The slowest McDonalds I literally have ever been to. They try to charge me more for items than what is showing on the outside drive thru menu. I point it out and they send out a manager to verify, then they agree with me that the menu shows different amount than what their cash register is set at. And week after week they refuse to fix it, so I have to go through this whole explanation processs each time i order this drink. And it just keeps on happening...Nobody there seems to care about service or the customer. If I ever see more than a couple cars waiting in that drive thru, I know now to not even bother pulling in, it will take forever to actually get up to the window to get my order. The earlier reviews about the employee's attitude are spot on!....to start with , the young girl taking the order acted like I was bothering her...I was trying to make sure I got a total of 4 fries....and this seemed to annoy her...I get to the payment window and again told them make sure there are 4 fries.....I pay and I'm thinking...well I'll check the receipt to make sure there were 4 fries....the receipt was unreadable...like some sort of dot matrix printout gone wrong...they tell us to move up because ...get this....we are waiting on fries...well the order comes and guess what....3 fries....I tell the girl who brought it out they didn't give me all the fries....well then a manager comes out and wants me to pull over I guess somewhere in front...I tell her how ridiculous this was that I told them a few times...make sure there are 4 fries...her response...."WELL YOU ONLY PAID FOR 3 FRIES".....she goes back in and I go find her and explain to her how rude she was and about the receipt being illegible ...I would have known I didn't pay for 4 fries....I went back out for my wallet and came back in and I guess they told the older lady to put fries in a box as slow as she could....acted like she was high on qualudes by the slowness she was purposely exhibiting...I guess to annoy me...as I'm leaving, the manager...in her most condescending voice... tells me to "have a nice day"...this has got to be the most pathetically ran McDonald's I've ever visited.....I could not give 0 stars or I would have.....the whole store needs an attitude adjustment but unfortunately the people of Taylor are going to be stuck with this crappy service/attitude for a long time..... read more

I don't think I've been to a slower McDonald's anywhere. In addition they can't keep track of which drive thru lane is supposed to be next. I have sat in one lane more than once and waited while they took 3 cars from the same lane before taking one from the other lane. read more

stupidly went back to the Taylor md because my grandson was crying for a happy meal. I have never seen such horrible service. Went for breakfast. I ordered an egg mcnuffin than had a burnt muffin. Service was slow despite the fact they weren't busy but what topped it off was the cashier right in the middle of order said excuse me and waited on another customer I complained to her and she rolled her eyes, walked off and went and checked her work schedule. This has to be the worst,slowest and nastiest location that this company has. People ask why McDonald's sales are going down visit this location for a great reason. You sit in the drive through FOREVER. They get your order wrong. Don't even try to do the 2 for 5 deals because either there computers don't accept t or they don't know how to add. New building - just opened their doors last week. Ordered the Bacon Ranch Salad with Grilled Chicken. They got the order right, hence the one star. Lettuce was rotten & old, and two of the four tomatoes were rotten. Exactly the same quality of food as the old restaurant that they just tore down. And I was expecting so much better!!! We have really limited choices for restaurants here in Taylor, let alone fast food. I had high hopes for this brand new McDonalds but I see that nothing has changed :( read more

The Taylor McDonalds is really nice. The food is consistently good and the staff is quite nice. The one big complaint that I have is that (though they have the computer games) it lacks an indoor play-place, which for our family is a big reason to drive to chic filet instead. read more

Okay I don't usually Write reviews but this time I have to say something. COVID is still a thing. Employees are just walking around with no masks on. I had been waiting for a while because they had switched the orders with the person before me. They handed my food the the driver in front and they had given it back to the cashier. No one switched bags no one threw it away they just gave it back to me. I have medical problems that makes me at high risk due to COVID I have been taking extra time to make sure I and safe and everyone around me. The fact that this store doesn't care and hasn't tried to at least in any way prevent this spreed is terrible. They might not know this but yes you can get COVID from just simply passing a bag from one customer to another. Managers should be wearing masks at all times! Every employee should be. You can pass it to anyone. You may be asymptotic but I will not be. You may not be showing any signs but I could die. Or the next person u pass a bag that another person has touched. Or even been breathed on by a manager. The lac of care about this pandemic is the reason it's not going away. It's not that hard to be better. Just do it! read more

Brand new modern building. Friendly staff tonight but the food was flipping terrible!!!! Fries were cold,greasy and hard and you could play frisbee with the damned hamburger buns. Service was way too fast and quality of food reveals the fact that this place is making too much food at once. Very disappointed. read more

I have eaten here several times over the years. I like the filet o fish sandwich. Theirs is never fresh with soft buns like other mcDonalds. One of the worst I have been too. Let's face it the only reason any of us eat there is because Taylor offers nothing better. read more

I placed my to go order at 1:13 pm and picked up my order at 1:32 pm. There was not a lot of people at the store at this time yet they shut down to one register so they had they had extra help up front to assemble orders. The toy in the kids meal I asked for, and they showed me they had, was different so I it took a few moments to get the attention of an employee to exchange. Arriving home I find the chocolate milk is not in the meal so go back to the store. I went for the convenience of time and find it takes almost and hour for a Happy Meal. read more

Service was super slow! I pulled into the drive thru to get a large coke. As I drove past I noticed there was no one in the drive thru and the parking lot had only 2 maybe 3 cars in the parking lot. I guessed that I would be in and out in just a couple of minutes. Damn!, was I wrong! I was the only one in the drive thru and it took them more than 6 minutes, not sure how long, to get my drink to me. The reason I am not sure how long, is because I did not stay there more than 6 minutes for just a drink. This particular McDonald's is nothing short of a JOKE. Kids playing on their cell phones and joking around while I am waiting at the window for a drink. Where the hell is the manager during this time?!?!?! The manager is probably one of those kids. Not only were they on their cell phones, they were also walking around eating food and one of them came to the drive thru just to refill their own drink and ignored me! That was when I drove off. my wife and I came for breakfast on 2-5-18 at 6am . we ordered sausage biscuit ,small biscuit and gravy ,2 hashbrowns .my biscuit and gravy was cold ,biscuit was hard ,took it back to get hot food it took 20 minutes for them to bring it . the person in charge Victoria ruiz was rude and didn't really care about her job ,other employees that were working that morning were slow and did not care about customers. read more

Do I have to give this place any stars? I am a regular because of convenience. But the place is normally very dirty, the staff are very impersonal and most the time very rude. I have an eight-year-old and normally use the drive-through, it is that bad. Most the time there aren't any clean tables. Their only saving grace is nice, relatively new employee who takes the orders in the drive through window in the morning. She's great and personal. She is always friendly. She even says good morning and how are you today and wonderful things like that. The other ones actually just hand you your food, look at you strange, and expect you to get out of their way. It is obvious you're messing up their drive through time or maybe their playing time. It's obviously not their work time or the restaurant wouldn't look like entire disaster every time I came in. Today the restaurant was surprisingly clean, most of the tables were clean at least. I've been here for about 30 minutes allowing my eight-year-old play outside. Now trash litters the floor, tables are mostly dirty. The manager on duty is yelling at her employees in front of the guest ranting and raving about them saying yes ma'am twice. It's really unsavory. Instead of going to get one of her employees in the back that she felt should have been finished doing whatever, she is yelling at the rest of her employees about how the girl should be done. Her tone of voice when calling on an order out to a customer was incredibly rude. When the customer didn't answer up right away, she slammed the food down in front of the cashier and said it came off of her register.
