Do yall not read tickets? Every time we order it's wrong. We just received an order with every type of sauce except for what we paid for (bbq). We received the wrong burgers after asking for no mustard and there's mustard. The drinks were missing. The frys and nuggets are hard and old. The burgers feel old. Drive through took 5 minutes for the dude to say anything in the intercom. Got up to the window to pay for the food. Dude looks high and just stared at me after paying for my food with no receipt. This place is arguably the worst McDonalds I ever visited. The double-lane drive thru was incredibly slow. I watched cars ahead of me leave in frustration. I was in line for at least 15 minutes. I only needed a snack and ordered a drink. The amount of the soft drink was impacted by inflation (a 50% increase from the last time I bought a drink at a different location). Far worse than that, the amount I was verbally told would be my total was only the subtotal before tax! Because I had such a long time to sit in line, I had my cash completely ready to give. Then when the actual total was given I was 14 cents short -- because the teenager working gave me the subtotal amount but not the total. As if their line isn't moving slow enough, now they're giving people surprise totals at the window! Thankfully, this isn't my local McDonalds. Robert is Awesome! After our last experience at McDonald's NM, we decided to cancel McDonald's however, one must acknowledge they are strategically placed... We made a Gas stop guess what's a hop skip and a jump away? You guessed it! Mickey D's. We are suckers for McDonald's egg & cheese McMuffin and a freshly made hash brown...therefore we gave it one last try. Robert took our order and was exceptionally cognizant of what we needed and the most cost effective way of delivering thus . He is extremely pleasant and customer focused. Employees were rude. We ordered 30 nuggets and the guy didn't give us any sauce like we asked at the window and then proceeded to have an attitude when we asked for sauce. He ended up only giving us two sauces. Two sauces for 30 nuggets? Yeah, no! He had more of an attitude when we asked for more. When we ordered originally we also used a code for a free happy meal. The total didn't seem right so we asked the lady at the first window where you pay if it was applied and she said yes, however once we got the receipt and paid for it, we noticed it was not applied....I seriously hate this McDonald's. McDonald's was swamped. Not a problem but my wife and I had quarter pound cheese burgers. The meat was raw! Using the app is pointless if your just going to charge me the full price when I arrive. I made a purchase on the app and used a deal for buy 1 bacon mcdouble get one free. My total came out to $12.50 on the app. When I went to pay for my order I was charged $15.12. What did I use the app for if I could have just ordered when I got there instead of wasting time before hand? As if this location could not get any worse. Im sure the owner and manager have quit reading posts a long time ago. Its too depressing. The last 3 times I have pulled through the drive through to get the kids Happy Meals, we have been directed to pull forward to an empty spot and wait. Only to have to wait 15-30 minutes for their Happy Meals. What got so hard to make 3 Happy Meals. Not only us, but every car m, has to wait that long. Then, the food is flippen cold.... I quit eating fast food many years ago, but convincing 3 nephews and nieces that they don't need happy meals to be happy is kinda hard to do.. But, even they are starting to bad mouth mcdonalds.. so, we might not be to far from mcdonalds becoming a thing of the past as kids will start to dislike the golden arches.. Monday 3/19/2018 06:47 PM I stopped in the Harrison St. McDonalds for a Quarter Cheese meal and a Cheeseburger on the side. I could hear the grab ass being played in the kitchen over the intercom. After waiting 15 minutes in the VIP drive through parking,finally received my cold and greasy food which was wrong. I received two Double Quarter pounder sandwiches which according to the tickets were made at 06:49 PM with no onions or pickles. One large French Fry which was old and greasy. So waiting on fries was not the reason for the wait. I also received three bonus Sweet and Sour sauces inexplicably. What a joke! I threw it all after i inspected the food. How can you trust it after all that? There went nine bucks into the trash. I watched a server come from behind the counter, push trash down inside the trash can, then go back and continue to serve behind the counter without washing their hands. Some costumers do not wash their hands after using the bathroom, then open the door, then the servers would use that same door without washing their hands after entering the kitchen. I have see servers walk in from delivering food to waiting cars outside without washing their hands before serving others. Someone needs to be doing their job managing their employees. They are not even supposed to be serving food without washing their hands first after touching money. I won't start on the other McD's restaurants in this area. read more
