Too bad they got rid of the Rock n Roll shop. The crew were experienced, efficient and accurate. The new set up is operated by kids who don't know what day if the week it is, cannot take an order correctly, even on the 4th try. Thank goodness the cash register makes change for these kids or they wouldn't get that right, either. I've given this outlet 5 tries and 5 times, they've screwed up the orders! Where's the crew chiefs? Can they supervise only the crew at the inside counters? You can barely sit in the place now, the noise level is ridiculous and the seats are uncomfortable. But the drive up windows have kids working who cannot take an order, pass the order to the next window and I never get what I paid for. Today (03/07/2020), I ordered 2 Sausage Egg McMuffins Meals, and 2 large Orange Juices. What I got was 2 Egg McMuffins, 2 cold Hash Browns, and 2 OJ's filled only 3/4 of both cups. I've been to this establishment a few times, and not that this is under their control, but the middle school kids would come in a cause a scene every time I come in, but this wasn't the reason why I'm writing this review. one day it was early in the morning, like 4am or 5am ish, I was on my way to work. so I decided to go to McDonalds for breakfast since it was up the block from my house; biggest mistake I've ever done. i get to the drive thru and I ask the guy what I wanted to order, but he said that his system was updating and that he couldn't take any food orders, but he was allowed to take drink orders. so a little annoyed, I still ordered a drink and ordered a small hot coffee, mind you, the guy taking my order never said anything about them taking cash only. so after I order my drink, I pull up to the second window, the girl making my drink was about to hand me my order as I'm handing the card over to her, and she said she's not taking card and that it's cash only. like wtf? the guy never mentioned that before I took my order, I was more than annoyed and I asked for her corporate number and she refused to give it to me, I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. and that's when I took off very much frustrated. this place lacks customer service and not only that, they mess up your food order sometimes, I recently just moved to this area and I've never seen such a horrible establishment. the McDonald's on Richmond is such a way better business, the drive thru line maybe long, but it's a way much better McDonald's than this one. don't even waste your time and money on this place if you don't want to be served by their rude employees. read more

The plus-sized lady working the drive thru had the worst attitude problem! To start off, she attempted to take my order before I even got near the speaker and therefore I asked her for more time until I could get closer. I can tell she was annoyed as she started being very rude and aggressive while I gave her my order. Also, she was wearing no personal protective equipment in the midst of this COVID pandemic! And to top things off, I have no doubt that she purposefully gave us stale french fries for all 3 of our orders. They tasted as if they had been sitting out for hours! Fast food is always my last resort. Unfortunately had the worse experience tonight and will never eat McDonald's again. I ordered two snack wraps and a drink. The chicken in the wrap was not cooked, you were able to see pink. My drink which was a Hi-C fruit punch tasted like water. Flavor in the machines was definitely not switched out to a fresh one. Extremely disappointed with this location they've recently renovated and though it looks lovely the customer service doesn't match the appearance I was met with a nasty employee at the window where I received my $35 order she got frustrated that I asked to add a small soda to my order after handing it to me I then asked about the size of my smoothie being that I ordered a medium and it was the same size as the small soda cup she handed me she then rolled her eyes at me and said "It's a medium you don't see the m on the bottom of the cup" I then asked what a large looked like being that the medium was so small and asked if I could order one in addition to the one I had already received which would have put the order over $40 she told me that I couldn't she said if i wanted to order another one I would have to drive back around and wait to order one additional item which would have been fine if that is the policy but I believe that could've been handled better customer service means a lot to me being that I work in the restaurant Industry it makes or breaks my experience and this encounter rubbed me the wrong way I won't be returning 2/21/20 12:29pm read more

I have been here three times since they reopened. I used the drive thru each time, and each time i was asked to park my car and wait for my food. on 2-4-2020, I was the only one at the drive thru. They asked me to drive to a designated spot and they will bring me my food. There wre three other cars waiting. After 10 minutes someone gave bought the food out to another car that was waiting and it wasnt their order. Then they asked me and it wasnt mt order either. After 17 minutes of waiting in my car I went inside to get my food. What a mess, at least 6 customers complaing they got the wrong order. POORLY TRAINED STAFF! read more

The overnight manager was incredibly rude- telling me he didn't care what happened and that I need to leave. Apparently the door was supposed to be locked and it wasn't. The establishment is filled with children(college aged kids) with almost no supervision, they treat you like garbage , almost as if you're doing them a favor by buying there. Waited over 20 minutes for a simple pastry and when i finally received it, i got no apology, nothing, the young lady basically threw it at my hand because she was in a hurry) most likely to go back to the conversation she was having with the other employees.
