Service for breakfast was amazing, the lady handing us our food was very kind. However, our food was not that good, and the coffee was very bitter despite being the normal vanilla iced coffee. Restaurant was not very clean and the soda fountains had a lot of residue on them, and the floor was slippery. read more

It's a shame because I think his name was Brent was very polite behind the counter and my fries came out hot. However, I had my elderly parents with me driving a long way back home with my mom who's just had hip surgery and could not move very well. The homeless trashy & visibly dirty people outside were walking all around and around cars casing the front areas, looking in the windows and tapping the windows. Sitting on ground up against the windows. They also walked in using the bathrooms. It was very unnerving. Management should be ashamed to allow this going on. Then we made the mistake of me trying to get my mom into the handicap bathroom. It was so discussing. Urine on floor all around & not flushed she couldn't use it so we had to try & maneuver her with little room in a small stall. There was no soap it was gross. Absolutely the worst service possible and then imagine it getting even worse. So bad that the staff is rude, inconsiderate, and will straight up ignore you at the window and even at the drive thru to order your food. Or in many cases, NOT order your food. I went a few times and had to drive off because literally no one was replying back after it says order when ready. I even was like "hello? Are you there? Can you hear me?" Even the car in the other lane gave up. As a resident in the area, I've tried her a few times and it's the same rude service. Food looks like they thrown it around and just toss it at you like "get out of here". Soggy fries and soda tasted awful like dirty pipes. It's literally a hangout for the homeless so the ambiance is so bad that you feel like you'd need to watch your back if you were to dine in or even go through the drive thru. Masks required Our last day in Savannah and we stopped by this location near our lodging place to grab some quick travel food for the road. Drive-thru was too long and indoor dining was open so we walked in wearing our masks on, no one was in line, we placed our order. While waiting for our food a group of 3 guests walked in without masks... eeeek!!! They proceeded to walk up to the counter and started ordering. The manager came out with a box and started handing them each a face mask. They provided masks to those who entered without one. If this was in San Francisco they would've been turned away as in NO Mask, NO Entry. I've also witnessed customers in Roseville who walked in fast food places only to be turned away because they weren't wearing masks and they came out super pissed. In this case, I thought that this was a nice gesture by the manager who did this for her customers. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Stopped at this location with a colleague and my gf to grab lunch and use the restroom on the way home. The entire experience was unnerving and the franchise owner should be ashamed. The parking lot was littered with trash. One of the ladies room toilets would not flush; as we were in the restroom, a McDonald's worker walked in. We kindly advised the toilet wouldn't flush so she wouldn't inadvertently go into an inoperable stall, but she passed the line of us waiting for the working stall and proceeded to use the restroom in the dirty, clogged toilet much to our surprise. We should've left after this, but nonetheless we placed an order at the kiosk. Two, 2 cheeseburger meals and a chicken nugget meal. The bag was missing 3 of the 4 cheeseburgers when we opened in the car. The soda machine options were nearly obsolete, and the Coca Cola we were able to fill our cups with was putrid, to say the least. Additionally, the customer service was nonexistent. While no one expects a Michelin star dining experience at McDonald's, feeling like you're an interruption and inconvenience to the wait staff is utterly unacceptable. 0/10 - avoid this place like the plague. read more

The McDonalds (Berwick, Savannah GA) I have patience and understanding of how things have changed, and I appreciate the military discounts provided by the McDonald's cooperation. Today at approximately 5:45 I went through the Drive-thru, and I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal and a pie. I always ask are you doing military discounts, the cashier says yes, she asked the mgr to do it, and the Mgr yelled LOUD "Just tell her we are not doing it today." no curiosity or respect for the the customer. I replied thank you and I left. This is the same McDonald's that interviewed me last year and demanded my age and other personal information. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!! The manager was sitting at a table with his phone on speaker, the entire time, so the entire restaurant could hear the unnecessary conversation. The manager was also sitting, near customers, smoking... yes, actually smoking inside the restaurant. Customers should be able to come to this place of business without getting secondhand smoke. Since the employees are too sorry to use labels, they did not know which container held sweet tea and which held unsweet. The employee, when asked, got a cup to taste test in order to tell the customers. After noticing the ice was out, the customer in my party, proceeded to get drink, then asked the employee for ice. The employee looked at the cup with drink in it and said we can get ice if we pay an extra fee. We poured most of the drink from the cup, just for the employee to give a separate ice cup and have to refill with drink. There was an employee's pink purse sitting on the counter where orders are prepared. The kitchen floor looked grimy. Even at McDonald's you expect a little professionalism. THE WORST MCDONALDS I'VE BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. No napkins unless you ask. Both soda machines out of soda. We tried and failed for coke, dr.pepper, strawberry, ginger-ale, and Diet Coke. This place is awful. I waited 10 minutes for my meal. The food is consistently bad and they take forever for any food. Fries were limp and tasted like they hadn't been salted. They forgot one of the burgers so I had to go back in, luckily I checked the bag and realized I was missing one. They forgot to give us our cookies and unfortunately I didn't realize until we were back on the road. I asked for no ketchup and instead of leaving the ketchup off they just gave me a plain burger. I have been to this mcdonalds twice and both times have been extremely upsetting. This last time they completley messed up my order. I was hesitant coming to this McDonalds because of the terrible reviews it had. However, visiting on a Saturday night (about 10pm), and it being busy, I thought it was fine. We ordered two McDoubles with no pickles or onions, a 20 piece McNugget, and a large fry. Everything came correctly except no mustard on the McDoubles and one of our Sweet n Sour sauces was a ranch that had a hole in it (probably from dropping it in the bag) The woman in front of us ordered 6 specialized McDoubles and about 20 other items. This was the WORST experience I have ever had at McDonalds. I placed a mobile order and could not do curbside because people were parked in those spaces who were INSIDE the restaurant. We went through the drive thru. We waited 45 minutes! They closed one line of the drive thru while we were in line! When we got to the window and told them we had a mobile order the cashier STILL asked for our card and was giggling as we explained that we had already paid. She walked off, the manager came over and gave us our order. The fries were cold and the drinks were watered down so we were parked and the employee brought us one fry and had to go back in and get the other one.
