This has the longest service time EVER! It us over twenty minutes to get through the drive thru. I might buy that at lunch time, but not at 10PM on a week day..... Maybe shame on me for not counting the nuggets before I left, but I feel like the act of ensuring I have the correct number of chicken nuggets is included in the price. This was the WORST experience I have ever had at McDonalds. I placed a mobile order and could not do curbside because people were parked in those spaces who were INSIDE the restaurant. We went through the drive thru. We waited 45 minutes! They closed one line of the drive thru while we were in line! When we got to the window and told them we had a mobile order the cashier STILL asked for our card and was giggling as we explained that we had already paid. She walked off, the manager came over and gave us our order. The fries were cold and the drinks were watered down so we were parked and the employee brought us one fry and had to go back in and get the other one. What can you say about McDonalds? Its fast, run of the mill fast food! We stopped by on our way out in the morning and got breakfast to go. The staff were friendly and we didn't have to wait to long in line. I ordered an Iced Mocha Latte and the sausage burrito breakfast. Bothe were good! If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Let the picture of the bathrooms where he employees have to use and then go make your food tell the story. Hair in the sinks, the sinks were gray with dirt, feces on the walls, toilet paper rolls out of the rollers and wet. No paper towels, tiles falling off the walls. The stall where you change a baby had toilet paper just sitting on top of it. And then I'm supposed to buy food to eat, knowing the workers have to use those bathrooms? Gross. I'll be the first one to say I love Mcdonalds, and go there any chance I get for a late night snack. But this has to be the WORST Mdondalds I have ever been too. I go past this place for work once in awhile, so I would stop occasionally and get a Sweet Tea, and 2 chicken snack wraps with ranch. The first time I went, I swore the ranch was old and rotten. Tea was disgusting. But I went again to give them another chance, got the same thing but a coke. Coke was flat, and the ranch once again tasted like something from a toilet. So will I ever go again? I work in the area. Last school year I would get breakfast almost every morning. The service was always great. This year.....OMG! I changed it up and went after work. Bad idea! The young man that collected my money was funny and polite. The young lady and another young man with a hair-net on who gave me my food extremely rude! I would give this location zero stars if possible. Terrible service. Waited almost 15 min for someone to take our order in drive thru. They didn't have the soft drinks we ordered. Didn't have the coffee we ordered as the machine wasn't working(we were informed after we ordered and payed). The kid's meal we ordered had fries simply dumped into the happy meal box without a fries sleeve and was missing the happy meal toy. We also ordered a latte thru the McDonald's app while waiting to place an order in drive thru only to be told at payment window that we would have to go back around for it to be processed??!!! The latte , which by the way they didn't have available anyway! We didn't even get a chance to ask for bbq sauce as the girl at the pick up window closed her window so quickly after giving us the bag. Went inside and waited to get bbq sauce... she gave us 1 packet?! Very unfriendly. All team members looked either indifferent or clueless. What a disappointment for the MCDONALD's corporation. Apparently this McDonald's doesn't understand what '24 hours' means. If you decide to stop here between 4:30am and 6:00am, it's basically a crapshoot as to whether or not they're "experiencing technical difficulties" or "not yet set up for breakfast". Good luck. I once again tried this McDonald's. They have a very limited menu compared to all of the other McDonald's in this area at this time of night. I was lied to and told certain menu items were not available that are a regular item I order during lunch time such as a buffalo McChicken. A simple buffalo McChicken. This McDonald's is by far the worst for customer service, menu items AND availability. We have pulled up to find out they were out of burgers, chicken patties, salads and several other items one night. The only thing we could order was chicken nuggets. We live close by and this is a daily occurrence. I would not suggest his McDonald's. It's sad because it is off a main highway and they don't care for their customers in the slightest. Don't go inside!!! You will be waiting forever, and that is no exaggeration. It took about 20 minutes for us to get to the front of the single cashier line and another 10 to get our order, at which point we had to remind them about my coffee order. It seems all their operations power is designated to the drive thru window, which probably serviced 3xs or more customers while we waited inside. I understand that this is a highway traffic heavy location but there are plenty of people coming from the multitude of budget hotels within spitting distance of the restaurant. My only conclusion is that they don't care that much because of the transient nature of the customers. Duly noted for the next time I am traveling the I95 corridor. read more

Dirtiest and rudest McDonalds I've ever been in. No customers were inside yet the bathroom was extremely dirty garbage overflowing garbage all in the floor of both stalls. Garbage and food in the floor of the dining area. The two ladies that were working and could care less if they were even there. While I was still waiting in line about eight other people came in and joined in line. It wasn't until there are multiple people in line that they actually started taking orders. Giving this dump 1 star is way more than what they deserve. Every single time I've gone there they have messed up my order. Their staff lacks even the slightest amount of professionalism. This is the WORST McDonald's I've ever been too. I just got back from a Florida trip with my family and during the ride there we encountered many McDonald's and they were all amazing and had good customer service. But on the way back from Florida we were hungry and decided to stop here cause it didn't look too bad. I asked for 3 10 piece chicken tenders and the female cashier gave us nuggets and tried to blame me by saying I said nuggets. Horrible service. This store doesn't know how to get orders right. The store was busy and there were at least 5 orders that had to be redone because of employee mistakes. Even though the store was busy, an employee took a personal phone call on his cell phone right in front of a customer. Even though my order was not correct I told them to not re-do it because another man did ask and they got the order wrong twice more after that. Went there tonight at 8:30pm half of the drive thru was blocked off and the speaker only half way worked. We had to wait in line for 20 minutes for 2 McRib meals and a 20 piece nugget. The total was 17.41 which we paid in cash the cashier did not give us a receipt and pocketed the money. When we got home we were missing a McRib and we live 20 minutes away so we could not return right away AND I have no receipt to go back with tomorrow because of the thieves in the drive thru. We have tried calling several times but it just rings twice then says "I'm sorry the person you called has a voicemail that has not been set up yet." I am going to contact McDonald's corporate office directly because I am sure this is not the type of store they want representing their brand. read more

The staff at the McDonald's on 1A Gateway BLVD is unprofessional and unsanitary. First off, no one on line in the back were wearing hair nets however, their hair was out. There was no ice on the beverage line for customers to take a drink, one customer had to wait 5 minutes for ice from the drive-thru line machine. I ordered a meal and had to argue the fact that I didn't receive a cup for my beverage. After I received my order, I realized that I was still a burger form my order and I had to wait five minutes for them to wrap, bag it and give it to me. If you want better service from a staff that cares, do not dine at this location. read more

Dirty, Slow, Lobby Dispensers are constantly empty, napkins, ketchup, tea, straws... and if you ask for anything, the employee give you attitude. and I think they go to the high school and ask for the DUMBEST students for their Recruting pool. So let me state that I'm from MD and this type of behavior would simply not be accepted at most McDonald's in MD. However it is 11:30 pm and my family and I are driving thru GA to Florida. We simply stopped to stretch our feet and while doing so we saw a huge roach. However it was outside so reluctantly I still ordered. I ordered a small fry and a large sweet tea with light ice. The McDonald's staff still managed to screw up my very basic order. My French fries were old and hard. They were disgusting and I threw them away. I wouldn't feed these French fries to my chihuahua. Secondly my sweet tea with light ice was actually a full cup of ice. Again this type of behavior and lack of concern for the customers is disturbing and needs to be rectified by the McDonald's corporate office. Oh let me add I called to notify the manager and she informed me that "the grease needed to be changed and she wouldn't even eat the fries".
