I have been to this location a few times since my family lives across the street. The McDonald's used to be grimey but it got a fresh upgrade. It has a lot of parking and it's huge which causes a lot of cars trying to go together instead of letting one car go at a time. The restaurant is spacious and has a huge seating area. It has self ordering kiosks. The staff would see you waiting to order and would straight up ignore you. Or take a drive in order or talk among themselves. My food was ordered and was waiting for more than 20 mins while it was continuously ignored and other orders that came in after was given. The staff talks and hangs out with their friends instead of working. The food is okay and it's the standard fare. Just wish that the stuff didn't ignore people. read more

It is a McDonald's. It has a drive-through. It has those machines that take your order instead of you having to wait for a cashier to take your order. Those machines work effectively. When you use them you get your order in a reasonable time period. This McDonald's is clean. There is nothing objectionable about this McDonald's. read more

Waited 30 minutes for an order that i placed in advance through the mcdonalds app. It was a 20 piece nugget and a large fry. When i finally received my order the fries were only halfway full. Why am i paying for a large and getting the same amount i would if i had gotten a small or a medium?? To top it off, i only got ONE bbq sauce for TWENTY nuggets when my receipt says i asked for 3. This McDonalds location has gotten into the habit of preparing too much product way ahead of time allowing it to sit before hand. Then instead of throwing this stale garbage away they serve it right to you. This consistent and regular occurrence continues here routinely all day every day. They are serving old stale food that's been prepated and laying around way before you even get it. We all know its garbage food. But this junk food tastes good if it's fresh. We really only crave it fresh and hot, that is, if we have had it fresh somewhere else before, maybe even here before. But that is not now. Unfortunately this place is mismanaged, fresh and hot is not happening here. The other location on Hylan closed down for this exact reason. No one wants stale garbage. If we want to eat your garbage junk food we want it fresh otherwise it actually tastes like the garbage it is. This place is now serving up the typical terrible stale garbage you get at every crappy run location you've ever been to. Don't be fooled by the nice new building. The food overall is alright, but the service is terrible. the place and the environment is nice but the service. don't get me started on the service. this young boy working the cash register was so unbelievably rude, nasty and disrespectful. Went just now to get a breakfast order at 11 am the app won't allow breakfast order even though they serve all day. I go on and order two sausage McGriddles. The guy types in sausage biscuit with egg minus egg. I tell him that's not what I want. He insisted that's how he has to do it. I tell him it's on the menu and it's different. He says no. I let him order that because I know I'm gonna give it back. When the food comes back I tell the other guy what happened. He apologized and made two McGriddles. I told him someone needs to retrain the cashier to know the menu. It also cost me more the way he did it. I like to use the app because you enter exactly what you want. Out of all the McDonald's I've been to this is hands down the worst one yet. Never have I ever had to repeat my order 6 times to the order taker only for them to still get it wrong. The inside is filthy and the employees have zero clue what they are doing. I personally witnessed one of the crew members clean several surfaces with the same paper towel never once changing it. Pros - Extremely clean, freshest food, & nice customer service Cons - No ketchup dispenser, broken bathroom lock, & they get the order wrong half of the time. I work the overnight shift and got a little hungry. During my break I went to this McDonald's since it was the only thing open. I was totally expecting that half the menu would be unavailable and that the food I received would be cold or lukewarm. To my surprise everything was hot. All the items I ordered were available and the cashier even remembered to give napkins. I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with this location because most fast food establishments usually forget an item, serve lukewarm food or don't care enough to give the basics like napkins. read more

This is the only mcdonalds that l know of that does not have an employee stationed at the cash register full time. Additionally, with covid19, the POS kiosks are turned off. Getting someone from the back of the house to take orders is frustrating. The staff works hard, but they lack training and customer skills. At breakfast this morning, l asked for coffee with 5 creams; when l opened the lid, the coffee could only be described as dark. When l got to my car, l discovered that l didn't receive a hash brown. I did however, find three (3) packages of of pancake syrup for the hotcakes l didn't order. Whoever owns this restaurant should get more involved in the operation of this business. It is a great location with a terrific parking lot. I guess the franchisee has made all the money they need and they operate this location on autopilot. read more
