Ambiance is obviously crowded and loud since it's located in the food court. Service is always prompt and great since it's their core value. Can't go wrong with Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich meal with colby jack cheese and pickles, CFA and ranch sauce, signature side waffle fries, and made-in-house lemonade. I came in with a coupon for a free chicken sandwich. I asked the clerk to redeem it then a manager came up saying they won't take my coupon. I went back and forth as for a student with no money snd an appetite I just needed a chicken sandwich that day. she should be fired as she proceeded to keep declining me then I said ok let me pay full price. I scanned the coupon and it went through. they still got upset and told me theyll get security on me.Lastly I tried paying but my card declined so I asked her. I'm so happy to have Chick-fil-A in the Staten Island mall food court. It's my go to every time I am shopping in the mall. There is usually a line but it moves along and they keep it very organized with a waiting area after you've ordered your food. The grilled nuggets are my favorite, and the waffle fries are always sooo perfect! Choose from your choice of sauce, but I love the Chick-fil-A sauce to dip the chicken and the fries! The frosted lemonade is a must try also! Soooo good! It's not very cheap, but mall food isn't cheap anyway. read more

Came before closing, but they were still taking customer , i let one person pass me because i was looking at the menu but got right behind them 2 seconds later. few people lined up behind me we were standing in line until people in front of us were ordering thats when manager said that they are closed we leave the line and one lady stays behind she get in front of the register and pays for something and leaves with food few minutes later i was sitting in food court watching all this, it felt really weird so i went up to them and told them what happened and they had no answer they were just saying stuff no real explanation. But moral of the story i guess they pick and choose who they will serve food and who they are closed for . Leaves a really bad taste in your mouth when you get treated like that read more

COVID update: Chick-fil-A at the mall is still open, and we tried out their curbside pickup recently. While the food was tasty as always and the workers were nice, I can't recommend using the curbside pickup system unless you're not in any rush to eat. It took almost half an hour to get an order that we placed on the app long before we ever arrived at the mall, and the whole parking and delivery system felt really disorganized. People kept getting out of their cars to ask the workers about their orders because it was taking that long to get food, which sort of defeated the purpose of distancing and curbside pickup. Ordering in advance didn't seem any faster than if we had just pulled up and ordered on the spot, and considering that no one can order inside at the food court and there were only 8 or so spots for cars, not sure why everything took so long. Hopefully it was just an off day, but not trying it again during COVID unless we have a lot of time. read more

there is always a long line but it goes by so quick! the staff gives everyone a menu while they wait. the best thing is the great customer service and they really do end things with "its my pleasure" haha. i really enjoy their chicken sandwiches (i always get spicy, but its not rlly that spicy! but i feel it adds extra flavor or kick) and i always get their nuggets. with each bite, you can really taste the good quality and real meat thats in their nuggets/chicken patty. also its never dry. i love their sauces: buffalo, ranch, chick-fil-a sauce are my favs. they are never shy and allow you to get as many as you want. although some may love their waffle fries, i think its meh. not really seasoned or crisp. yes, the price is high, but if youre ever feeling some quality chicken sandwich, chick-fil-a is the way to go! sometimes you jus gotta treat yo self read more

Had the pleasure of being served by 20yr old manager Joseph on Saturday. Unfortunately, our chicken sandwiches we ordered didn't come out quite right. Not only did he exchange them w the best attitude, I watched this young kid put on a smile, attend to all the customers with a great attitude, help out his fellow employees as a team; one could just see he was a hard worker. I was very impressed. I don't know Chick-fil-A does it, but they really do find some of the best people to work for them! We brought the 6th Grade from St. Pat's in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn to the Chick-fil-A in the Staten Island Mall. Adrian at the register pleasantly took orders from 27 of us! He was conversational and attentive as each student placed his or her order. Under the direction of the manager Lauren, the orders were bagged correctly by Linoy and shakes were deliciously made by Roshany. None of those serving us were "ruffled" by the influx of such a large group! The students had a tasty lunch... the "big hits" were the spicy chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets and the shakes! BEST SERVICE EVER. i visited this Chick Fil A location last thursday at their grand opening. i saw the long line and immediately tried ordering on line via the mobile chick fil a application on ios devices. i went to a worker and she (and her manager) helped me out immediately. they also gave me many sauces :) the wait time for my food was not long at all and upon receiving the order, the lady called me "very pretty". the food was great; the chicken bites and waffle fries were so #yum. while eating, another worker came and asked if we would like our beverages to be refreshed. i was so touched by this that i went back to the manager in an attempt to tip the staff, which was futile. he told me that no tip would be necessary and that our visit to the restaurant was enough of a tip. would 11/10 recommend eating here. excellent food, excellent staff, excellent service. ! read more

if i could give this negitave infinity stars, i would not hesitate to do so. first of all, i came here for a quick breakfast of a chicken biscut. when i paid, the cashier would not accept my $2 bills because it "was not legal tender." i mean who dosent accept m o n e y? its flucking money you clown the 2 dollar bill is still legal you fool. then i settled in for a hellishly long wait. oh the wait. for one full hour i sat in agony waiting for a freaking chicken biscut. how does it take 1 friggin hour to prepare a pice of chicken surrounded in 2 pices of bread? it finally arrived, but it was not what i ordered. i ordered a chicken biscut with a medium coke. instead i got a sausage biscut with coffee. i didn't want to ask for my correct order and give it back and wait another hour so i gave up and went to mcdonald's. you wasted over 1 hour of my time. i will never visit a chickfilla establishment ever again. the workers were lazy and stood around on their telephones and gossiping rather than doing what they are paid to do. never again. read more

Great service and food. the people are literally so nice and the food came out fast and efficient. I went with my friend on opening day and I ordered online to try to get my food quicker because long lines are not #yummers, but realized i ordered the wrong thing and they were so understanding and gave me what i originally wanted instead of what i ordered, even though they already made it. Later on one of the workers walked around the food court asking to refresh our drinks which really made my day because no other fast food chain would go to such lengths for their customers. they gave me so many sauces and their food was delicious. i then went back and tried to tip them because of their good service, but their manager said that they wouldn't accept it, and the only tip they needed was for us to come back. Although the workers are very kind and polite here and the food is very good, the curbside pickup option is extremely confusing and unorganized. I was picking up a DoorDash order and the worker told me to park on the left side and the food will be brought out to my car. Tons of other cars were waiting as well so I assumed that it was just a very busy day and expected the food to take a little longer than usual, so I texted my customers that there will be a little delay. However, 40 minutes went by and the food was still not ready, but I noticed other cars who just pulled up we're getting their food before me. I understand how stressful it can be during busy work days being a former grocery store worker myself, but the workers moved like molasses. Finally, after texting my customer again to apologize for the delay, I got out of the car and walked up to the stand, and my food was handed to me instantly upon giving my customers name! So I waited almost an hour for food I thought wasn't ready that was there for a majority of the time. As I said, very nice workers and I sympathize with anyone working during the pandemic, but I highly recommend avoiding the curbside pickup option here and just walking straight up to the stand if you really want Chick-fil-A. read more
