This place is a dump and the people are clueless when you ask them a question. There was trash & food all over the floors plus it needed to be mopped. The trash barrels needed to be emptied. The place you get the soda had lids all over the place and no napkins. I had to come up and ask for napkins and ketchup which they should have offered me when I got my food. Behind the counter they had a big puddle of water which no wanted to pick up and they kept walking around it. There was trash on the floor behind the counter. I'm glad I only ordered fries as I wouldn't trust the food here. I wanted to wash my hands before I ate and I tried everything to get the water to come out of the faucet with no luck. McDonald's is amazing when they get the right people working in the kitchen. I got a big Mac meal with a sweet tea after work with extra pickles extra sauce I stg ts was dripping all over me, pickles were falling , I got like at least 3 pickles per bite. I dropped Big Mac sauce on my phone I didn't even care I kept eating. The sweet tea was magnificent. Love a mouthful of pure sugar. Didn't taste old asf like some days. I was refuse service at the drive up because I have no car during the COVID-19 pandemic so could not get any food and they refuse to serve me. Went there for breakfast and got in lane 2 of the drive thru. After 4 cars in lane one ordered before me I went inside to let them know and place my order. When I let them know that no one was taking orders in one lane they said that was happening all morning. The woman in the managerial clothing said "I just got here I don't know". Not a "I just got here but I'm sorry for your wait." I then waited 10 minutes for my order inside. When my food finally got there I asked for straws and one of the workers rudely said "over there" with a point. Worst service ever and the workers seemed like that was normal. By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. And I've been all over the world. The employees are always rude, I never get the correct items I order, even ordering items off the menu (nothing special)it's always made wrong. The best two words that I can give to the corporate company that owns this is "Drug Test". I'm no expert but I am certain that 2 of the 5 employees making the food were high on some sort of drug. Literally the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. We visited at a unbusy time, so no excuses there. Everyone that ordered in the drive thru had to pull up and wait over 10 minutes for the food. By the time they brought it out, the fries were cold and tasted old. I ordered mcnuggets with bbq sauce. I asked for extra, and guess what, I received NO SAUCE...The food was so bad, we just threw it out. On average, this is one of the better McDonald's restaurants in the area. I usually get well made food, and the restaurant itself is kept up pretty well too. There are the usual typical McDonald's booths and tables, but this also has more relaxed seating. I find it to be a nice low key place to eat at in the evening. I would say that they have a penchant for playing country music a lot, though, so if you're not a fan of that then be forewarned. I can certainly say that they've never messed up my order, and I cannot say that for most of the other McDonald's in the South Bend / Mishawaka area. read more
