Amazing customer service and our food was served super quickly but not at the cost of quality! The vibe was chill, even 45 minutes before closing time. All the customers were happy and the employees were smiling and kind and responsive. I had the Jonny burger and my wife had the caesar salad- both of us agree they were delicious! Leslie and Megan were the two outstanding employees who helped us order and brought us our food and answered our questions. I didn't interact with the chefs at all, but they sure whipped up some good food super fast so they deserve credit too! One thing I noticed is that Megan and Leslie were super kind and cheerful from the minute we walked in. I overheard Leslie mention to Megan that she was working a "clo-pen" which is a closing shift followed by an opening shift. The thing that stood out is that Leslie was HAPPY to work the clopen. I've never heard an employee (even my wife who is a manager for Dutch Bros) not complain about doing a clopen. Props to her!! The staff who worked tonight 8/14/26 should all get raises. Management, take note. You've got some amazing employees who proved to the customers tonight that they deserve raises, and they proved it without even intending to. I don't usually eat many fries, but theirs were amazing: fluffy, freshly made, and totally different from your typical fries. The burger buns were outstanding too -- soft, flavorful, and perfectly toasted. Service was fantastic -- I loved it so much I came back twice. Plenty of places to sit and great ambience. Worst Burger Ever. Do not recommend. We stopped in here on a whim because the pizza place we were headed to was closed. It is an order at counter establishment. Service was fast and food presentation was good. The food, on the other hand, was horrible. My husband and I ordered a Basic, a Good Life, and an order of fries. I came in here for a solo meal around 8:10 PM. Gabriel at the cash register was extremely helpful with explaining the menu. He was even hospitable during my meal, bringing me wet naps. Just an incredible human being and worker. The burger itself was disappointing. Luckily, I got the aïoli on the side because the burger was drenched in so much balsamic, Gorgonzola and caramelized onions that you couldn't taste the meat. It was sloppy and got soggy really quick with the bun falling apart almost comedically. It's the first time I ever needed wet naps to eat a burger. The fries were perfect though. The beer was really good and the place was mostly empty. It is a very basic fast food style set up feeling inside. No frills or trendy decor which is totally cool. I've worked in the service industry on and off my entire life so I was cognizant that they closed at 9 PM. At 8:57, I took the last sip of my beer and mentally prepared to get up out of my seat and leave the restaurant at that exact moment. Before I could do so I had an employee come Tell me that the owner wanted me to leave the restaurant now because they were closed. I found that to be extremely offputting. They didn't close until 9 PM and I was literally about to walk out. I have never worked in a restaurant or a bar where management kicks out customers prior to closing time to spare literally three minutes... nor have I ever patronized such an establishment. Typically every single place I've ever been to gives folks a grace period of a few minutes after closing time which I wasn't even going to take. This is the best burger I've had in Utah or anywhere. I go here about every other week and I am never disappointed I have only ever gotten the Hotpants. It's spicy and saucy and delicious. The fries are unreal. 10/10 no notes. Service is friendly and cool. Not much going on in terms of ambiance, but it's always really clean and you're going here for the food, not the vibes. We are pretty tough when it comes to burgers and B&B did not disappoint! We actually couldn't stop talking about how much we enjoyed these burgers the rest of the day. The burgers have tons of flavor and the meat doesn't get lost with all the toppings. My husband and I had the chef's special with blackberry jam, jalapenos, peanut butter, etc. it was exceptional with the sweet, salty, and a bit of heat. My daughter had the kids sliders and she left happy! My in laws really enjoyed their burgers as well. The buns are more brioche and the bottom bun has a thick crust that makes it tough to cut but holds up to the juice perfectly! We did get the spudalicious and the home fries and they were fine. There was WAYYYY too many onions. And don't get me wrong, I love onions, but there were so many that the majority squeezed out upon first bite. But I'm not complaining because I scooped up the extra onions with my fries which was yummy. Unfortunately the spudalicious fries were lack luster. The flavors were just not doing it for me, they didn't seem to combine well with all the bbq sauce. Ratio was off. They served it in a small bowl. If they served them in a bigger bowl it would be easier to mix everything together. Service was a good, friendly people. Ambiance was not so great either, as in, nothing wrong, but nothing special. My wife and I happened to be in the area for a wedding and found this place for lunch. Even though it's in a strip mall sort of area, it's actually a little bit more of a sit down restaurant than it looks. You still order at the front, but they bring your food, napkins and check in with you a few times. The chef, and maybe owner?, even came out to talk to us for a bit. The burgers themselves were great. We got the aloha burger and the chef special PB and Raspberry Jalapeño jam burger. You get to choose how you'd like your meat, which was cool. We also got a side of their fries (which are quite unique. I'd almost say they are more like really fresh potato chips than fries. They were very good) and Oreo shakes. The food came out quickly, warm, and fresh. My burger was huge and had layer upon layer of sliced brisket. I tried the brisket alone to see how it was and it was awesome. Well cooked, nice bark, tender. Smokiness was on point. The burger as a whole, phenomenal. The amount of flavor in the burger I ordered and other food we had was impressive. The fries are the scoop/canoe shape which make dipping in sauces a fun experience. I am very impressed by this place. I am looking forward to trying the other items on the menu. It has a good burger joint vibe walking in and they focus on quality and customer service. I loved the buns they use for their burgers and they checked all the boxes for a delicious hawaiian burger. Their menu is pretty straightforward and they offer all the classics that you would expect, something meaty, spicy, cheesy, basic, etc. I didn't try their fries this time around and the burger was still plenty of food for me. If the fries are at the level of their burgers then I bet they're fantastic. Also a shout out to the staff, they were pleasant and helpful and kept the place clean. I love when employees are proactive about taking empty trays and checking in even though they aren't waiters. He's like what Ralph Fiennes would have been in an alternate universe take on the movie "The Menu" if he had just made excellent burgers and not fancy nothing food. I've never seen someone make french fries like this place. My wife described it in an interesting way. It's like they're thick cuts of potato, but sliced thinly. My classic burger was reminiscent of a good old Philly cheesesteak, but with a solid chipotle sauce. My wife got the Gorgonzola burger and usually with Gorgonzola cheese and balsamic, restaurants tend to go overboard. It turns out to be too salty or too sweet. This place got the perfect combo. The only reason I didn't give this place five stars was because their shakes are incredibly weak. For reasons beyond me, they currently have the same brand of ice cream that the gas station shakes are made of.
