They keep running out of the table tent which means that multiple people are waiting on their order with the "same" table indicator number so that can get really confusing. In addition, I waited close to 30 minutes for my food and had to go up and try to flag someone down to ask where it is. If you have time to kill and plan to stay awhile it might be ok, otherwise I wouldn't suggest coming here if you were in a hurry or expect your order to be correct the first time.

I don't know if this woman is the manager, but this location needs some assistance. I get my order out in in a timely manner, but I get the sense that, while this is a family-run restaurant, they're not necessarily including their patrons as part of that family. I think their main challenge is their drive thru. They seem to have one person working the register, drive thru, and handling incoming phone orders the majority of the times I've come in. I'll never skip out on this place, but I avoid dining in anymore. You don't come for the vibes or service, really just a quick and tasty meal.

After the meal I felt quite regretful and it felt like I just ate 4000 calories. Also it's much more expensive than places like the Habit or Inn N Out, and priced more like Shake Shack and 5 Guys, yet they don't match in overall quality and portions. Honestly, does this look like "extra" lettuce? I'm not sure if there is a portion control protocol or secret menu or code word to get a proper portion order.
