Everybody knows chick-fil-a chicken nuggets are good. But what makes me give this location a 5 star is the staff. We did drive thru and food was not ready when we were at the pick up window, the staff directed us to the nearest parking spot and we waited like 5 mins. Then a staff came over with our food, plus cookies that we didn't order, and gift cards for us just to say 'sorry we made you wait!' I was shocked since never ever a restaurant did this for me - let alone a fast food restaurant. If I go back to St. George, I'll for sure go back to this chick-fil-a! read more

Very typical Chick-Fil-A. Crowded around lunch time. The wife went to find a table while I waited in line. The line moved quickly. I ordered and even with the large crowd in a very large Chick-Fil-A restaurant, we did not wait long for our food. We both tried the new Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken sandwich. The wife wanted regular chicken patty and I got the spicy patty. The sandwich has the patty, some honey, mild jalapeño slices and a pimento cheese sauce. It was all very good. Can't detail what was in the pimento cheese sauce, but it was very tasty and cheesy. Watch out, as the warm chicken patty melts the sauce and it leaked everywhere. Great price, great food, clean establishment, always very professional. Only downside is is running the floor cleaner between 8:00 and 8:30. You can't hear yourself think. First off, what's with the handicap parking? Only 2 parking spaces for handicapped people. They have taken most of the spaces for the pickup and delivery. Are handicapped people not important? Love eating here the food is great, but had a poor experience recently. My sister placed an online order on the app and I was sent to pick it up. It was around closing time so I was trying to make it before. The order was placed around 9:40. I got there at 10:02 which they close at 10. The doors were locked which is understandable and one of the employees noticed me and came out. I was informed they tried to call my sister to verify we would be able to pick it up on time, but her being busy babysitting was not at her phone. And was told that they didn't make it because of that. And he went to check if they had enough food to make my order anyways but was suspiciously fast to return telling me they didn't and that it would be refunded. It is suspicious to me because they would have been able to make it if I was there 2 minutes earlier so my question is if they were going to throw it away why didn't they make the order. The order was placed atleast 15 minutes before they closed so I don't understand why they didn't make the food. i came in 11/01/25 at about 11:20am ish? and me and my girlfriend went through the drive through and this girl named kloey took our order. me and my gf both wanted a sw salad and we said ONLY lettuce, chicken and cheese. and then we she read it back i thought maybe she read it back funny and decided to trust it. we get our food and it had literally everything on it. also kloey was super duper rude, like she was rushing and wanting us to hurry up. all that came out her mouth was "anything else? anything else? anything else?" not a smile, just a rude tone and eugh it just irritated me. i hate going inside to places to have my order fixed. everyone else was super nice etc, just not kloey read more

I don't often leave reviews, but Devyn our cashier was workin above his pay! He was super kind and patient while we ordered, was just super smooth and fluid in everything. Overall he worked quickly but didn't make us feel rushed. Super efficient! He walked our food to us even tho he didn't have to, checked in on us later, offered us the drink refill, brought us mints AND wrote this cute lil note. On my last trip out to the St George area to run the Sand Hollow Marathon, I stopped in here a few times for something quick and delicious. The ordering process is really easy and convenient if you place your order first on their mobile app before picking up your food. Lately, I've been hooked on their frosted lemonade especially when the weather is hot. Besides the good food that they're known for, the service here is excellent. They know what they're doing and how to do it right, whoever trains these people should be given an award. I love the rewards program this chain offers (download the app, um.. yesterday, if you haven't yet) and I love their food and treats (you can never go wrong ordering chicken nuggets with a cookie on the side). This one particularly is very busy, so be alert when you're pulling into the restaurant parking lot. Tons of cars and people, so just be safe--don't want to ruin your meal with an additional bill for the Hospital down the road. We stopped here because we had a mobile offer for an 8 pc chicken nuggets on the mobile app. I used to go to Chick-fil-A a lot when I lived in Florida but haven't since I moved to Vegas. We do have them in Vegas, but not quite as frequent. So I stopped in here for a quick bite during a road trip. It was a Friday night and there was a bit of a line, but it moved super quickly. In fact I didn't even have time to pull up the mobile app before I was called. Service was very prompt and food came quickly. I give it four stars because it's what you'd expect from a chick-fil-A. Anyway, they now also give dog treats and so that was good and I'm not the only one happy with that, koda now likes chick-fil-a too. He wasn't assertive at all and he seemed like he couldn't care less about his job. He said that they weren't doing free Mac and cheese. So we just pushed it aside and ordered what we wanted. Bummer that Chik-Fil-A won't set up shop in "Sin City", so the only thing to do is make the trek to St.George, UT to get your fix. Yes, its fast food, yes its just a chicken sandwich, but its a DAMN GOOD chicken sandwich! The Classic and the Spicy Chicken Sandwiches are both good, but the Waffle fries could have used another minute in the deep fryer. Okay, yes we were 'those people', and drove from Vegas to Utah for some Chik-fil-A. We were spoiled in Northern Colorado with a few locations there. But it has been over 3 years since we have had their chicken sandwich. We decided 'why not'! Jumped in the car...drove through some construction in the mountains, and were there in about 2 hours. We ordered the Deluxe sandwich, which has pickles, lettuce and tomato. The piece of chicken you get is really big. Much larger than we remembered it being. Had to get the waffle fries as well. Those are my favorite. The chicken sandwiches are plain, and do not come with condiments of any kind. However, they offer various condiments in the same location as the straws, forks and napkins. The chicken is very flavorful. The waffle fries were very tasty, but we ended up getting a lot of little bits, as I am guessing we got the last of that batch. The people there were super friendly, that was nice. Even though it was busy, there were plenty of places to sit. They also have a play area for kids 3 and under. We had never had the deluxe sandwich, and actually prefer the original chicken sandwich. It comes with pickles, and that's it. So add condiments as you choose. We actually ordered 3 of these to go. They traveled well, and were still hot when we got home. They are wrapped in a foil packet, which is nice. We reheated these the next day, and they were just as good.
