru for a 10-piece chicken nuggets, and was already on my way before I saw they only gave me 8 pieces. Not cool! I know, I know, it's fast food and don't sweat the small stuff, blah blah blah, but come on - give me what I pay for! Accuracy and efficiency should not be secondary considerations. The amount of trauma this McDonald's has put me through. I had a simple order with Mac sauce on my McDoubles, they put mayo on all of them. They fucked up 3 burgers missed the fries and at the second window she even asked me what my order was. The tickets say Mac sauce only but instead I got cum infested burgers. I get it if you're short staffed whatever then hire more fucking workers. I waited 20 minutes and they got every single thing wrong. Going back to the homies at Burger King. This was the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant or a fast food place. Went through drive-thru and ordered a few items along with a McDouble which I requested no onion or pickles and to my surprise after bringing the bag home, the bag contained other food that was ordered, not fresh, however, the McDouble was just a bun with onions and a pickle, nothing else, not even a wrapper on the bun. I called and spoke to a woman who was rude and I asked to speak to the mgr. and she hung up on me, I called back and I believe it was the same woman and she stated she was the mgr. named Margarita, was rude again and did nothing to resolve the issue. I called again a few days later and spoke to the mgr. named Chris and told him about the incident and he said he would check into it, did not offer any resolution so my next step is to contact the corporate office. I expect that original employee to lose her job and that is my goal! read more
