The service was excellent. Manager and assistant manager were friendly and took our orders. Food came out within 5 mins. We recieved our food hot and fresh. Sides were excellent. Highly recommend dirty rice, mashed potatoes/gravy, cole slaw and green beans. Rice cooked perfectly with on point seasoning. You can taste the sausage. Mashed potatoes were not from powder and gravy was also seasoning on point. Cole slaw was sweet, cold and crunchy. The green beans were good but not as good as Texas Roadhouse. The biscuits are best in the business, buttery and crisp on outside and light & fluffy inside. Today, outer biscuit was overbaked but still good. But not on par. The chicken was hot and fresh. The outside was perfectly crispy for the wings but not crisp enough for the breast. But the chicken was fried perfectly inside as it was really hot and juicy. Just needed more time for coating. Slight spice of cajun flavor. Jolibee and Popeyes better with seasoning of skins and outer coating. But Bojangles had best quality chicken. Let me tell you about the Blueberry cookie. GET IT!!!! 100% GET IT. 6 FOR $5.99. GET IT! Music is loud in restaurant. Restaurant clean in dining room & bathroom.

The best sides in the fast food market! No one is competing with their dirty fries and seasoning fries. The chicken is pretty good too but I could do without. Also, the biscuits are super buttery and moist. Overall, still always does the job!

Again line tonight, chicken was hot, ordered white meat and got greasy dark meat.

I don't get out to Sterling much. I was in the area the other day and my first thought was Bojangles. Got the sandwich which was as great as I remember, so much so I made a special trip out here again to get Bojangles again. Popeyes always was my favorite chicken, until I found Bojangles. Bojangles dirty rice is so much better than Popeyes Cajun rice, which they don't sell anymore. They have an automated AI ordering system which works great. I told it I wanted a chicken sandwich with no pickle and it got my order right. Bojangles is worth a trip if you love Cajun chicken with a nice spicy zing

Wow I think I found my new favorite chicken place. Southern comfort fast food is perfected here. Doesn't feel like fast food either, interior is nicely decorated, food is well presented, their fried chicken is to kill for, wow. Praying one opens in socal / pitt.

The Bo's Chicken Sandwich combo was okay. The chicken was not as crispy as I had anticipated, but it was very well-seasoned. I enjoyed the fries, though! Overall, food was okay. I came in at a busy time, and the staff were polite. It did take some time for my order to come out, but understandably so. This experience was okay. I'm undecided on whether I will return.

Best biscuits hands down! I will always stop at a Bojangles whenever I visit. I also bring a box of biscuits home, they're so good. I wish they'd hurry up and open locations on the west coast. I think LV is supposed to have one coming but still waiting and I visit NC and VA enough that I can get my fix. I love the Cajun spices, it's subtle for me, but could be spicy for others. I just had the Cajun chicken biscuit. My usual was always the country ham or chicken fried steak. Honestly they are all my faves. The chicken is delicious, and first time having Bo sauce that they just brought back. I never knew they had it. Delish! Slight horseradish flavor. I paid 37cents for it because I did not know it comes with chicken strips, which I don't usually buy. Service is fast and friendly, food is hot and yummy. Don't forget to get the dirty rice. For desserts Bo-berry biscuits, sweet potato pie, peach cobbler and banana pudding when they have it. I also noticed a new menu item . Bo-berry sausage biscuit for some sweet and savory. Best food for airplane, make everyone jealous ...HA!

First of all.. The person taking drive thru was professional and Nice aF.. Ordered an 8 piece meal ,fries slaw . This is where I'm confused . If the chicken has been sitting long and dry ? Why would you think the customer wouldn't be upset? If no one gave you the option with regular or spicy? Why would You give them spicy? Plain craziness. $34.00 of dried chicken. Smh

I'm a firm believer that Bojangles has mastered the art of fast food, and after my latest visit, I'm more convinced than ever. If you're craving Southern comfort with a little bit of soul, this place hits the mark on every level. Here's what I ordered: Boberry biscuits, French fries, a chicken sandwich, and 2 pieces of fried chicken. Let me break it down. Boberry Biscuits: First off, let's talk about those Boberry biscuits. I wasn't prepared for the explosion of flavor in my mouth. Soft, flaky, and warm, with just the right amount of sweetness from the blueberries. Each bite was like a little piece of heaven. The glaze on top? Perfect. Not too heavy, just enough to add a light, sugary finish without overpowering the biscuit itself. I don't know if it's the biscuits or the blueberries, but I think I might be a Boberry addict now. French Fries: Next up, the French fries. These aren't your typical limp, soggy fast food fries. These fries had the perfect crisp, golden outside with a fluffy inside. You know they're fried to order because they had that hot, fresh, just-salty-enough vibe that made them irresistible. Dipping them in that tangy, slightly spicy Bojangles sauce? Absolute game changer. Chicken Sandwich: The chicken sandwich was a thing of beauty. The fried chicken breast was perfectly crispy on the outside, with that delicate juicy tenderness on the inside that you crave in a good fried chicken sandwich. The bun? Soft and fresh, with just enough give to let the chicken shine without falling apart. Topped with a little mayo and pickles, it was simple yet satisfying. Sometimes you just want a sandwich that's all about the chicken, and Bojangles nails it. Fried Chicken (2 pieces): Now, the fried chicken--let's just say, it lived up to the hype. I got two pieces (drumstick and thigh, because I know how to live) and they were EVERYTHING. The coating was crispy and well-seasoned, with a perfect golden-brown crunch. But what really stood out was the juiciness of the chicken. Seriously, how do they get it so tender and flavorful? It wasn't greasy at all--just pure, perfectly seasoned chicken goodness. I might've gone a little overboard with the dipping sauce, but hey, I'm not apologizing. Service: Finally, the service. The staff at Bojangles was friendly, quick, and efficient. My order came out fast, and it was clear that they put care into preparing each item. They were all smiles, and that level of customer service really elevated the whole experience. Final Thoughts: If you've never been to Bojangles, or if it's been a while, do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a meal here. Whether you're in it for the Boberry biscuits, the fried chicken, or the crispy fries, everything I had was downright delicious. This isn't just fast food, it's fast food that feels like it was made with love. Bojangles, you've officially won my heart (and my taste buds). 10/10, would order again... and again... and again.

Love having a Bojangles in the Northern Virginia area. Definitely on my top choice to go to when craving for fried chicken. I ordered two of their chicken thighs, which came with a biscuit. The chicken was fresh, perfect crispiness and the meat was so tender. I ordered Honey Mustard and Creamy Buffalo for dipping to go with it. I usually get Bo sauce with it, but apparently it's been discontinued, pretty disappointing. The young lady at the drive thru that handed me my order was super friendly and service was quick and efficient.

Years ago, we were in the Charlottesville area and came across a Bojangles. Since it was dinner time, we decided to give them a try. Fast forward...to be honest, it had been so long that we couldn't remember what it was like. All we remembered was that we didn't hate it. Finally, we got to the one in Sterling. We were here on a Sunday around 5 p.m. and decided to eat there rather than doing takeout. At that time of day, we were able to walk right up to the counter and place our order. The young man who took our order was very polite and patient when we had questions. We let him know that we planned to eat inside. I ordered a meal with 2 pieces of white meat. The meal comes with 2 sides and I chose green beans and dirty rice. To drink, I had sweet iced tea. When it was my husband's turn to order, he told the young man that he was going to have the exact same thing (which surprised me). Husband said it was just easier for him to do that rather than pick something different. The dining room was clean and brightly lit. The only thing that needed attention were two booths that needed a wipe down. While we were waiting for our food, the young man brought us our drinks. The rest of our meal came out in a matter of a few more minutes. During our meal, another employee came out to sweep the floor and wipe down the 2 booths. As for the food --- We both liked the chicken. The 2 piece dinner had a breast and a wing. Both had a nice coating that was crunchy and had a little kick to it. The breast, for the most part, was juicy except for a couple of spots. The green beans were flecked with red pepper---just enough to give it some kick. The dirty rice was rather tame but the rice was moist and had flavor. As an aside, I think Popeye's dirty rice has better flavoring but I would still order Bojangles' version again. The sweet tea was watered down which meant that the flavoring was muted. It would have been nice if it was stronger. The biscuit that came with the meal, was good but big. Dinner cost $26 + change but these days everything costs more. When we left, we thanked the young man and he wished us a good evening, which we wished him in return. And, yes, we will return again.

3.5 Stars If you know you know! Bojangles is a fried chicken eatery from the south, and the first time I had it years ago in North Carolina, I became a fan! So when I learned there was one in the northern Virginia area, where I was at the time, I was stoked! We ordered a family meal combination, which came with eight pieces of chicken, three sides of your choosing, a jug of iced tea and six biscuits. For sides, we chose the dirty rice and mac and cheese. When I had the chicken soon after purchase, it was tasty, moist and delicious. This is when you need to eat the chicken because as leftovers, it's not as good. When I had it the next day and so on, the chicken was dry. I will say though that the sides were yummy and held up much better. Biscuits were soft, flaky and buttery, dirty rice had chunks of sausage and some spice to it and the mac and cheese was cheesy and good. I've had better Bojangles meals, especially when eaten right there and then. But it's good to know there's one in Sterling, Virginia, which I believe makes it the closest location to D.C. This location is near many shops and eateries and has a drive-thru option.

This place just gets it right. Every dish is made with fresh ingredients daily, including pasteurized cage-free eggs and fresh-squeezed orange juice and you can absolutely taste the difference. The French toast is phenomenal, the pancakes are light and fluffy, and the omelets are loaded and satisfying. The mimosa flights are a crowd favorite for brunch and pair perfectly with just about anything on the menu. The meal portions are generous, everything arrives hot and correct, and the server automatically refills your drinks and checks back often that kind of attentive, thoughtful service is what keeps people coming back week after week. The restaurant has a cozy section in the back for more privacy, and the overall atmosphere is lively and welcoming - perfect for a solo breakfast, a family brunch, or catching up with friends. The menu has something for everyone, including plenty of gluten-free options, which is a huge plus. It's the kind of place where you feel like a regular even on your first visit. If you haven't made Famous Toastery your weekend morning tradition yet, it's time to start.

We have been to the Lakehouse twice before, always had good service and good food. The food was…read morevery good this time, as well, but the service was very disappointing. First, the hostess acted like we were an intrusion into her evening, didn't welcome us or make eye contact. She sat us at a booth, which didn't work, so she did seat us at a table. I asked for a vegetarian menu, knowing there was one, but she walked off, did not return. Our waiter was a young man, spoke very softly; we both had a difficult time hearing him. My wife ordered her drink; I asked for a few more minutes. That drink did not appear until half my meal was over, which I did not appreciate. And I had to ask 3 times to get the drink, including asking another waiter. We ordered salad and main dish; my vegetarian menu finally appeared. It just seemed both the hostess and our waiter did not care to attend to us. I do not know if we will be returning; and to top this all off, both the hostess and waiter called us 'Guys'. When two older women are sitting at the same table, we are ladies, or simply nice to see you two tonight. Please tell your wait staff to get this right. We like Bungalow Lakehouse, it is close to home, and the atmosphere is comfortable.
