I understand this is fast food, it's not gonna be top of the line. Cleanliness and smells in a food environment should be high up on the list of importance and they are largely missing those things. It reeks in the building and especially by the soda station, workers are never wearing any sort of uniform and for fast food the wait times are a little long. Three Rivers Mi McDonald's is horrible! Order was purposely messed up, this is not a 4 piece nugget. When I called the store they immediately hung up without speaking 4 times, answered 1 time to say call back at 9 am, and finally answered and yelled at me when I tried to politely explain my issue. I know people have other things they need done, but whenever I stop here for a quick breakfast at 3:30-4am nobody is in line yet when I go to order they always ask me to wait and I sit for 3-5 minutes to order. Then I sit at the window for my 2 sausage biscuits and a coffee for several minutes. I know they have 3+ people in there, how long does it take to put a sausage on a biscuit? The manager really needs to fix this issue. 10-15 minutes for 2 sausage biscuits and a black coffee with no other customers... Come On Man! read more

Food and coffee is what I'd expect, although a little slow. However, the eating area was dirty with food not cleaned off tables, and garbage on the floor by the trash receptacle. The most distracting problem was one rude hostess. She was not only loud and inconsiderate, she repeatedly bragged about being gay and made several sexually inappropriate remarks for the workplace; such as looking for a good looking gay woman, wanting to visit one of her friends so she could just look at her daughter all evening... etc. Her sexuality is her own business, but the LOUD repeated remarks and shrill laughter were offensive. Good customer service should always consider what is needed to make guests enjoy their visit. For this McDonalds, I'll just use drive-thru if I return. read more

Most people on here don't understand what us McDonald's working go through work at a McDonald's then let me know thank you! As usual when I got home with my order, my sandwich wasnt fixed right. They only get our order right half of the time. The manager should get fired for keeping all these incompetent people. I can't believe many of these employees think they deserve 15 dollars an hour. They don't even deserve a job if they can't take more care and pride in their job. read more

Rude staff at drive thru! The McFlurry machine was down, no one was at the window to pay so I drove to the next window. I was greeted by a rude lady who rudely told me my total and thrust a diet coke at me. When I asked her if I was supposed to pay at the other window she flatly said, "yeah". When I told her no one was at the window, she didn't respond. I asked her if she heard me, and repeated myself. She just said in an uninterested tone, " weird". She gave me my food and shut the window. I called to her through the window and asked her for more napkins which she provided. When I got home, I realized I was shorted $4.00 and never received my change! I also believe I got about half of my large fries as half the carton was empty and the fish sandwich appeared to have been thrown haphazardly into the box and the cheese was stuck to the side of the box. I called the manager, who seemed very nice and told her about the whole experience and she said she will have my change waiting for me whenever I want to come get it. I live in the country and this is a good 10 miles from my house. I guess I was hoping for an offer of complimentary food or some discount coupons. Nope. I won't go back to this McDonalds again. Absolutely horrible!! Went there to get my dog a plain hamburger and myself a sweet tea, when I got to window I was handed the plain hamburger and was told to pull ahead and wait on my sweet tea, BIG MISTAKE!!! I pulled ahead like the guy told me to, and waited, after 5 minutes I went in, because all I was waiting on was sweet tea, went in and the staff was rude, told them my problem and the guy in drive thru had it along on the drive thru table and said "I told her to pull ahead" which I did.....So disappointed!!! Plus why pull people ahead for a drink?!!! read more
