Although the first manager eventually apologized and acknowledged what happened, she also attempted to bring up unrelated past complaints -- only a few of which even existed and were completely valid -- in an effort to deflect responsibility and suggest I should "enjoy another location that can better serve me." Attempting to gaslight a customer instead of fully addressing a dangerous situation is absolutely unacceptable. These individuals should not be in managing , or customer service, let alone overseeing a franchise in our community. It is absolutely deplorable to see management respond to a legitimate health concern with denial, dishonesty, blame-shifting, and a refusal to take full accountability. Instead of properly addressing the exposure of customers to harmful chemicals, they chose to deny, dismiss, and mislead. No customer should ever have to fight to be believed when THEY PUT THEIR health and safety are at risk.
