This McDonald's is super convenient. It is right next to the freeway. My experience is only with the drive through. The first lady that took my order should probably do something else. Over the intercom she didn't seem to want to be there. Her personality was flat. She mumbled and spoke way too fast. When we arrived at the window to pay, she was the same. Took the payment and said go to next window. She's in customer service and should improve the way she comes off. At the next window, we waited awhile. Conveniently located west of the 215 FWY, off McCall Blvd exit with two drive-thru lanes for ordering and plenty of parking, near Black Bear Diner. Every time I've stopped at this McD's it's been a good experience. Fast and efficient drive-thru service. What I've enjoyed mostly from this location is the friendliness of the employees handing out the food at the 2nd window, which makes my day (maybe I just get lucky with the good, happy employees). My food is always fresh and tastes great. Overall, it's always a positive experience at this location so far since I started visiting this store over 14 years ago. read more

The employee at the drive-thru accidentally charged me for the wrong meal--about $30 more than what my order actually cost. When I pointed it out, instead of apologizing, he implied the mistake was my fault by saying, "Don't tell me you paid more than you had to." As he processed the refund, he continued speaking rudely and was clearly irritated. When I asked for his name, he responded, "Dafford, make sure you spell it right," and then slammed the drive-thru window in my face. I understand that everyone can have a rough day at work, but taking it out on customers--especially after he was the one who made the mistake--is unacceptable. This employee's behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope management addresses this, because experiences like this make customers hesitant to return. More importantly, this McDonalds seems to get your order correct, more times than not AND their Drive-Thru window moves incredibly fast, compared to others. Nice. I understand why this McDonalds has a 1.4 star rating. Customer service is horrible! Like many other reviews, I was asked to park and wait for my order to come out. When I finally received my order i looked in the bag and everything was there. When I got home, the packaging was correct for my breakfast sandwich but the wrong sandwich was placed in there. I decided to go back. When I went in and explained the situation, the young man who took my order was not apologetic and he seemed unbothered. I repeated what my order should have been to him three times. He gave me a new order and when I got to my car the order was wrong again! I walked back in and the young man's response was "my bad." Just ordered on the App n got my pick up # , chose drive thru and when I got to it with my confirmation or order number, I was told by the manager to come back in 30 mins bcuz the drive thru was being washed. Wish I could put 0 stars. Went to dine in at this location and used their app to order for a party of 8. The app didn't prompt how we wanted to revive the food and just said drive thru. We spoke with an employee and explained that we wanted to dine in. They told us we HAD to use the drive thru, or cancel our order and replace it. Tomorrow the Squishmallow McDonald's collab is ending and we asked an employee if we could have one of the posters inside the store. His name was Craig and he was nice enough to not only give us the 1 poster but another poster they had as well as the Squishmallow sign outside. I thought that was so nice of him. He is a genuinely nice person and he treated us with respect and kindness. Overall, this was such a nice gesture from him. 10/10 would recommend. I tried calling multiple times over the course of an hour and no one picked up. I gave up trying to call. I proceeded to make my way around 815-830pm to the restaurant to let them know about my order. The manager on duty took my receipt, didn't say a word. Came back with my two Big Macs and closed the drive through window. Not a single apology was said. The blasphemy of this manager had me very upset! I gave up my meal to ensure my kids ate as any parent would. This location is by far the worst McDonalds I have been too. It happens way too often at every single McDonalds.
