Worst McDonald's in the world! Hands down! Guaranteed to get food poisoning every time! The low life's that works there do not care. They dont care about opening up, they. Don't care about the food, whether it's cooked or not, whether it fell on the floor or not .oh well. They just dont care. You will get food poisoning. Ypu will have an unpleasant experience and you will be on the toliet for the rest of the day. These people go out of their way to make sure they dont get your order correct. They'll stare at you while you stare at them, wondering what's going on, and then theyll take their phone out. All the while your food is sitting right there I've actaully just bagged and grabbed it myself while they all stood around the fryolator and discussed who in the restaurant they've had sex with. Placed an order for a couple quarter pounders fries and apple pies. Even though orders seemed lite with 1 person ahead of me and 1 other placing an order at the same time, I was directed to the second window to wait. I watched the staff stack up all the drive through orders in different spots around the restaurant to wait. The staff was disorganized as they came to me with 2 orders that were not mine. On voicing a complaint at about the wait I was told "the food takes time to cook" there was no apology for the delay. When I finally got my order after a 16 minute wait I drove home to find out that my waiting for the food to cook did not include giving me warm fries as they were cold. I filled out your survey about the slow service and cold food before finishing my meal that's when I found out I didn't even get apple pies but instead pumpkin pies. This food cost more than a decent burger meal at a sit down restaurant, the wait till is ridiculous for fast food, the quality control is terrible and the order accuracy is nonexistent. If you are going thru the drive thru you are saved the horror of eating in their dinning room. Clearly the concept of being a clean and sanitary dinning area is extremely unheard of. Every table either had left over food or trash tables as well as booths and chairs. Trash cans overflowing to a point trash had collected on the floor near it. No real attempt from the employees to fix any of the matters at hand. Several walked by with out a second glance. Makes you wonder if that is the norm and their is no accountability from the ownership not management. read more

I'll start off by say McD's does a pretty good breakfast for a fast food place. Great hash browns and sausage patties. However, asked for orange juice and they no longer have it. Got an apple juice, small 6 oz. Juice box like you they give kids in school. It fact it said "kids" on it. Tasted watered down. So then I went back for coffee. There was another gentleman at the counter who had been waiting to order a cup of coffee. No one behind the register. Said he was getting ready to go BK. I waited with him another 4 to 5 minutes with employees walking back and forth. I asked one if they were brewing fresh coffee. She just looked at me and kept on going, ignoring me completely. Then we had to wait another 4 or 5 minutes for the coffee with no orders ahead of us. Whatever happened to the customer comes first? read more

It was the best McDonald's experience I ever had. The bathroom was nice and clean (new, spacious). The service was great. There were different types of seating options. I usually don't go to fast food places except when I'm traveling with car. Maybe, I visited there in good timing (Thursday, 12:30 pm). My husband and I were surprised. read more

I get the same thing every morning for breakfast and i either have to guess what mystery meat I'm going to get (because they do not get my order right) or I have egg put on my sandwich (which I am so grossed out by, you mine as well call me allergic). The customer service at this location is horrible. Everyone looks miserable and the food is ruched and not good. Fast food restaurants are guaranteed the same freshness at every location. I went to the drive through to place an order. I try to place my order and the person taking my order wasn't able to hear me so i raised my voice so he could hear me. I wanted a mint shamrock shake so i said mint shake then spelled it for him M I N T S H A K E The person taking my order told me to leave and that he would not serve me my food because of the way I treated him. So I went inside placed my order and asked for a manager. The manager comes over I told her the situation and she says there is nothing I can do about it the person that took your order at the drive through is MY manager what do you expect me to do? This is by far the worst McDonalds in the state of Maine. Under-trained staff that will most likely get your order wrong and then request that you pull up to the next window to fix it. Best McDonald's experience ever. Walked right into the bathroom. Jaw drop. Nicest bathroom decor of any non high end restaurant I've seen. Clean as well. Ordered food. Friendly staff. Ask for cup to get soda while waiting for food. Was handed cup..and food. Fastest food ever. Get soda. Where are the lids? ...there is a contraption that gives you one lid. No fussing with 5 lids to get one. No wondering who touched the lid before you. Genius. Too bad I don't love around here or this would be my spot. read more

As far as mcdonalds go, this one leaves much to be desired. They reuse oil from one product to cook another, resulting in poor quality of flavor. Many of their management is rude and under trained. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else. read more

DO NOT GO HERE I GOT FOOD POISIONING AND WAS SICK FOR 4 DAYS! The burger tasted old and dry. THROWING UP FOR DAYS!
