Normally a great place. I ordered on the app came to pick up before close. Refused my order and told me just to cancel it. This was not ok I explained that my order was done prior to 11 which is close I showed up 11:58 my order would have been done snd out the drive thru.

    Large Fry?
    Bryon L.

Should have driven down the road after seeing the actaul reviews here. This is the second time here, and I highly recommend going to another location. The fries were fresh, but this "large" fry has more fries printed on the background than sticking up. Yes, I checked the bag. When I'm buying trashy food, I at least expect to get the whole serving. Medium fry in a large box... no Bueno The chicken sandwich and fries were fresh, though. But the sandwich was barely wrapped and was halfway falling out. I assume it was literally "thrown" in the bag.

We ordered nuggets and got an already eaten one where someone ate it!!! Guess what McDonald's said when we called them? "Sooooooo, do you want to come in and switch it?" They didn't even say sorry!! How disgusting is this? We paid for new/fresh food and we got this!!

    My order I never got

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. I waited 23 minutes for my free mcChicken and got nothing I was order number 51, I had to watch my friend eat while I starved to death. This is serious. The lady even told the my food would be right out after she gave my friend her food, that was not okay. Never again 0 stars if u could.

    Hamburger happy meal

McDonald's workers want $20+ an hour but can't even manage to get the ketchup in between the patty and the bun.

I ordered three drinks, and the problems started right away when I was overcharged. Thankfully, they corrected the price after I pointed it out. I was also under the impression that a Create Your Own Blender didn't include espresso shots because that's what a manager had previously told me a few months ago. Today I found out it actually comes with two shots already, so I had paid for two extra shots that I didn't need. Then the drink order itself was wrong. My son received his small drink, but when they handed me my drink, it had caramel drizzle on top. I explained that my Campfire Blender comes with chocolate drizzle, not caramel, and that it looked like I had been given the wrong drink or the wrong size. Instead of listening, an employee in the back argued with me, insisting it was the correct drink. At that point, I was frustrated and simply asked for a refund. Instead of processing it, the employee continued arguing about the drinks. I repeatedly said, "I just want my money back," but it felt like no one was listening. During the entire interaction, the male employee kept responding with "mmhmm," "yeah," and "okay" while I was speaking, which came across as dismissive and made it feel like he was not actually listening to what I was saying. After several minutes, I was handed a refund receipt for only $5.70, even though I was owed $12.40. When I questioned it, I was told they couldn't print another receipt. They printed another slip showing the same amount, and I still wasn't given the full refund I was owed. It was incredibly frustrating and made me feel like my concerns didn't matter. On top of that, I feel the employees working that morning should either go through additional training or be reconsidered for their positions, because they were not friendly and did not handle the situation professionally. At one point, we were even told not to get upset. I'm sorry, but anyone would get upset when they are not being properly refunded after repeatedly asking for it. Customer service is about listening to your customers and resolving issues professionally, not arguing with them or dismissing them. This entire experience was stressful, unnecessary, and left me feeling completely disappointed. This is now the second bad experience I've had at this location, and it's enough for me to take my business elsewhere. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this location to others based on the poor customer service and how this situation was handled.

We unfortunately live a short drive away from Hungry Hero, so there's absolutely no point in me ever trying to lose weight because this place will lure me back in time and time again. It's so good. So good! I love the cookies (yes, I've tried pretty much all of them, and they are all delicious), but the bars are really extra dreamy. And I ordered our first cake from here recently, and now there's no ordering cakes from anywhere else. My family would revolt if I tried. We all LOVE their chocolate layer cake! The people who work here are always so nice. And the shop itself is cuuuuute! So bright and colorful and unless you have a cold dead heart, it will surely put a smile on your face. It always does mine. Great. Now I am craving a funfetti bar. Darn you, Hungry Hero! Oh! And street parking is always super easy for me to find right by or across from the shop. It's in old town Sherwood, just a few minutes off of Highway 99. Super cute place with the best desserts! Go support this awesome local dessert shop!

Just an FYI, because this place gets busy they request you limit your visit to 1.5 hours. Now the menu. It is vast and everything sounded so good. Between the pastries, the yummy drinks, and the menu items, I had a hard time picking. I went with a muffin and a latte. The blueberry lemon muffin was large and so tasty. I ordered a plain latte to get a baseline on the coffee making skills. It was pretty good. I'll have to try one of the seasonal drinks next time I go. This place is small. Tables are close together. I could hear everyone's business. So keep that in mind. I am going to return when I have a bit more time. Probably a bit earlier in the morning to make sure I can get a table.

The Portuguese sausage, and avocado complimented it well. They don't skimp on their portions. I also had the mocha which was perfect. Their dessert case looked delightful. Looking forward to returning, and trying other items on their menu, and of course some pastries. Make sure to give Elka Bee's a try.

Walking in at 9AM, they had plenty of prepicked pints on a table and also an entire field of strawberries available for U-Pick. Pricing is actually cheaper for the pre-picked pints, but I assume that's because U-Pick means you're eating while picking as well. Red Berry Barn grows three types of strawberries on their farm. Firstly, probably 30-40 rows of Hoods, then some Shuksans, and finally the ever popular (for farmers, given the day-neutral designation) Albion. It's actually quite easy telling the three apart. The Hoods are overgrown, barely kept organized into rows, with lighter color leaves hiding all of the strawberry red deliciousness hiding underneath. The Shuksans in the center, are the tallest of the plants, with striking dark green foliage. The Albions in the last rows look almost emaciated, with small leaves barely able to support the ample stock of strawberries growing from them. Red Berry Barn doesn't have any particular system for organized picking unlike some other U-Pick farms. Most the field was flush with berries, so we just wandered around wherever we wanted to pick the strawberries. We went here specifically to purchase and pick Hoods. The strawberries here aren't like those of other farms. For some reason, the Hoods are much larger, perhaps 3-4x the size of other Hoods, but still with the protruding cap. The outer shell is also quite a bit harder than the typical soft Hood. The taste isn't the same either, being still sweet and plump with good strawberry fragrance, but missing some of the perfumy quality an excellent Hood has from some of the non U-Pick farms. The skin is also much firmer - usually Hoods only last a day or two before going bad due to how delicate their skins are, but on Day 2, these strawberries were still firm. I have no idea if it's the terroir or the growing and fertilizer regimen fed to the strawberries or not. The Shuksans didn't seem to be ready at the time we visited. I tried a couple that looked ripe on the plants, but they were still mostly hard and tasted like sour water. The Albions, however, were among the best Albions I've had, at least the most ripe ones which consist of perhaps only 5% of the crop. They're super sweet and almost reach Hood levels of perfumy quality but with a different taste. Most Albions, however, basically taste like cold storage grocery store strawberries. Just to hammer it in more - the best of the everbearing and/or day neutral varieties like Albion can be great, but on average, they are worse than June-bearing varieties! Albion especially I think is built for shelf life thanks to the waxy coat on the exterior and the firm interior. We ended up buying a half flat of Hoods to save us some time, and picked up a $16 basket that probably fit around 3-4 pints of strawberries. Red Berry Farm derinitely does in a pinch to get some fresh strawberries. I don't think their Hoods are as good as from other farms, but they're still miles better than any grocery store strawberry.
