Got delivered a bunch of tenders and it came in warm so that was good. Would say it wouldve been nice if its crisper though. The sauce is probably the best part because the chicken doesn't taste marinated much without it compared to other places around here.

Canes is canes, but I do have to say, the chicken was pretty hot, the fries were pretty crispy, and the toast was great! Definitely was the optimal amount of cooked you want your food to be served as (: might have been the freshest canes i've had!

I wish the experiences I have here would change I keep retrying and each time my order is incorrect. I have to wait for them to correct it. It's just very inconvenient. The fries are trash. They aren't hot once you leave the drive thru. The very first time I came was a good experience. Since it's been a headache. Tried to check in today but was too far once I pulled off.

Just not good, looks like fish sticks.

The food. If you ask for hot crunchy fries and you get cold limp ones, don't act special when you get it correct 10 minutes later. Done just can't stomach this place. Ketchup dispenser did not even work. Bathrooms are nice. Yea I have tried but damn this is not worth the wait for fries.

What type of clowns work here? This looks a meal for a small toddler. Don't charge $11 for this. Garbage! Never coming back here.

I got the big boy mail about $13.

The food was typical chicken fingers juicy crispy Hott. I think every order is made to order fries are a little too salty for me. They give you a big piece of Texas toast didn't need it. Coleslaw was tasty. Got two vinegar which I love. The drinks are refillable. Great spot for kids if you have them. Service was great and kept the tables clean. Ambience typical for fast food restaurant they do have a deck or patio.

I have ordered here numerous times in the past few months. Regardless of what time I go, my online orders are always ready upon arrival. The service is friendly and prompt. The inside of store is also well kept and the ambiance is upbeat and positive. There are plenty of parking and drive thru is also available. I appreciate that the establishment is open late as well. The chicken tenders itself is nice and juicy. The cane sauce makes it better tasting. I don't care for the fries but love the Texas toast. Looking forward to visiting again.

Mold on the bread

I got a moldy bread, I was about to take a bite but my boyfriend noticed that the bottom part had mold. Everything else was good!

Awesome experience! I heard the hype about Cane's from my son, so he took me to try it. I got the box with 4 strips, fries, Texas toast, and Cane's sauce. The only thing I found annoying is they nickel and dime you on the sauce. Service was prompt and it felt a bit like a mosh pit waiting for the order. I've been back a couple of times since my initial visit. If I were to rank fast food chicken, I'd still place Chick fil a first, Cane's second. With Cane's sauce, it's a tie.

I've loved cane's since I first had them back when I lived in Vegas. As a Caniac Card member with 134 visits between 2016 and 2018 I'd say I have a decent idea on how the food is lol. I personally love the food. It's fried chicken tenders, fries, secret sauce, toast, and Cole slaw. You can get 3 tenders, 4 tenders, 6 tenders or a sandwich. The sandwich is just 3 tenders on a bun with secret sauce and lettuce though. I typically get the box combo because 4 tenders is enough for me. The lemonade here is really good. It's not too sweet or too sour. The service is typically pretty quick. Never more than 5 mins to get my food when I walk in. At the drive thru they sometimes have fun phrases that focus around chicken puns. The ambiance is typical fast food restaurant. But I do the love red coloring since red is my favorite color. And their mascot is a dog that's sometimes painted on the walls so what's not to love. Currently they're doing a Post Malone collab where they're releasing a new limited edition cup every 2 weeks. Pro tips: Order your meal "no slaw, extra toast" to swap the Cole slaw for an extra toast at no extra charge. . For an amazing toast experience, ask for the toast to be buttered on both sides.

Raising Cane's is finally here in NOVA!!!!! If you love chicken or are a fan of chick-fil-a then you will love it here as well :) One of the things I missed about TX was chicken tenders from Cane's, the toast, and the sauce. My sister craved it so much during her pregnancy that she asked me to ship it to her a few years ago. Yes! It's that good!!! So worth the wait!

First time trying it on the EAST COASTTTTT

The line takes forever! The food is ok, and they always skimp on fries. Despite the advertising, this is not fast food.

Pretty average. Flavor is standard. Serving size are inconsistent. Drive thru can be slow at times.

Ask the Community - Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Is the service efficient?

Interesting q lol. imo, no not really. It is if you come when it's not busy but if it is busy (weekends for sure), line management inside is an issue that needs serious fixing. I write about it in my review. Outside drive thru - they have 2 lanes so…

Efficient drive thru experience and very friendly and helpful staff…read more I paid with a gift card and they were quick to get it processed since they had to use a different register. The sandwich and nuggets were normal chick-fil-a. High quality and good food.

We rarely get food from Chick-fil-A. It's not that we don't like it, we do like it. However, it…read moreseems the only time we think about it is on a Sunday---and as we all know, that doesn't work out. I was in the area doing some errands. Before I left home, I asked my husband if he wanted to get a salad from them. He agreed. We never got food before from this location because entering and exiting this shopping area is a real pain due to traffic congestion. I was here on a Friday around 4 p.m. and already the drive-thru line was really long. So. I parked the car and went inside to order our food. That proved to be a great idea. There was no line at the time. A nice young woman took my order and repeated it back to me. I ordered 2 Cobb salads. For my salad, I chose Chick-fil-A's recommended dressing for this salad, which is "avocado lime". My husband wanted ranch dressing for his. This salad makes a good filling meal. From their website (I copied and pasted): "Chick-fil-A® Nuggets, freshly breaded and pressure-cooked, sliced and served on a fresh bed of mixed greens, topped with roasted corn kernels, a blend of shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses, crumbled bacon, sliced hard-boiled egg and grape tomatoes. Prepared fresh daily. Served with Charred Tomato and Crispy Red Bell Peppers. Pairs well with Avocado Lime Ranch dressing." All the ingredients were fresh as we expected. Dinner cost $20 + change. I just noticed that Yelp wants me to talk about the ambience. Well...it's a typical fast food set up, well lighted and clean. As for the photo I posted --- we forgot to take a photo of the salad. My husband noticed that stapled to the bag was a note that listed what I ordered and had my name and a description of the sweater I was wearing. Not a bad idea to do this as it's possible that 2 people with the same name could be waiting for their orders. We've always been pleased with the food at Chick-fil-A.

Ordering is quick and easy through the iPad, and I went with the Beef Perfect Bowl over rice. The portion alone impressed me. It came piled high with grilled beef, fresh greens, rice, and even an egg roll, making it feel like a complete meal rather than just a rice bowl. The beef was flavorful, the vegetables added a nice freshness, and while I'm trying to cut back on carbs, I have to admit the sticky rice soaked up all the savory sauce and was hard to stop eating. The only thing I would do differently next time is ask for jalapeños or another spicy topping. I like my food with a little more heat, and I think that extra kick would have taken the bowl to the next level. There are a handful of tables if you want to eat there, but I grabbed mine to go. Hidden gem is an overused phrase, but in this case it actually fits. Generous portions, solid flavors, and reasonable prices for this day and age.
