Drive thru service is horrible, the voice behind the order window always sounds like they hate their job. Today during my visit, I never saw my order on the screen, nor did she repeat it, and when I got to the window was a blank stare that mumbled out my total! Not once confirming my order. The fries are never good from this McDonalds, never taste fresh and hot, unless I just happen to get the old fries every time. Also, about a month or so I came through and ordered an oatmeal on my way to work..And it was cold, not even somewhat warm, which tells me it was never warm, since the office is 5 min away! Every. Single. Time. We come to this location in the drive thru we have to park and wait for our food. No matter what we order. The items that we don't have to wait for are dry and seem to have been sitting out under a heat lamp for longer than they should be. Hit and miss. This location is very convenient to my job. I pretty much get the same order each time I go, but depending on who is working depends on how long it takes. Never seen a fast food place with so many employees who apparently have a hard time listening to an order. Now since the new location has been built, the staff has gotten worse!! One girl constantly says "one moment" while you are trying to order. Last time I was there, order was on the screen but 4 cars from other lane were processed, while she kept saying "one moment". The line behind me was growing, so I drove off since my order apparently was too hard to process. As of July 1, 2014, my "go to" breakfast has gone up over $2. Saw the bad rating but stopped for lunch anyways since I was famished. Terrible mistake! The drive through service was incredibly fast BUT my Egg McMuffin suffered as a result. It looked like it was put together in the dark and my egg was not fully cooked. The white was runny and all over the inside of the wrapper, the bread was soaked in what I can only guess was raw egg, & the yellow was also pretty soft. I have never received undercooked/uncooked food from a McDonald's before. I hope corporate or the franchise owner reads these reviews and starts to make some changes. If I could rate a 0 I would on Saturday I went with my daughter cause on the way home she got hungry I asked were u wanna go like any other 10 year old said McDonald's. So I said okay sounds good. So I pass the sight of McDonald's on next exit so I did. I order first one order and when the girl gives us our order my fries were very cold and I pass again bought another burger told the cashier he can I get new fries cause this are cold keep in mind my daughter is hungry and my baby 8 months is too. Because of the Pandemic, we can't enter the building and with stay at home order and trying to limit my contact with people who aren't in my household I rely on delivery service sometimes but not always. I ordered really simple breakfast for my mom and I, I'm missing her coffee and hashbrown for breakfast. Another McDonalds where they just can't get the order correct . I ordered 2 meal combos and 4 regular hamburgers when I got to the window I said to the lady , is there 4 regular burgers in the bag and she said yes . Got home and there was 3 . It's not like she was a teenager new at the job and making 5 bucks an hour. She was a grown woman making at least 12 bucks an hour . I remember how hard I used to work for 12 bucks an hour. Why is this the only fast food restaurant that charges to replace ketchup and mustard for Big Mac sauce? They charge $0.25 to make the change. As previously mentioned above they want to charge $0.25 for an extra Leaf of lettuce? Or to replace ketchup and mustard when you're allergic to it with Big Mac sauce? No other fast food restaurant in town charges to make a sauce change or to add a leaf of lettuce. If you ask them to add mayonnaise do the sandwich there is no charge, why? No one can give a good explanation of why. As also mentioned in another review it isn't the $0.25 it's the principle. In my case it's the money too as I'm on a very tight budget and I'm allergic to the ketchup and mustard. I will be going to Jack In The Box just across the street from now on. They have the same type of sandwich and we'll put any sauces on it you like . Many times I have ordered a courtesy cup of water only to find out that they put Sprite in it. My guess is that the Sprite and the water come out of the same spout and somebody can't figure out the difference between Sprite and water. Yes, this McDonalds sucks! Ok I'm not sure if it's me, if it's this McDonald's or the app. But I'm 100% disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. I am on road all day driving a large vehicle that does not fit through drive thrus. I placed an order parked at the mobile order spot and waited. 15 mins into my lunch and still no one came out. Then another car arrives and parks next to me and get his order 2 mins after parking. Several cars go through the drive thru. I order a cheese burger and fries . I asked one of the ladies about me order she just said ok walked away. After it became obvious no one was coming back, I walked up to the drive thru window to get my food. It was just sitting there so what's the point of ordering through and app if no one brings the orders out and I can't get a refund though the app or the store since they don't do refunds for app orders. Not happy. We ordered in the store, and probably waited about 15mins. We had to ask if it was for us because salad was missing, and there was an Oreo McFlurry instead of M&M McFlurry. The employee gave us the salad and the M&M one. We got home and found that one of sandwiches was wrong...one of sandwiches was supposed to be chicken but all three sandwiches were beef. We also realized that we didn't get any drinks...I guess we were more concerned about getting salad and exchanging to the right McFlurry at the store that we didn't even thought about our drinks. I normally go this McDonald's when i get off work bout a couple times a month(i work late nights), and usually get piles and piles of fries when i get fries with my meal. Even from other mcdonalds around town pile the fries on. But now i feel like im getting ripped off about a "Large" fry. Its either filled barely to the bottom brim or just at the brim. Absolutely terrible service tonite at this location in Sun City on Bradley. Waited 30 minutes from speaker to front window in the drive thru- the car ahead of us and behind us actually pulled out and left from the long wait. Finally get to the window and because of the cars that left the drive thru they panic and take even longer trying to figure out our order (seriously wasn't that difficult) finally get our food, drive home and go through our bag. Missing the nuggets from the 2x$5 and the quarter pounder from the order was dry and cold, like ones like it had sat under that lamp way too long. My wife is heated and grabs her wallet and receipt and heads back in. Btw I called 3 times to talk to the manager who was there when we paid initially but it just rings and goes to what sounds like a fax machine? My wife gets there and they are uncooperative and act like this wasn't a big deal that she had to drive all the way back to retrieve the missing food and didn't show any concern that the quarter pounder was cold. I do this to myself every time. Every single time I go to this location, something goes wrong. My granddaughter wanted Donald's (in her words) so I said ok. I doubted myself and should have trusted my instincts. I go and place my order and of course have to wait. I understand, because it was busy. So I get all the way home and guess what? This has to be the worst McDonalds around!!! My wife ordered a few McNuggets, Double Cheese Burgers and large order of Fries, from the Drive Thru. we sit dow to eat our lunch and our large Fries were more like a medium in a large box. At McDonalds in order to get sauce you have to pay, well the Hot mustard was not there in its place was their nasty BBQ sauce, so there was money well spent. Well it gets worst... found a hair in the fries. So my wife calls them and complains to the Manager about them shorting our fries and finding the hair. The Manager says to come back and she will make it all better. Well we live about 6 miles away from their location ( they are the only closest McDonalds around) She gets there and the Manager only wants to replace the fries.. well due to their disgusting error we had to drive 12 miles to and from there which was time and gas wasted. Well she must not have the concept of this with barley speaking English. Wife was so grossed out about all this she did not want to have the food, so they gave us credit for fries whenever we come back!! Needless to say that this Manager who did not seem to really care about our issue had put us in a pissed off mood. This place has never been so great and is not worth going to, but making it the only one in the area sucks...
