I recently discovered the Artur Café in Tualatin. I thought the only options around here for coffee were boring Starbucks. I was surprised to find this little Café buried in an area between SW Martinazzi Ave and SW Boones Ferry Rd. I enjoyed a lavender latte and croissant. Both were very good. Popular items include breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches (see photo.) There is a nice selection of coffee-based options as well as juices and Italian sodas. What I liked best about Artur Cafe was the ambiance. There was a variety of seating options including couches, comfy chairs and traditional tables. There is a nook with games and a children's seating area. Artur Cafe opens early seven days a week, check website for specific hours. I highly recommend this cute spot. read more

Arthur Cafe was a cute little pit stop today while we were out and about running errands! They offer a selection of caffeinated drinks, food and even cocktails! Ordered tow breakfast burritos online and unfortunately there was a solid block of frozen shredded cheese in one burrito and the other one just wasn't very good. Ordered the tiramisu latte and it came iced even though it didn't say that it would be or indicate an option to choose. Upon asking for our order, we were handed our order without the drink. After mentioning to the girl working, she said rudely "I didn't make it because I didn't want it to get watery." The coffee and breakfast burrito were delicious, I highly recommend them both. The service, however, is slow. I ordered two coffees, a breakfast burrito, and a breakfast bowl, and it took more than 20 minutes to get the food. We could watch them make the food and it seemed like they stopped to chat between each order, so we'd finished our coffee by the time it arrived. Stopped in for a first visit to catch up with a friend. The shop was mostly unassuming from the exterior but was lovely and inviting in the inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful in making recommendations. Ordered a mocha and it was delicious! My only feedback is that the menu for drinks listed three size options but it wasn't clear if the smallest was 8 oz or 12 oz, so I had to ask. Bathrooms are clean, prices are reasonable, and parking was easy in the adjacent parking lot. I didn't try any food but the menu was decent in terms of options. They use beans from Cascadia roasters and you can buy beans and swag if you'd like. They have a dedicated kids area, which is awesome for parents who just need to sip their coffee in relative peace. I really wanted to give them five starts. They were friendly and fast. They also had decent treats. In addition, they had food, and alcoholic drinks. The seating arrangements were perfect for studying or working with many of the tables near an outlet. The music was not loud at all and was pleasant. Even the bathrooms were clean. Parking is not an issue at all, as there are plenty of spots without the risk of door dinks. The only problem was the Wi-Fi. It was horrible. It was so slow, that I don't know how anyone can do any work or studying. read more

Our new go-to spot for a cozy cup of coffee, bite to eat, and spot for our little one to hang out. This is how I wish all coffee shops are -- cozy, quaint, full of seating, and fabulous ambience. This is tucked in near Martinazzi where the library is. There's a great food menu my husband raves about (the breakfast sandwich!). I've tried a few pastries and all have been tasty. The coffee is great and they have creative options. Service has been kind, quick, and attentive. There's a play corner for little ones that is a lifesaver! Honestly, I wanted to love this place. I would still give it another shot but the coffee doesn't stand out in any way. It just tasted like milk. The girls working were very friendly but need a little more barista experience. It felt very warm and friendly inside like a cool place to sit and hangout but unfortunately the coffee isn't hitting the mark. For speciality flavors, the customer should be able to taste the flavor they order and the espresso. All I tasted today was milk. Rooting for you guys. I enjoyed this cafe quite a bit! The inside is quaint and has a nice area with some children's books and smaller seating for the kids. I ordered a hot mocha which tasted fresh and had just the right amount of chocolate in it for my liking. There is some table seating & comfy seating, with some outlets along the wall which I appreciate as a spot to sit and do work at! The drink came out a little slower than some of the chain coffee companies, but for the friendly service and nice ambiance, this cafe is definitely worth a try! read more
