This Jack in the Box is in Sun City. The clientele would be seniors and transients. The exterior and interior of the building looks new. The interior decor is one of the nicest I've ever seen of a Jack in the Box. However, it's also the dirtiest. The tables weren't clean. There's trash everywhere. The bathroom has graffiti. The toilet seat had urine on it. I ordered on the app prior to arrival. I ordered a kids meal for my teenager. Every Wednesday on the app, you get a special offer. Today's offer was a free small shake with a $5 purchase. I ordered a small strawberry shake. When I arrived I notice my strawberry shake sitting behind the counter. The cashier was very nice and courteous. She said they were working on my kids meal. I wished they would've made my shake when I arrive because shakes melt when left out. she did give me my shake while I was waiting. It wasn't too bad but the whipped cream did deflate a bit from the wait. The kids' meal is just that. The burger was customized, and I like that. Overall, I got a good deal and spent 5.29. Not bad. Pretty clean establishment like most of them unfortunately the food is not good. Ordered a sausage croissant with no egg --egg was still on the product went back in to get a replacement. The replacement was cold. Also, I thought the food came with the potato cake. Called in asking if it was possible if I could change the bread option since on the app it did not let me and whoever answered the phone kept telling me " so no bread" and I go no I just want to know if I can switch to the regular one to which the guy on the line got nasty with me and said "well next time you need to order ahead because now you don't get any bread" and before I could say anything I got hung up on. Jack in the box for tonights dinner, lol. I ordered via the app and did a quick up to bring food home. The chicken nugget was a hit for our toddler, and it came with your choice of dipping sauce. The curly fries could be a bit crispier, but since we haven't had it a while, it did it job. Jack's spicy chicken was surprisingly filling, and it was pretty good. It's comparable to do I dare, chick fil a spicy chicken sandwich. The jr. Bacon cheese burger was also good. I can't say much about the ambiance since we took the food home. read more

I would love to go to this place one time and have an order right... I ordered a plain chicken sandwich. How hard is that to figure out, I said no sauce, plain, she comes back with. Worst service ever. They didn't understand their own menu. Kept us on hold for a long time. Would pause and someone else would come on, then another long pause then another worker. Didn't finish getting our order. We ended up leaving and cancelling because it was way too weird the long pauses and what was going on. They took forever to give the person in front of us their food. I was here yesterday and I ordered a combo for myself and tacos for my kids. When I was handed my drink, I realized it was only like 3/4 full so I asked for it to be filled. The employee told me that it was like that because I was supposed to get a smaller cup so they only filled it to the point it would have been. When I asked if they had free refills, she told me that yes, but I'd have to go inside and do it myself. Since I didn't feel like arguing with an employee and I also didn't feel like getting my 3 kids out of the car and into my wheelchair for a few ounces of soda, I just went without it. If we could have given them an no stars I would have. First there was the rat in the drive thru that was having lunch! Bought a Jumbo Jack off the value menu. Got to window and payed. Looked at the reciet and was charged more than menu said. Manger said the price went up and they haven't changed sign yet. Oh did I mention this was at 3:30pm. Some people need to understand minimum wage = minimum service. The industry sucks! I don't work at Jack but I do work in fast food and I can say one thing, we get treated like gum at the bottom of everybody's shoe and expected to bend protocol to accommodate someone's every want and desire. Anyways, I go here fairly often and sometimes the line is fast, other times slow. I understand why. Sometimes the staff are tired and drained from the people before so im always sure to tell them to have a good day and give a smile even if I may not get one back. We were just there 2/15/24. We decided to eat inside instead of going through the drive through. While I was ordering the gentleman by the name of Mohamme was very rude. He lacked customer service skills to say the least. While I was starting to order, Mohamme left me standing there just to rudely tell an employee that she was not mopping correctly, when I can clearly see she was mopping properly. We ordered the chicken strips and they were cold and soggy. Our curly fries were cold and there were more regular fries than curly fries in our box. I went up to let Mohamme know and he had an excuse that the fries get mixed up, I said ok I understand but when someone pays extra for something they should get what they paid for. He was rude and seemed very annoyed about the situation but made me another order of curly fries. His negative energy was so bad that I couldn't take it anymore and we decided to leave.
