Terrible service. when you order one thing and you go up to pay then you go to the second window to receive your food they'll make you go to the third window and make you wait a shit ton!! Verrrrry slow drive-thru. Managed to mess up an order of one thing, twice!! The first time I got an iced hazelnut coffee. I happened to be at the window when she made it. The hazelnut syrup was low so instead of getting a new one she dumped the rest inside my cup. It was ALOT of syrup. I knew it was going to be disgusting but I chickened out and didn't ask for a new one because there was a long line behind me. Big mistake it went right in the trash and I waited 20 mins for nothing. 2nd time: All I got is a sweet tea. I pulled out took a sip and it was coke. I hate coke so I pulled into the front of drive thru line (ahead of 3rd window) and called to tell them they had given me wrong drink. I would have gone inside but I was in pjs inappropriate for public. After about 8 mins, yes I was counting, I got my drink. Instead of just bringing it out they brought it out with the car behind mes food. And of course NO apology. Other downfalls besides being slow and incompetent-- Water isn't free. They don't allow more than one order. So if you have multiple ppl with you, you have to order together and venmo it out. read more

All I wanted a Senior cup of hot coffee with a biscuit. Well , because it was after 10:30am and COVID-19 I was told no more biscuit at this time. So then I asked if they were still serving coffee? They said yes!! The cup of coffeeI received was barely like warm , probably left over from this morning!! It was awful!! If I wanted Iced coffee , I would have ordered it!! Always a long line ! You can see whataburger while in line and the drive through there is faster than at McDonald's ! Food is never fresh or hot . This was absolutely the most disgusting fast food experience of my life. The restaurant was FILTHY. The place was crawling with flies, the floors looked like they were rarely (if ever) cleaned. There were numerous ceiling tiles that were stained from leaks above that had large amounts of mold visibly growing on them. Every surface felt sticky. GROSS! We felt like we were in a third world country. No joke. It wasn't until after we ordered that we realized the state of this place. We would have left immediately had we taken a look around first. If you want to be overcharged, have your drink held out the window before you even pull up to the window and yelled at by the manager when you call to complain then this is the place for you!!!! I ordered chicken nuggets which comes with sauce, didn't get any sauce so I asked for it when I looked in the bag, the person who handed me my food then proceeded to tell me that it would cost extra for sauce , I got upset and told him never mind because that's ridiculous. Then when I called to complain the manager claimed that she was right there when the incident occurred and called me a liar, she told me that they tried to give me the sauce but I just drove off, she also told me that if I would've told them I got chicken nuggets then I wouldn't have been charged extra for the sauce. But the same person who took my order handed me my food and read it back to me so how do you not know what I ordered? And which one was it, were you about to hand me the sauce or did you forget? You can't have it both ways. AND if you were about to hand it to me and I just drove off why didnt you put it in the bag the whole time I was sitting there arguing with you about it? Went through drive-thru ... girl in 2nd window was very rude. When she had our order incorrect she insisted to argue with us instead. When finally she yelled to her manager "Come here, they're yelling at me." We were not yelling and is that really how you are supposed to talk in front of the customer? Is that customer service? Even if we were yelling you still are not supposed to talk like that in front of the customer. We were only here because it was right off the freeway and we were on our way to Houston. This McDonalds is in the process of being renovated or knocked down and rebuilt (not sure which). We just ate there 2 weeks ago because when we went to the other McD's in town, they were out of buns for the McRibs (which was the whole point of going there)! The place is clean and well kept. How ever the ordering process is not how I would like it. First we joke that it would be faster to go through the drive thru and then bring it inside. But when we ordered we were asked to go or dine in and I said dine in. Then they would not give us our drink cups said it would come out with our order. So we sit at the table waiting for our order with no drinks, what other restaurant does this? Then when the order was ready it was in a togo bag and cups next to it. Driving from San Antonio back home to Houston after a family vacation and I saw a Bill Millers (I'm a BBQ lover & we don't have bill millers in Houston) . My kids & husband wanted McDonalds. So, we made a compromise. We drove through bill millers for me, and I was going to take my food inside Mc D's so the rest of the fam could have what they wanted. As soon as we walked in the door the manager says, "You can't bring food in here. Didn't you see the sign the owner put on the door?!" COMPLETELY RUDE. My husband said, "no, we didn't, sorry about that but my boys an I would like to eat here, can't she just eat her food here?" "NO!" Was the response we got. Unnecessarily rude. We will NEVER stop at that McD's again. Makes no sense to lose 3 sales (my 2 boys & husband) because they didn't want another brand of food in their restaurant. To give just one star is to many. The Incompetence of your morning staff is completely unreal. We've frequented this particular McDonalds because of the location, though its convenient we must likely will not be returning, throughout our almost 6 years coming the customer service has never been consistent and mediocre at best. But this morning was our last attempt. We are headed on a vacation and stopped to get myself, my husband and our nieces breakfast. We waited 4 minutes at the drive thru before being asked angrily what we wanted (literally just that. "WHAT DO YOU WANT?) two other customers were served at the adjacent drive thru before me with a similar blunt and rude greeting. I ordered our food, throughly explained that I wanted extra cheese and bacon on one of my orders and extra syrup for my nieces shared pancakes. Your employee angrily asks me if everything is right on the screen, to which I checked again thoroughly (we constantly have trouble with our orders not being correct) I replied yes. I was charged for the add ons which I was okay with. Now normally before we leave the parking lot I check the orders to make sure they are what we wanted but today because we had 3 eager children all under 10 in the back seat ready for a vacation we pulled out on to the high way only for me to quickly find out that my husbands decaf coffee was a sugary, caffeinated, creamy drink. That only 2 pancakes of the 3 were in one of our orders of pancakes. We had absolutely no syrup or butter for them not to mention no utensils or napkins what so ever. Instead of extra cheese and bacon on my mcgriddle I literally had a folded egg inbetween two cold and rather burnt mcgriddle buns. My husbands sandwich was missing from the bag completly and our hash browns were burnt to a crisp. I checked the reciept and everything I clearly ordered was printed plainly on it, along with the add ons I had specifically asked for. Now money is not the issue in this. It was at most 5 or 6 dollars worth of add ons that I was more than willing to pay. The issue is the horrible customer service that I have consistently endured and that the morning staff at this establishment has maybe gotten my order right twice in 6 years. This all happened at 6 am. I get not being a morning person but being rude and incompetent is compltely unnecessary. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to make a breakfast sandwich. Absolutely not worth the headache. the next exit up has a mcdonalds. I'd rather go out of my way then have to stop twice to get my order right read more
