Mobile app order: I visited this McDonalds location on 7/8/25. The food was super fresh and delicious. I was really hungry today, so I decided to order large. LOL! I'm glad my oldest son/child was with me. He helped me eat my food. :-) Anyway, I ordered a fish filet (extra tarter sauce), combo with a lemonade and tea mixed for the drink. I ordered three cheeseburgers. The cheeseburgers that were basically inedible. The bread was stale. The hamburgers were dry . The ketchup and mustard that were applied were indescribable. I get different things every time but I had the Big Mac today and it was fantastic! This location never disappoints me. The customer service is always professional and pleasant. My family and I come here quite regularly that the employees and even management great us by name. The inside of the establishment is always clean or being cleaned. I made an order there and they made a mistake on my order and I was a bit mad and went back to tell them what happened and the African American manager lady that was on shift said she was going to call the police and said we were being recorded but I still stayed until she corrected it . I'm not sure what is with this location but never go here for McDonalds collaborations or special events. They will never be able to give you the full experience, only bits of it. Every-time I come to this location they are always missing new items when they give you the order, even though I ordered on the mobile app and it said they had it. And often times you are paying extra for these promotional meals. I'm not sure if it's a franchise or something but they're also always using the previous happy meal boxes instead of the new ones for the new events/collaborations going on. I would understand if the toy wasn't selected but if it was, why would you not correlate the new boxes with the new toys?? I'm sure it's not the employee's fault because it wouldn't make a difference to them what boxes/toys they give out. But this location ALWAYS seems to have outdated things. Is this a corporate or franchise location? I have had 2 bad experiences here and this is why I've decided to Yelp my review. First experience-- I used the mobile app and waited 35 mins and finally decided to just go inside to get my order and still had to wait 10 mins until someone came to the front after I yelled out for service. Second experience-- went through the drive thru only for my entire order to be wrong. Then the person at the second window said for me to pay for a drink that I didn't order. I'm just so shocked at how crappy this place is. Can Tampa Palms not afford decent employees that have customer service and give a crap about their jobs? This area is actually the nicer side of Tampa and I'm just shocked that this is the closes location to my new house. But I'll drive further for better service. A message to the Regional or District Managers of this location-- fire everyone and start over. You're wasting your money and losing money because customers have already shared their reviews of this poorly established location. Stop the madness if you want to stay in business. read more

I got the most disgusting food from this place tonight. I can't believe they are even letting this out of the restaurant. I ordered 2 burgers with no onions and a large fry. The burgers were hard as a rock and stuck to the buns with tons of ketchup. I have never seen anything so disgusting. I am hoping I don't get sick from the few bites I had. When we went through the drive thru we placed our order and included two large iced caramel macchiatos. When we paid for our food we were instructed to pull forward and wait for our order. Moments later a girl walks out and try's to give us someone else's order. Then she came back out with our drink but in a size smaller than we order and they weren't made right. I walked into the store and asked for them to be remade. The manager helped the girl and while they remade the drinks I overheard them complaining about me and the drink. Then when I was given my remade coffees the manager had made me the smallest size of coffee with I did l not order. This place is a mess. I've been eating here for about a year & the service just keeps going down. When you could go inside & order at the counter, you could at least keep an eye on the order & check it before leaving. Now, with drive-threw service only, my orders have been wrong, cold and items get forgotten. I have yet to have my order given to me at the window - they ALWAYS ask you to park and wait for your food. Someone walks it out, then walks away & you get to hope your order is somewhat close to what you asked for. Yesterday I ordered, was given my change and was shorted $2 and change. When I called the girl on it, she looked at me like I had horns and asked me what I wanted her to do. Really?? Went inside this morning ordered a biscuit and a sweet tea. Went over to get ice it was barely coming out and then i happened to look in my cup and there is green stuff on the ice it looked disgusting! In short, They employ dishonest thieves and the shift managers are awful at their jobs. Now to be fare they have at least 2 good employees. But 3 different shift managers should not be employed here. The long part It was late on a Friday I ordered food inside. I paid and went to the restroom while they prepared my food. When i came back I grabbed my food and left, i was traveling when i stopped for gas I realized I left my wallet on the counter. I went back to the store and the employee that helped me said they did not find one, ok. Another girl working there said that she had been in the front and no one else had come in since I left and returned so if I was sure it was there no one else could have grabbed it and walked out. The manager came out and seemed upset help me to go look back in the office. Now while she was doing that the female employee started looking in the trash in stuff to help find it. With no luck the employer suggested I come back later and check with the manager to see of it was located. The next day around 3 I came in to speak with the manager. i asked the cashier and he was very nice and went to get the manager. When the manager came out, He literally blew me off and walked away I stood there for about 10 minutes waiting for him to check the office. Soon the next shift manager came on. Since I had been standing there the cashier went and grabbed him and told him I left my wallet. That manager then blew off the employee and told me its not back there without even going to look. Never had a good experience at this McDonald's. Slow service. Inconsistent food. Gets order wrong almost every time. Even their coke is bad.

I totally fail at understanding when is acceptable to wait on fast food to the point that you are given a number and told to have a seat so you can be served 20 minutes later ONE order at an empty restaurant. A simple, popular Big Mac meal. This is the only restaurant where that happens to the point that I'd rather drive a little further for much better service.
