I ordered a double quarter pounder, and in the middle of eating it, i noticed that it tasted a little off. I looked at my burger and noticed that it was not even cooked properly. only the very outside of the patty looked brown, but the center was completely pink. the patty even started to fall apart as I picked at it, as if the patty was only put on the grill for a few seconds. I feel sick knowing that I had already eaten half of my burger, and I really hope that I don't get sick from eating it. I am honestly so disgusted at being served raw meat, I couldn't even stomach eating something else. I have no idea what was going on for something like this to happen, but it is completely unacceptable. The absolute bare minimum would be to ensure that food is being cooked and served safely. I am currently in my first trimester of my pregnancy and it has been hard enough to keep food down, leaving me so disappointed at this sorry excuse of a meal. As a Door Dasher, I came into the restaurant asking if they have an order for this person as I was waiting for 15 minutes. The manager lady came out all grumpy and said, "Look, we gave that order already and you have to call your company because that's not on us" (in a really unprofessional tone and manner in front of all the customers). After I called support and got that order cancelled, I unfortunately got another order from the same place. As I waited, a kind younger male worker asked what my number was as I waited on the side. As I am showing him the order number, the manager lady comes out and yells at me saying that, "YOU NEED TO STOP TAKING MY WORKERS AWAY FROM THEIR DUTY!" in a loud angry tone. I am a 16 year old girl. I was sitting inside this McDonald's with my boyfriend and a friend, and I suddenly received a phone call from my mother. I began to walk to step outside and as I reached the door a male worker happened to be walking through the door as well, he was obviously much older. At first, I thought he was just being polite and holding the door open for me, but as I walked out I noticed him looking straight down at my ass and making it very obvious he was looking at it. I felt very uncomfortable and almost scared, as I had every right to be. I began to talk to the manager asking why she was letting her worker sexually harass a minor, and she immediately came at me with aggression and my boyfriend began to get aggressive as well as he was pissed his 16 year old girlfriend was being looked at by overage men. You know what she told me? "Maybe you shouldn't wear the clothes you wear, and my workers wouldn't have to stare at you." It was a 100 degree, humid day. This is Oregon, people. I was wearing a tube top and JEANS, my stomach was showing only a little bit. After I argued with her about how you simply don't say that to a teenage girl, I also am extremely prone to heat-related illnesses according to my doctor. I am disappointed that a manager couldn't accept her worker was a total pedophile and didn't take action, she was a very big woman so I assumed her lazyness was kicking in and she was jealous that she couldn't have a body like mine due to I am actually in shape. Last night was my second visit in a month, and I'm never coming back. A month back, I got in the drive through at 8:23PM. It was 8:59PM until I got my two cheeseburgers and a Coke. Yesterday, the drive through wouldn't move, so I came in. Typed in my order in one of the kiosks and tried to pay. Credit card machine wasn't working, so they said "pay at the counter". I literally stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the seemingly 3 total employees walked by and completely ignored me, even though I was trying to get their attention to pay for my food. I asked one guy (after gaining eye contact) "Hey, can I pay here? The kiosk didn't work." He walked away and completely ignored me, so I walked out. It's clear that management/ownerships do NOT care about any customer service at all. Never going back. As a business owner I can't understand how anyone would find this kind of behavior acceptable. The person she was referring too, not only was in the restroom, but also, seemed like he may have had a disability. (based on pervious interactions in order pick ups earlier in the day). I am still at this moment very uncomfortable and anxious, not only thinking about the hostile environment the employees are working in but- had the kid working the register had heard that, he would have been mortified, and unable to stand up for himself in fear of retaliation, or further abuse. Absolute garbage customer service from management. The drive thru forgot that we were waiting for our food after being told to pull up to "drive thru lane 1." This was a basic order with mainstream items, (no fried chicken or anything that could take a little extra time to prep than other items) just a friggin sausage McMuffin and sausage biscuit along w/ hash browns. My family watched about 5 or 6 cars go by, so at that point it was obvious they forgot, no big deal, it happens! Walked inside, asked where our order was, and the manager on duty, didn't even apologize, (basic 101 shit) didn't make any attempts to quickly explain there was a mistake. He took ZERO ownership of a small matter that could have easily been handled; and this review wouldn't even exist. He didn't even believe me and questioned what I was telling him, as if it wasn't possible. He went to check on the food and I could hear him say, " oh oops it's just been sitting there." (perfect opportunity for a small apology, give me my food and send me on my way) Instead, this guys attempt to "fix the problem" was to try and hand me 2 free hash browns, with a d*ckhead attitude - "take it or leave it." I guess McDonald's protocol is to try and throw free food at problems in hopes to fix them? I'm certain there are way more qualified individuals to be in his position.
