As today 3:35am refused online order because employees asks to cancel & that they are close but the hours sign says otherwise

I am not happy with how the employees use my qr code to steal my points. My husband and I do not use points but I like to give the points to my sister. Everytime, my sister scans the code is says already used which means the employee scan the receipt before they give it to me. This happed to me on June 13th at 2:10pm, receipt 1350. I called the manager right away and she said she would call but she never did. Instead they ignore you. Managers need to watch their employees. They are stealing points from customers. If McDonalds keep doing this I will go else where. All McDonalds do this and when I call no one addresses it. read more

Honestly one of the worst run McDonald's that I have been to. I placed the order thru the app for counter pick up... I get to the counter and look up at the display to see where my order was... the status board did not list my order... it had numbers before and after mine. I stood at the cashier for almost 5 minutes but no one acknowledged me. The only reason I stepped back was when I heard the staff mention my order number and to make sure it had the special coffee. Honestly, I don't understand how this particular McDonald's has such bad reviews, it's top tier on the McDonald's scale IMO. Even though this isn't the most convenient location for me, whenever I'm craving McDonald's this is the one I go out of my way for because every time I've ordered here, the fries are piping hot and the quality of mcdoubles and spicy mcChickens are top tier. Last weekend we stopped by in the morning to grab a quick breakfast before a round of golf and this gave me hope in McD's breakfast again. The biscuit on the sandwich was soft and buttery. The hash brown was super crispy. And the sausage mcmuffin was tasty. I got the biscuit sandwich free from points on the McD's app, which honestly is the only way to order at any McDonald's. From the customization, picking your correct amount of sauces, it's a must because they always got deals. If you are craving McDonald's and in the area (probably after a costco run), definitely not a bad location to check out. read more

The outside area is well maintained, and my experience of ordering via the mobile application, and pickup via the drive through via this and other McDonalds has been consistently good if I check my order before leaving the pickup windows. At their Daly City location i was given the wrong beverage order, but that was quickly corrected. like McDonalds items or not, they are at least mostly consistent, plus if ordering via the Mobile application you can access discounts that help mitigate some of the rampant food inflation / corporate pricing greed, in addition to eliminating most order mistakes. read more

I've ordered through the drive-thru several times, and while I've overlooked mistakes in the past, this is now the fourth time I've had issues with missing items. This time, I ordered a Happy Meal for my younger sibling. Even after checking the bag, I noticed right away that the apple juice and toy were missing. On top of that, I was given the wrong size iced coffee. I parked and went back inside to request the missing items and return the incorrect drink. When I approached the employee (who I believe was the manager, as she was wearing a tie and work hat -- I didn't catch her name but she was a light-skinned, heavy-set woman), she immediately gave me attitude and made it seem as though I was the problem. As a paying customer, I expect to receive the food I ordered without hassle or disrespect. I work hard for my money, and it's frustrating to repeatedly deal with these issues. This time around I ordered food through the mobile app and let them know my number and name before my phone died and they said no they need to see it and they see no name on their end. This McDonald's is super close to the Costco and it helps that it has a big parking lot. I usually order via the mobile app and go through the drive thru. The process is easy, just let them know the order code and they'll have your order ready. They usually get my order correct on all the times I've went. I think once the drive thru line was crazy long. But other than that, no really complaints with this location. The workers could be a little nicer, at least say thanks. read more

About them: - CLEAN -- did not have toilet paper or seat covers on the ground or draped about haphazardly around the trash cans - NO ODOR -- did not have that nasty musty smell of humid disinfectant and old pee like most fast food restaurants have regardless of how tidy they are - OPEN (No Code Needed) -- you don't need a code to get into the restrooms! This McDs is also right off the freeway so it was a great place to stop for a bio break and an iced tea (tasted fresh!) on our way to SF. We would definitely stop here again! read more
