Yeah they screwed up my order again. Ordered #1 breakfast (Sausage Egg and Cheese McMuffin) and got ham.

Chicken is under done I got a 20 peace and only got 11 no Minecraft box dirty environment very dirty.

Went through drive thru and was rung up incorrectly. Got home and Fries were cold, got one cheeseburger and one hamburger in my cheeseburger meal, got Diet Coke instead of regular coke. Worse experience at a McDonald's ever! read more

Extremely hit or miss, have had a lot of issues historically but I think they might be clawing their way back. Only go there out of convenience to location. Drive thru could take 2 minutes or 15 minutes. Last couple visits have been so so. Employee shortage can be an issue but I think it is more lack of quality training & guidance. Only visit for breakfast, getting harder to pay $9 for a small sandwich, hash brown & drink. Hope they can turn it around, a lot of locals have issue with this location. I've been going through this drive thru for years now. It's always fairly quick and the staff are friendly. The prices reflect what food you get and even though it's bad for me, I still go now and then and it's always delicious. read more

Terrible service. Rude. Seems to be sporadic. We were there at 7:00-7:25pm. Usually good service around 3:00.

Always poor results here. Today I ordered a bacon smokehouse burger meal with a side of bbq for my fries. The kid at the drive thru stood there and was staring at the bag as if he was willing the bag to fill itself. He hands me the bag and I asked is the bbq in there? I knew to ask having been here before.. Yes it "should" be. Well it wasn't. He goes back and grabs me bbq. I get home to find no napkins and when I went to eat my burger it had little to no sauce or onions. Pictures attached. I realize you never get what they advertise but this was lacking all ingredients. Again, I get its hard to find staff and high school kids aren't always the best workers but seriously this place has been bad for years busy or not and even when "adults" are working. I have a few other poor experiences but at this point I've already put far too much time into this post. read more

The service here is atrocious. I realize we have a labor shortage that employees are exhausted but this is horrible. Rude and lazy. Always ask if your sauce/straws/napkins are in the bag because they probably aren't. read more

As soon as I pulled into the parking lot I was annoyed because the McDonald's is located in a Speedway gas station. I don't find that this location has good service either. I waited around 10 minutes in the drive-thru, which to me is stupid because it's called fast food for a reason. I also was given a horrible, and soggy mcchicken and soggy burnt fries. I will only go to this McDonalds if it's the last food place on planet earth. read more

I've read all the other reviews from this McDonald's and I'm not sure that these people know where they're going? I go here for a cheap quick meal that is terrible for my body. The service is as good as it can get. These people aren't servers, they're not getting tipped, they take your order, you pick it up and that's it. Drive-thru's are meant to be simple and quick, and that's what I've received the past few times I've been here. I usually order an ungodly amount of food because I'm either hungover, or hangry, and these people DELIVER! I rattle off my order, pay them, and BAM I got a stupid amount of food in like 2 minutes. Very disappointed in the service we received at this McDonald's Drive Thru. My posse was discussing where we should dine for an afternoon snack, when I decided to suggest a classic: McDonald's. After some hesitation, my crew finally agreed to dine out at Micky D's with me. I'll give them this...as a chain, McDonald's does have an excellent app with incredible deals!! Once my pals realized there was no chance of overpaying for their meal, they were on board. We knew within 30 seconds of arriving to the Drive Thru that we had made a mistake. Per usual, their ice cream machine was broken. I was ashamed to have recommended this restaurant. I love McDonald's, everything on the menu. Ever since I was a baby I loved the cheeseburger with pickles and ketchup. The fries, do I even need to say how scrumptious these little floppy potatoes are. I mean this things are on another level of deliciousness. The chicken nuggets come in a 4,6, 10, and 20 pieces. These nuggets are so tasty with any sauce on the menu! The absolute best meal ever made in the universe, is the happy meal! My favorite part of the happy meal is the toy! Very very very slow drive through and 8 times out of 10 my order is still wrong. Inside isn't bad not very clean. After getting off a bartending shift one night I decided to stop and get something, I ordered a 10 chicken nugget meal with a large fry to share with my boyfriend and a sweet tea and got a 6 piece with a medium fry and unsweet tea but I got something else in the bag also... I was the only one in the drive through at that time and it took forever and the reason was because one of the kids that worked there put his Snapchat on a piece of paper and put it in my food bag. read more

Stopped in for a quick late night snack. Wife and I ordered a two for five buck FiletOFish sandwiches and a large order of fries. As you all know the fries are great when hot. Ours were cold and old. The fish sandwiches were poorly made, they both only had a half slice of cheese. I'm thinking that's not what the recipe calls for. Not sure what the problem is with this McDonald's but it is the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. The last time I stopped here we ordered 4 value meals and all of them came out cold. My burger tasted like it was made a week before hand. We did however call them and got 4 free value meals. I am currently standing waiting for my food to get made as I type this. Worst McDonalds in the whole state of MN. Long waits to place an order. Long waits for food or even to pay. Terrible service. And we ALWAYS get our orders wrong. Worst McDonald's around. I ordered the chicken tenders meal and several other meals. Got home and they gave me chicken nuggets not tenders. My other food was cold and the fries were soggy. I went back to get the tenders and I had to wait 10 minutes to get them. read more

This Mc Donald's has incredible service! They are very personable and remember me and my children every time we stop by even if a month has gone by they'll greet me on my return and greet my toddler. My toddler usually feels really special when they acknowledge him. The guy who take our order will even run to the pick up window to hand him his juice box special. The whole team is great and fast at their job. read more

An experience, 8/17/13 mid-day: My last visit here, I pulled up for a quick lunch with only one vehicle to order ahead of me. Not bad right? I ordered my quarter pounder w/cheese, no pickle. Perhaps no pickle was my doom. As I rounded the corner I realized people were already waiting beyond the pickup window in the cooked to order style of Culver's. From the pay window to the pickup window was a full 7 minutes where I was greeted with "please pull forward and wait". I pulled forward being sure to leave enough room for the truck behind me to do the same. It was necessary. After another 7 full minutes I began my internal 60 second drive-off countdown. Understand, this whole time I'm watching the Dairy Queen drive through across the street spit people out like a carnival ride. With bags of food too, not just treats. The countdown worked, an employee moseyed on out with her arms full of bags and handed me the happy meal I didn't order. I shook my head and said "no, single sandwich, q pounder w/cheese, no pickle." She searched her pile of bags and alas, mine wasn't there. Her mess of meals were dine in orders. If you were inside would you take a meal that walked in off the sidewalk? She said "hang on" to which I replied "don't worry" as I drove off as I was already a quarter hour into this mess. Dairy Queen was my next stop. In the end, I feel for most of the employees who probably want to do a great job but lack the example from leadership they deserve. For most this is their introduction into the workforce, let us hope this McDonald's doesn't wreck them for future employers. Note to drivers: Keep driving. Note to manager: Next time you are behind enough to be walking meals out, do it yourself. Shame can be a terrific motivator. read more
