Came in on a Saturday afternoon. Every table was dirty and trash bins were full. I understand busy lunch rushes, however I asked an employee to clean our table, which he was very nice about it. However, he didn't even bother to clean the rest of dirty tables in this empty dining room. Do they not get trained to police the dining area? It was entertaining watching numerous customer sit at dirty tables and chairs. Obviously poorly managed here. I wish there was a 0 star option. The map CLEARLY says open 24 hours, as does the FREEWAY sign before getting off. We pulled up at 3:30am and these two employees are just doing absolutely nothing besides lying to our faces, stating they JUST closed! The service is amazing. The self serve soda machine is messy. After filling my drink, I went to put a lid on the cup and the cup collapsed. The cup broke and one of the employees noticed my dilemma. He was kind enough to not only replace my drink, but he also upgraded the size as an apology for my troubles. My rating would be five stars, but the dining area needs better upkeep. Fast food is a tough industry, but this location has struggled since we've lived here (about two years). We always try to give the benefit of the doubt, but today was so bad we wanted to be sure to share why. This location has struggled for over a year to get their ice cream machine functioning. That's just too long for an issue to continue. Our children were in tears because they had shamrock shakes advertised and couldn't have them. Then we were directed to the left (non-numbered spot) to wait for our food. We waited over ten minutes and watched as 12 cars drove by with their orders. This was frustrating because we were here before the high school lunch rush. I then had to leave my car and go inside to have someone help us. They had the order ready in two minutes. Sometimes you really are craving Mcdonald's because it's quick and fast. I have gone to this location several times hopping things could be different, but the food has been inconsistent especially the chicken nuggets; they always seem to be a different texture everytime. Service is a hit or a miss with multiple instances with my order not going through and some of my food missing after the fact. If you ordering from here double check they got your order right. Went through the drive through today for nuggets fries and 2 burgers and we got sent to wait in spot 4 for 10 minutes wait. When the food came, 3 nuggets were just loose in the bag, the burger was loose, the second burger the contents were not in the bun, just loose in the paper, I was missing 3 sauces and the guy left before I could check my order. Ordered on the curbside, but no sign said anything about curbside is not available or they are too slow, waiting for over 20 minutes, btw it is over 9 pm, not the busy hour. Then found out the whole lobby is under construction, again no sign saying anything, so we did the drive thru finally got the food, and slush is half cup melted and kid cheese burger is burnt. read more

This McDonald's caused a bit of a family riff. You see, they got our order wrong, but a couple people in the family blamed it on the other family member that placed to order. (This was all done via the drive thru). The accused party swore up and down that she ordered number fours for everyone, but we ended up with something different. As luck would have it, we returned the next day for breakfast again. (We were traveling and didn't have the time to go to any sit down joints). She placed the exact order from the day before, and this time it was right. She was vindicated. So a 50% accuracy rating, from our experience. The food is fine-consistent with what you'd expect at the Golden Arches. But frustrating that you may or may not get what you order. Also, the drive through line overlaps an area of the parking lot and blocks cars in. We found this out the hard way when, on day two, we parked and ate our food in the car-only to get blocked in by people in line. It took some finagling, but we got out of there. I'm not sure what can be done about that, as the building is surrounded by other things and there doesn't appear to be room for remodeling. Just beware if you plan to park-try to avoid any place that might get blocked in. read more

Use the new self service check-out machines to get a free cone or cookie. Unfortunately, I couldn't do this (I had a coupon) so had to wait an incredibly long time. When I finally reached the front of the line (there were only two customers in front of me), I learned that they would not be serving lunch for another 23 minutes (at 10:30 AM). Instead, I used the clean bathroom and headed to the McDonald's in Mesquite. That said, McDonald's ain't what you remember it to be. Service and options (including some healthful options) have really increased in the last few years. Plus, they have the new cool Coke vending machines so your drink options are huge! read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is literally THE WORST McDonald's I've ever been to. They got my order wrong and when I tried to ask for more sauce she told me they were "27 cents per sauce" which is fine I paid for it but she was extremely rude and aggressive. Absolutely, the worst visit to a McDonald's in 70 years. I have always been a fan not just of the food but also of knowing that one McDonald's is pretty much the same as another. Not always but most of the time. However, this time the experience was not the food but the untrained staff and the attitude expressed by that staff. As I waited for someone to take my order, 4 individuals stood around talking and completely ignored us. I called out to them for assistance and they just stood there and said "if you want something put it in the kiosk. In addition to that, I wanted to experience some of their new dessert items. as I stood waiting I noticed that everyone had a line crossing it out and said unavailable. Most likely unavailable because the workers refused to get off their asses and make them available. In case there are workers at this location that do care I want to make sure to point out that it was around 8:00 pm. We will never visit this location again and if this is the new model for all Mcdonald's then it is my last Mcdonald's order. Even at markets, the self-checkouts have an assistant there to help customers. Not leave them waiting for a burger order. read more

Went in this morning at 9am to get something for my mom and myself. Ordered, very pushy in the drive through per usual when you take a single second to decide what you'd like. Went to the first window to pay, me and my mom had a miscommunication about which card was being used so I only had my moms which I had to wait for her to transfer some money real quick. And I told the lady that, but then she proceeded to get snappy and say "Hello, I'm still here!!" Like, first of all, no duh. I was trying to listen to my mom, would you like me to pull money out of my ass or what?? Being rude and snappy like that this early isn't even something that ME as a teenager can accomplish. The only remotely nice workers are very few of the night crew. Claim to be open 24 hours a day. Went there after work, and they were closed. There was one gentleman inside. I asked him why it allowed me to place a mobile order if they weren't open. His response was that they are usually open 24 hours. He said to try again another night. My question is: how am I suppose to know what nights they will chose to stay open and which they will close. Horrible customer service and insane wait times. I waited 20+ minutes for my order and the employees were rather rude. They acted as if we were a burden to them. One customer waited 15+ minutes just for a drink. After waiting 15 minutes at the curbside spot I went inside to check the status. Never was a I greeted by an employee and when a customer did ask for assistance the employees were so short and unprofessional. It was appealing.
