This Chick-fil-A is by far the BEST one I've ever been to! They are amazing with families and kids! They even do a kids meal Chick-fil-A sandwich--which no other location I've ever been to does! We went to one up north and they had no idea what I was even talking about! Every time I come in with my kids, they give me a "super mom" cookie and it just makes my day! I used this location to cater my son's wedding luncheon. I went to the location to place my order to feed 150 people. The shift manager was very friendly and very helpful. She went above and beyond. The owner called me a few days later to double check the order and make sure everything was good to go. When the day of the event came, the food was delivered. It was fresh and hot. The workers who set up the food were efficient and professional. I love Chick-fil-A and I was happy to see it on the roadway in St George, near the I-15 freeway. It was a Saturday lunchtime and the place was super busy! As all other locations, here too, there were plenty of employees and working tirelessly. Cashiers were quick, so I didn't wait too long in line. I ordered my usual meal, the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich meal. I substituted my drink for a lemonade. Chick-fil-A lemonade is very good! I also love their Chocolate fudge brownie, and of course I ordered it too! Service was quick! By the time I washed my hands, returned to my table, the food was waiting for me. I just had the single most efficient CFA experience that I have ever had! This was my first time visiting this location, but my second time visiting a CFA in Saint George. (About my millionth time visiting CFA in general) There was efficient service with a smile from beginning to end of today's CFA experience. I was in and out of the drive thru (with about 4 cars in front of me) in about 5 minutes total. My order was fresh & hot, correct, and of course yummy! Atmosphere (I only did drive thru so I can't speak to dine in) was easy to follow and like your typical CFA drive thru. This location features 2 drive thru lanes. read more

Please see attached photo. The line was not long when I visited on this day and there were no black cars in the line. The word black was in reference to my skin color. I did reach out to corporate and they did attempt to reach back out to me but I just wasn't interested in the interaction. I go to Chick fil a sometimes, been to this location a few times unfortunately this time I got traumatized. Would advise against getting their salad as there was a few dead bugs in mine, sadly I ate some of the salad before I noticed. They refunded me fully however I don't think that's enough to cover the therapy I need after this and I'm safely going to say I'm probably never eating at any chick fil a ever again. Went for first time tonight through drive through. Husband had 8 piece chicken nuggets and they were excellent. Hot, crispy and perfectly cooked. I, on the other hand, had a Chicken club sandwich, with pepper jack cheese, served without a bun since I'm gluten free and I ordered the gf bun. Unfortunately, the sandwich was lukewarm, at best. Cheese wasn't melted at all, and temperature putting it on the bun, was barely warm. Our waffle chip fries were good, but also luke warm. Disappointing for sure-we drove out of the drive though and immediately parked, so there wasn't much time for everything to cool off. I know that you've got the efficiency for order processing but missed it on the execution. More than $18 for our meals. Bummed.. read more

Consistently great chicken strips, fries, salads, etc. It is our goto eatery when we can't decide what to eat. The crazy long drive thru lines testify that it is one of the most frequently visited fast food restaurants in this town or any town. As a matter of fact the demand is so great they built another one just to keep up. Service is out standing, quick, friendly and orders are usually correct.
