She said they really need to enforce a max capacity because it was so crowded you could actually smell people's body odor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] On the positive side, our order was taken quickly, and the food came out really fast. The burger was incredible. It was perfectly seasoned, and the bun had a nice toasted crunch around the edges. The cheese fries, though... hard pass. The cheese hardened almost immediately, so every time I picked up a fry, the whole thing came up in one giant clump. Freddy's definitely has much better cheese fries. My mom ordered regular fries, and she described them as "spongy." After trying it myself, I knew exactly what she meant. They didn't have that crispy, fluffy texture, instead it had a spongy texture. The pink lemonade was another disappointment. It was way too tangy for both of us. Overall, I really enjoyed the burger, and it's good enough that I'd absolutely go back. So we already know In-n-Out food is a win, that alone is 5 stars. But if I could give another 5 stars it would be for their customer service and quality of employees. In-n-out is almost a weekly thing for our large family (including our sibs and their kids we make 22) and every time we visit, we encounter the kindest employee named Abby! She is always busy yet always smiling. Even when hard at work she takes the time to bring our kids hats, activity books and just stop for a quick hello! Well today she of course went above and beyond and her positive attitude was passed on to the kiddos. If you want a million options of frozen meat patties and deep fried food that's okay too-but if you are going to end up getting a burger....might as well get it fresh and properly made:-) Enjoy it while it is HOT to appreciate the value. I like to add peppers to my burger or pickles to add an extra crisp to my meal. Try a LEMON UP omg such a delicious drink Sprite + Pink Lemonade. So refreshing during this heat! I decided to order inside after using the rest room because there was only a couple of families and nobody in line. I figured it would be quicker and wouldn't be inside long. I was so wrong. Let's start with covid precautions. Plexiglass barriers, you insert your debit card, the cashier gets your drink and all condiments upon request. They pick up area also has a plexiglass barrier. There was two guest ahead of me waiting for their order after I placed mine. The drive thru orders seem to be priority. For every dine in order four drive thru orders were out. It took 16 minutes to get my order out. I ordered a number one. My drink was sitting there the entire time and was watered down by the time I took a sip in the car.
