Ate inside for the first time in over a decade and it was very clean! Staff was great despite mostly being replaced by screens and automation. The manager checked on me three times to make sure I didn't need anything else. The Kpop Demon Hunters Huntr/x meal was surprisingly great! I got it again and will probably get more before it's gone! Stopped in to try their new $5.00 meal today. Was pleasantly surprised with the new renovations and reworked drive thru area. I used their app to place my order and although the staff were friendly the order left something to be desired. I got a small bag of fries that were half cooked and half filled. The nuggets were cold and the drink was 2/3's fill of ice with about four sips of soda. At least the dbl burger was warm. Asked for cream for a coffee which was not in the bag. Drove to work and could not return and speak with mgmt regarding my order. The restaurant was busy so maybe the staff were overwhelmed but if this type of service continues it won't remain busy very much longer. read more

Never have I had such a tough time ordering food from McDonalds. I was out walking my dog around 11:58pm when I placed my order. I walked through the drive through and was met by a tall Caucasian male employee at the drive through pick up booth and he asked "can I help you?" in a questionable way. I showed him my order, he even took my phone to show someone inside and said they don't have my order when I have already been charged. He then basically told me too bad and to file for a refund. I left and went out front to see how I could do that. I did not see an option in app and returned to ask what I should do. I was again met by the tall Caucasian male and his shorter Hispanic appearing colleague. They again refused to look at any proof that the order had been made and asked me to leave. What the hell? I had order an order confirmation that was in app and sitting in my email. How hard is it to fill an order of fries and a double hamburger totaling $3.14? They basically told me I wouldn't be served and to just wait until I was refunded in 24 hours. The service by this place is unreal, I will be filing a complaint with the franchise. The treatment I received here was subpar at best and felt somewhat discriminatory. I don't know if this treatment was because I am Asian? or is walking up to a drive through strange? Easily one of the worst drive thru experiences I consistently have. It's like everyone is on their first day working. It's as if they are still trying to figure out how to do a drive thru properly for the first time in 2024. Perhaps it's them being forced to use this new building concept? We went here for the first time since it re-opened and we were very impressed. The food was obviously freshly made. We don't like ordering on the kiosks but had no problem going to the register. (Some places REALLY push the kiosks.) The manager was such a nice guy. He came over and took our trays after we were done eating so we could keep talking with a clear table. We joked that we wouldn't stay too long and he said to stay as long as we wanted. The restrooms were clean. There are different 5-star standards for fast food versus full service, and this was a really nice McDonalds. We will be back. read more

Went to this Mcdonald's drive thru after a 12 hour shift at the Children's hospital. The cashier asked if I wanted to round up my total to donate to Ronald Mcdonald House. Yet again I am here again since I live conveniently close but I realized why I didn't like this McDonald's when i ordered a Mc double with one less patty but then my friend decided he wanted the patty so he asked for them to put it on the side which doesn't seem confusing to understand but when I got my burger there was absolutely no meat on it leaving only cheese pickles and a glob of chopped onions in one spot. Went to get food here walk in to a young kid on the register. 3 managers packaging food at the same time not one would jump on the register to help out. The kid had a issue with take out and stay in one manager gave him the biggest attitude. The kid finally found his own mistake and fixed it. Just no need for 3 managers to do the same job and not help out. I hope they learn better managing in the future. read more

I've been a longtime patron of this McDonald's, and have had great experiences every time. I typically visit late-night with my girlfriend, when we have a hankering for cones or fries (or both!) The drive-thru device is pretty audio-responsive, and the line moves rather quickly. The food is completely standard McD's (which is a testament to their homogeneity), and pricing is identical too. The aspect which makes this particular venue shine is its service; the late-night staff has a great sense of humor and is very accommodating. I've enjoyed casual small-talk with them, and occasionally gotten larger portion sizes for fries and whatnot. Overall, this McD's is a gem compared to its peers! read more

McDonald is horrible, the workers were terribly rude and we got hash browns and the butter exploded all over them and my kid has allergy's which I called about and they did not care which could have led to her throat closing but thankfully I caught the butter on it in time. I arrived at the restaurant drive through prior to closing, waited for 25 minutes to finally be in position to order at 205 am to be told that I'm too late that they closed 5 minutes ago. I explained to the very young sounding kid that I had been waiting for a very long time and I hadn't just pulled up to order. I was told that there's nothing they can do because they shut the grill off. I asked how it was appropriate to do that as there wasn't any change that the crew was unaware that there was a line of cars out to the road waiting for 20+ minutes to order. I was again told that they won't be taking my order because they are closed. I am one of no less than 10 orders that were not take because the night crew decided that it was time to stop working. I get it, it's late, but I'm sure if there franchise owner found out how much money was turned away they wouldn't be particularly happy. I definitely won't be going back to this location at night again. Unfortunately I work 24 hour shifts and can't be particularly choosy at this time of night, but I'll go out of my way to go to a different restaurant next time I am in this situation. This used to be the best McDonalds around, what happened?! Fries consistently not only half full, but always seem to be refried/overdone, never salted. Soda flat again, drive thru orders always wrong and/or cold, condiments never in bag despite asking several times. After having to "pull up and wait" (again) still had to park and go inside twice. Staff, somewhat friendly, seem irritated at ANY unsatisfied customer (I wasn't the only one), unless it's after midnight, then there's a very nasty older woman working the drive thru. Pretty solid fast-food restaurant. It's my go-to place at 3am when I take my break from the night shift. A lot of the staff seem to be young college students, all of which are pleasnt and friendly. Except for one young lady I encountered last night who told me "not to order an apple pie because it would take too long." I ordered it anyway and she was right, it took 12 MINUETS TO MAKE. She told me to pull my car over to the side, and I waited there for 12 minuets while other cars ( who apparently didn't get the apple pie) passed me by. This defeats the purpose of a FAST food joint. When I finally got it it was so hot it was inedible. She could have just taken it out earlier, maybe at the 8 minuet mark so I could have eaten it. read more
