I've been here many times drive through and inside I've seen someone's online order get stolen but that's alright

I haven't been to McDonald's in a long time for a couple reasons...first, I have been eating better, and two, the Scholls Ferry location seems to have massive service issues. Today I decided to try again...sadly my rating will not change. First off I sat at the drive thru order mic for over 5 minutes. After the car behind me pulled around and to the second window to order, I did the same. I ordered with my code from the app at the pick up window. Simple order Buy one get one for $1 + Large Diet Coke. On the way out I felt around for my hash brown to munch, but i ended up unwrapping my biscuit instead. So I ate it. Got home looking for hash brown, and it wasn't there. It is a very good thing that I am just across the street because i pulled out and returned. I told the woman working the drive through that it wasn't in my bag. She asked me what my order was for some reason...I gave it to her. She said it wasn't in the bag because there wasn't a charge for it. First of all there was a charge and even if it was free, shouldn't have I received it? I don't know if this woman is the manager, but this location needs some assistance. I am guessing the mic/speaker doesn't work on the outside drive thru lane...The bag also had a hole in it so it probably fell out in the restaurant. No apology or anything. read more

Horrible, put an online order this morning my boyfriend went to pick it up ,They wouldn't give him the food because "he was late " Witch it's a whole butch of bs Like I've ordered here 2-3 minutes before 10:30 and they still gave it to me "Manger " said I'll get my refund but not for the hushbrowns ,didt even give me hush browns like tf Pmo so bad :( ,he said it would take some hours ...to get the refund Called the store and the lady on the phone said it would take a couple days :( Like chat get on the same page witch one is it and I want my whole refund like tf (I just wanted breakfast) read more

Lean on the fries. I have 3 fast food burger joints within 1.5 mi. of our house. BK, CJr and Mc'D's. Mc'Ds is the easieast trip route, but between constant "park and wait" for the drive-through, and/ot Fry containers constantly 2/3 full, I'm going to Burger King from now on. $ about the same and the burgers taste better. I use fast food as a convenience, but an extra 1/2 mile and two traffic lights will be worth the deviation for value. To top it off, good luck trying to give feedback to corporate. They don't want it. They are 100% hit&run IMHO. read more

Honestly the only saving grace for this place is the Playland inside for the kids. We were there for a party but it didn't seem like they booked the party room specifically but there were plenty of other tables and booths for everyone with or not with the party. Everything is ordering by kiosk and the food is what you would typically expect from McDonald's, crunchy chicken nuggets, iconic fries, but sadly my McDouble was dry and they forgot the sweet and sour sauce in the bag. I think they are really trying with their service and you can hear who I assume is the manager trying to motivate the young workers by telling everyone they are doing great job. But with that said, it's pure unorganized chaos. They keep running out of the table tent which means that multiple people are waiting on their order with the "same" table indicator number so that can get really confusing. In addition, I waited close to 30 minutes for my food and had to go up and try to flag someone down to ask where it is. If you have time to kill and plan to stay awhile it might be ok, otherwise I wouldn't suggest coming here if you were in a hurry or expect your order to be correct the first time. read more

Went to the play place as we do once in a while in winter. It's filthy, the black chairs are never thoroughly cleaned as my wipe is nearly black after wiping it myself. Water and food all over the floor they place a cone and leave it... kids stepped all over the water anyways. Coffee was badly put on and I spilled hot coffee everywhere by my kids... fun. Pretty sure illegals working here. read more

My husband and I were 2nd in line to place our order at the counter. We were waiting for approximately 7 minutes. When it was our turn to be served, a man barged in to cut in front of us. The cashier went ahead to serve him first even after we informed her that we were there first. We asked the cashier to take our order first but that man told us not to interrupt his order process and told us to learn to speak English.  It was such an unacceptable unpleasant experience. No one should be subjected to that kind of treatment. We were so disappointed that she (the cashier) went ahead to serve him first. She later apologized to us when she took our order. Not only she allowed that man cut in front of us, she also went ahead serving a person who disrespected other McDonald's customers based on our ethnicity.  I later saw another McDonald's representative (I assumed she was the manager) talking to that man. We never received any apology from the manager. read more

I was with my friends, and my McFlurrys came about two thirds of the way full. The service does not seem good, the guy who brought our food was very odd. A person sitting across from us had a soda not even close to being filled. Waste of money for a half filled Oreo McFlurry and bad service. When the man told the worker that his soda was barely filled, the worker ignored him and walked away. I ordered extra Oreos on the kiosks, but there doesn't seem to be much extra. Speaking of kiosks, they SUCK here! It hardly registers when you tap on it, and is a little bit confusing. The only upside I can think of off the top of my head is that it was nice and chilly after walking in on a hot day. read more

It had been 15 years since I had been to a McDonald's. It was 10:50 AM and I was told at the drive-through that I was not allowed to get a fish sandwich. Even though their website says they start serving the sandwiches at 10:30 AM. We got two breakfast burritos and a biscuit breakfast sandwich instead. Each burrito was about 3 inches long and the biscuit sandwich tasted like the biscuit was only partially baked. Very doughy and gooey. An older woman who we assume was a trainee, at the food delivery window looked frightened out of her mind as the 4 foot 10 manager woman was screaming at her. We also got hashbrowns that were tasteless and cold. Then we were told to drive to another spot in the parking lot to receive a coffee. A young man delivered the coffee and he also looked frightened and on edge we're never going to this place again! The manager of this place needs to be removed. She was yelling at full volume in front of us like we weren't even there. And it looked like the trainee was about to cry. read more

This location is hands down THE WORST location in the area EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional crew at a foid service related location I have EVER been to. I will NEVER give this location another dime of my money. So many bad experiences, I will drive to King City to go to a company owned store rather than this franchisee. TWENTY minutes to get a soft drink. They asked me to pull forward and wait. (I should have kept driving.) When will I learn this McDonald's is going downhill. What's happening at this location? I finally went inside and it was just sitting on the counter! To whomever owns this franchise, you just lost a customer. If it was just once or ten times, I get it, stuff happens, but over the last two years nothing has changed. Long lines and slow service. The next day I went to Carl's Jr. next to this McDonalds. I had the value meal for $5. It wasn't worth $5. None of their food is worth the price their charging. As usual the best things in the meal are, of course the fries and the diet coke. Chicken nuggets were tasteless and the cheeseburger has that weird tasting "meat" that only McDonald's has. When my son was little we went there for his birthday. Now, the atmosphere is cold, impersonal and industrial feeling compared to what it was. I'll go back for the fries, the fish sandwich and the diet coke for now on and be over way over charged like all their food is. read more

The last few times I have gone here I have been super disappointed but it is the only thing my son loves naturally. One time advertised inside out happy meal toys and my son got a triton not even inside out.... I only eat chicken sandwiches on the reader board they said they were "unavailable" but when I asked they said we do have them. Then why say you don't (false advertising) and this happened twice. Last time I ordered a chicken mccrispy meal and a happy meal. They forgot my son's happy meal so I had to go back inside. Figured out they ran up the wrong thing but they did give us the happy meal free so that is why there are two stars rather than one. read more

I stopped by to get a quick bite after a long day and sat in the drive thru for 20-30 minutes. i asked at tre window if they can do a discount because they ran three or four cars through on tge other lane before even taking my order, that I had been waiting a super long time. tge guy called a manager over, Ashley. She showed up simply yelling at me "WHAT!?" I asked if it was possible to get a discount for waiting so long. she said "NO, it's $17.05" still escalated, before I could say anything she was walking away and I asked her name and she stopled an yelled "Ashley" at me before slamming the window in my face. Now I know know if that's her actual name, she had sort of a scrunched duck bill looking face and semi-blonde hair, and glasses. I don't mean to be mean but... it is what it is. I have other descriptors but they are worse. The gal at the second window was quite nice, but Ashley saw it was me and rolled her eyes. I told her to expect a bad review and she said "go ahead" mention that she is "untouchable". I don't know how McDonald's or the franchise owners lets this place get away with treating customers like that but I'm not going back. read more

Sat in there drinking coffee doing some work. Apparently they closed the lobby in the middle of the day. Didn't bother to tell me or another customer. We'd both been there for maybe 45 minutes. Absolutely awful, have to use the stupid kiosk and can't select tables that exist in the restaurant (table are numbers and the numbers aren't recognized in the system). Stop being a cheap ass and hire enough workers to staff the restaurant. I placed my order and could not pay for it for dine in because nobody was staffing the register. read more

I'm not a regular to MCD's or fast food, but I don't mind going on weekend mornings or during road trips. This particular location is near home and sadly seems to always forget things at the drive through. It could be part of an order like the hash browns with an egg mcmuffin or napkins or OJ. I never leave reviews for fast food restaurants, but oh baby just call me Justin Bieber because never say never. Have you ever dated a college frat boy? No? Well if you're curious just come here because the unending disappointment and consistent failure to meet basic expectations is truly spot on. I keep coming back hoping--PRAYING--the service and food will be better because it is the closest McDonald's to my house. But, alas, I continue to relive the same Groundhog Day nightmare. Food? Cold. Drink? Wrong. McFlurry?? The one sweet treat I was looking forward to most in my time of McDonalds need (nay, weakness)?? Missing. The drive thru is always packed because it takes them an average of 20 minutes to serve each car--which is problematic because you'll immediately have a car behind you blocking you in and preventing your escape, like you're in a D list horror movie. TLDR: If you want to wait two hours just to be utterly disappointed and questioning where humanity went so wrong, then this is the McDonalds for you. read more

An old lady with dark blonde frizzy hair working here is very rude and unfriendly! I ordered four pieces of chicken nuggets, two large fries in the store , waited for more than 20 minutes! I know it's fast food so you can't expect much, but the food is just disappointing. Only reason this gets 2 stars is because the fries weren't flavorless cardboard for once. This McDonald's is terrible! I ordered additional dipping sauces & asked at the pick up window if they'd been put in the bag. The employee assured me all 4 were in the bag. I got home to find ZERO in the bag! The guy bold face LIED to me! Not to mention the fries were cold b-4 I left the parking lot.
